Shroom City, very yummy great for 2 people.

Great place. They are located in Camp North End so there is lots of parking. You order at the counter and they will call your name when your food is ready. We went during a weekday so it wasn't busy, they have about 5 tables so I can see on the weekend how this place may be crowded. I really enjoyed the creative pizza options, we ordered shroom city and really enjoyed it. I will be back to try their other pizzas!

So good! Truffle fries didn't stand a chance. Me and hubs gobbled those up in less than 5 minutes lol !!! Pizza was delicious and was big enough for two. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I'm a fan of this spot! I came back with some friends while attending an event next door and the smell just pulls you in. I mean the pizza just smells so good you can literally smell it just walking around outside in Camp North End. I HAD to get another taste lol. This go round I tried a different pizza and absolutely loved this option too! I don't recall the exact name but it has jalapenos and cojita. SO SO SO YUM! I literally ate this and just walked around Camp enjoying life. This is probably one of my other new fav pizza spots.

Wonderful pizza unique ambiance He-Man on old TV which was bad ass ! Dipping sauces are not to be missed when ordering a pie. Excellent service here ! Loved our visit.

If you're at Camp North End, this sourdough pizza spot is an absolute must-try. The space is small with only about six indoor tables, but they also have a patio--and the best part is Camp North End has tons of unique seating areas, so you can easily take your pizza to go and find a cool place to sit if it's busy. We tried two pizzas and both were amazing. You can really taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the sourdough crust is out of this world. I also love that they give you dipping sauce with your pizza because who doesn't want to try different sauces with their crust? You also have to order the Cosmic Fries. They're perfectly seasoned, topped with cheese and truffle oil, and come with your choice of dipping sauce. I highly recommend the creamy garlic--it was incredible. Their menu is growing too--they've recently added a couple new pizzas and have a fun selection of beer, soda, and even THC drinks. If you eat inside, the playlist is also awesome and adds to the vibe. Friendly staff, great food, and an awesome local business to support. Definitely worth checking out!

I pre-ordered a pepperoni pizza--it was so good! It came with a dipping sauce so I went with the ranch (also excellent). I usually don't eat the crust on pizza but I didn't waste a bite of this crust! Parking can be annoying. Most of the closest parking is reserved for delivery pickup (15 minutes) so it can be a bit of a walk to the parking lot or parking deck.

Pizza is so good and the cosmic fries are even better. Great pizza spot to try on any day!

Gravity Sourdough bakes very delicious pizza! Definitely try out the Tommy! Highly recommend you pre-order before heading in to cut down wait time.

All around great! Great service, cool vibe and really great pizza. I think the prices were also reasonable considering the size and toppings you get. As most mention, it's not a big menu but it's mighty! Full of flavor and texture! Might be our new favorite pizza spot. And with Camp North End growing, makes for a great place to be.

After reading the reviews that there were only 6 tables, I was worried I wasn't going to get a seat, but by the time we ordered at the counter and were ready to sit, a table opened up. The pizza was delicious, especially the Tommy Boy. Each pizza comes with a side of their special sauce and they serve free water, beer, and wine. A little expensive for 2 small pizzas at $40, but I will definitely be returning!

We had a really stellar experience at gravity. Firstly, I love me some pizza on sourdough. Secondly, their options are unique and delicious. Thirdly, they have an online ordering system that is a life saver when you're at CNE and it's super busy. We were at a bar next door, put our order in online, grabbed it when it was ready, and brought it back to the bar to eat. Also not to mention Brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze on a pizza is what dreams are made of. Gravity is an absolute must if you're eating at Camp North End!

Camp North has the Day of the Dead celebration so I had to stop by.. And Gravity somehow seems to call my name.. Packed and crazy busy. They handle the whole thing very very well. Small place and casual. Typical pizza joint. But what I like about them is they have a limited menu. Maybe about 8 different type of pizzas offered. But they know they're good at it.. Cooked in a stone oven. It gave it a very nice crust.. We order the pepperoni just to be save. And I was starving so I didn't want to "experiment". I wasn't disappointed nor regretted it. Very cheesy. And crusty pepperoni. I still thinking about it a week later.

I came here for pizza while attending movie night Thursday at Camp Northend. I ordered around 7:50 pm through the app. The pizzas are 12 inches and they had multiple specialities. However, I just ordered a cheese pizza. Every pie comes with a sauce of your choice. I initially ordered the Calabrian chili aioli, then I thought ranch would probably go good with that. Then my cousin told me the hot honey ranch is really good! I decided to get all 3! They were playing the Notebook that night and it was packed! So it took longer than usual for the pizzas. I received a text an hour later stating my order was ready. When I got there I also ordered a bottled water which was $2. The cashier was pleasant. The restaurant had a very fun and cool theme. I enjoyed the mural/artwork on the walls (not pictured unfortunately). I enjoyed the pizza a lot and the sauces made it even better. I will be back!

Not only are the pizzas absolutely massive, but they're also incredibly delicious. The crust deserves a special mention, A+ all the way. We stopped in here for a weeknight late bite when our options were somewhat limited. Thankfully at that hour, street parking in NoDa wasn't too bad, we got a spot just off the main drag. Slices here are GIGANTIC, one is easily about 3 standard slices of pizza, or two normal NY size slices. We got a pepperoni and a cheese. The pepperoni had nice kick to them and the cheese was a high quality. You had to let the pepperoni grease drain onto your plate a bit, but that is expected. The thing that makes both slices so good is the garlic butter bath all around the crust that you can see them doing in the kitchen. Not just that, but the texture in the crust will make even non-crust lovers think again. You're basically left with big doughy garlic butter breadsticks. Definitely a 5 on taste. My only complaint, and I'm sure it is partly by design to keep people from staying long, the stools you can sit on to enjoy your pizza inside the restaurant are THE WORST I have ever placed my derrier on. Even for 15 minutes, it wasn't just uncomfortable, it was painful. It took me a couple blocks to start walking correctly again. Might as well just get rid of them and have people stand to eat. Terrible. Almost knocked a star off for it, that bad. Regardless of the world's worst stools, I would come back for more pizza and just plan on not eating it there.

The atmosphere feels very Manhattan, New York--moody R&B with the bass turned up, soft dim lighting, and intimate curtained spaces create a cozy vibe. And then there's the kale salad. After hearing all the hype, I decided my curiosity was worth risking my lactose intolerance. No regrets. In fact, if I ever had to choose a death row meal, this salad would be on the menu. It's crunchy, toasty, creamy, and brightened with just the right hint of lemon. It's an absolute must-order. And when you get to the crust of your pizza, do yourself a favor and use it to soak up every last bit of that dressing. The pizza is also very very good. Bird has developed a wonderful deep flavor of crust. And the tomato sauce has this great acid where if you end up taking some leftovers home, it develops into this beautiful umami that makes you question. Recognized by The New York Times as one of the best pizza spots in the U.S., the hype is definitely real... even if we're still debating whether it was two-months-in-advance real LOL. It is a small cute spot inside, NYC style. Some people don't like sitting so close to other customers, but I enjoy small intimate restaurants. As for the food - pizza was delish (love that they have beef pepperoni), but the viral kale Ceasar and buttermilk ice cream on the olive oil cake stole the show. I will say review that bill well once it arrives. We saw we were overcharged for drinks, our waitress put the tab of our next door table on ours. We did go back inside before leaving to get it straightened out, and they were nice about it. Service is good but a little slow when it came to getting things like extra napkins, drinks, etc.....and I could tell some waitresses were a bit more attentive to their tables vs. others. Definitely would return, but maybe more so just to pick up a pizza at the outside window and take it back home.

The reason we came in to order to-go was because we weren't happy with the Door-Dash delivery of same last time. The pizza just didn't travel well. This time with our to-go order it traveled a bit better and was fresher. We think it would be even better (4 stars) if we dined in. We also had a nice salad of mixed greens with dried cherries and the like, but it didn't come tossed. The dried cherries were in one corner, the onions in another ... you get the idea. Tossing would have made it easier to eat on-the-go. But the service people were very nice, and the store was clean and roomy with a semi-open kitchen. We'd give this place another try next time when dining in.

The waiter was efficient, not friendly but not unfriendly either, just doing his job pretty much. Would have been nice to have him check on us once or twice but again not the biggest deal. The pizza: my son really enjoyed it and gave it a 5/5 and hubby ranked it a 3/5. He thought the crust was a tad too soggy. Side Caesar: 3/5 had some pieces of the lettuce that should have never made it in the salad and the dressing was just okay. Morty: also a 3/5. Too much arugula, we took some out and then seasoned the rest with s&p and some crushed red pepper flakes. It just lacked a depth of flavor and the bread and arugula overpowered it. The seasoning helped a bit. I even added garlic aioli based on a review I read on here but I didn't taste it. The pasta salad it came with also lacked flavor, though very green and appearing loaded with flavor it was not. And when eating it, the texture was very gummy. Didn't finish that. Overall, it was okay but I'm not likely to return just because there are better options based on the things we tried. But taste is subjective and it just wasn't our vibe today. But check it out for yourself because we only tried three things and the pictures of the other pizzas do look amazing. That is all!

Their patio is so fun, the street you overlook is pretty chill so there weren't a lot of cars or noise. The area has good enough traffic for decent people watching, that's always fun. Our server was so funny and cool. I wish I could remember his name, but he was having a good convo with the person I was with about basketball and it was just really nice. It felt like I was home on my couch hanging with friends. It's such a cool chill place. I loved the pizza, olives app and the old fashioned. It was nice to actually meet the owner too, he is the person who greeted us when we walked in and he was really nice. This place just seems like a good neighborhood spot. If I lived closer I'd probably go a lot more often. Great spot!!

Review for Pizza Baby…read more After a relaxing Vinyasa yoga class and sound bath at The Coterie Wellness one evening, I found myself hungry--and conveniently, Pizza Baby had just opened in the same complex. Perfect timing. Since it was still new, the restaurant wasn't very busy, and I decided to grab a table outside. The outdoor seating was lovely--relaxed, comfortable, and a great way to unwind after a wellness session. I'm a sucker for thin-crust pizza, especially when it's hand-tossed and thoughtfully prepared, so one item immediately caught my eye: the rosemary pizza with hot honey. Sold. I added Italian sausage to the pizza and paired it with a fresh green salad (I can never resist a good Green Goddess dressing). Yes, it was a little on the pricey side, but the quality matched the cost--and I was genuinely pleased with my choices. The crust was thin and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the hot honey added just the right touch of sweetness and heat. This is definitely a place I'd return to--next time with friends--so we can share a few different pizzas and appetizers and really explore the menu. A few practical notes: * Parking is generally easy since the restaurant shares a lot with neighboring businesses in the complex * There are several nearby spots, including a wine bar and entertainment venues, which make the area feel lively * There was some early parking congestion when a nearby church held services, but the situation has since been addressed with signage and coordinated parking solutions It's nice to see businesses and community partners working together to make things run smoothly. There's also another location of Pizza Baby that I plan to visit, which speaks to how positive my first experience was. Bottom line: Great thin-crust pizza, pleasant outdoor seating, and a convenient stop after yoga or an evening out. A solid addition to Charlotte's growing food scene--and absolutely worth checking out. And if you're already in the area for a class or wellness session, it makes for the perfect post-workout reward.
