This was my second attempt at coming here, hoping I would have a better experience than my first visit. Unfortunately, this visit was even more disappointing. The first time I came was on a Sunday, and the restaurant was very quiet with only a few people there. The server who took our order completely forgot to ring in our drinks and food--not once, but twice. We waited around 30 minutes before anything arrived, and when it finally did, the drinks were incorrect. What made the situation worse was that the server never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. That being said, the food itself was excellent and honestly a 10/10. I decided to give the restaurant another chance and came back on a Friday, expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, the service was even worse this time. The servers seemed extremely unorganized and unprofessional. We waited about 10 minutes just to receive menus. When we tried to order two different bottles of wine, we were immediately told they didn't have either one, without much explanation or any attempt to offer alternatives. The atmosphere is supposed to be calm and relaxing, but one of the servers was extremely loud, which took away from the overall experience. I also noticed a child behind the bar, who was later driving a scooter around the back parking lot. Whether or not this is typical, it definitely added to the feeling that the restaurant lacked organization and professionalism. To be fair, the food was once again very good, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food. The biggest issue is the customer service and overall management of the dining experience. There is clearly a lot of potential here, but the service needs significant improvement. It's especially disappointing because I originally heard about this place through an employee who works across the street at their other location. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and had a great personality, which gave me high expectations coming here. Unfortunately, the experience at this location did not come close to matching that level of hospitality. I really hope they take this feedback seriously because the food is genuinely amazing. With better organization, communication, and customer service, this could be a much better dining experience. read more

Be it a bar seat or coming in with some friends at a table I would NOT pass this by if you enjoy a wine bar! You can do a reservation on their website to ensure you have a spot, very friendly and welcoming staff that provided great recommendations. Good variety of food and "grazing" selections to choose from and enjoy. Quiet atmosphere with a little music in the background to enjoy a slice of peace or a great conversation with company. Good food, nice atmosphere. Had to relocate from outside to inside due to rain, which the outside server nicely accommodated. Sat at the bar as we often do. The bars was busy owing to the fact the kitchen serving window is also located behind the bar. Would have enjoyed it more had not the senior person behind the bar seemed annoyed at having to serve us and it took a while to order and to het food. I was so excited to try this place. My mom lives in EG and we come down often and have been wanting to come for a while. I finally got her to babysit my kids, and came out for a birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the only redeeming quality I can give it is the cute patio and the hostess being so sweet to let us sit at a big table outside. Where do I start on the rest? First, We ordered a wine flight and a charcuterie plate. We got the flight, drank it and 48 minutes after we ordered, we still had no food and now no drinks. We flagged down a different waiter to see where our food was and our server came over and said it got lost...he clearly had forgotten it. No apology. We ordered more food right away because we were starving at this point. When we got our charcuterie he set it down and walked away without bothering to tell us what it was or ask if we wanted anything else. We got a fig and caramelized onion pizza and prosciutto & fromage frites. They were so bad that we left the whole plate of "frites" on the table - I've never disliked French fries so much in my life. The crème fraiche was so clearly sour cream squeezed from a bottle. The pizza was not great. We seriously considered leaving and going to chipotle or Chick-fil-A on our way home. To be fair, if you're looking for a cute patio and a basic glass of wine and a cute charcuterie plate, it's be fine. Otherwise, do not go here. Their service was terrible and the food was really not good. Not to mention it's priced like it's the best place in town. This has long been a favorite place; sadly, our recent experience was just not good at all. Once known for serving high-quality, artfully prepared charcuterie ...today's charcuterie ($48) was missing advertised ingredients and was served on a rickety three tier tea tray - odd presentation and seriously over priced for what was received. The pizza, which was absolutely fantastic when we were here last, had an overpowering taste of yeast ...it was awful. This interior is still super cute, but service was slow ...the waitress forgot to bring a second drink order and we were one of only two parties seated inside. I heard they've opened a second establishment across the street; perhaps their resources have just been spread too thin - Hopefully, they'll figure it out, because this place used to be so great! read more

Eclectic. Cozy. Hands down the best little underground restaurant on Main Street in downtown East Greenwich. It gives off a speakeasy vibe and has a bunch of little tables with unique seating options ranging anywhere from vintage couches to outdoor patio furniture. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and taken to a "balcony" table which gave my husband and I an excellent vantage point to take in all of the charming details. Our waitress was amazing... perfect blend of personable and professional. She made sure our glasses were never empty and quickly cleared away our dishes before bringing our next course. Speaking of courses... they were offering a special Valentines four course dinner for $100 per couple and an optional wine pairing with each course for another $25 per person. Very reasonable prices especially when considering the quality of food. We will definitely come back. They have an intimate bar area as well as a courtyard for summertime dining. We ended up sitting inside which has a cute rustic vibe to it. I actually think I read somewhere that their building is the oldest building on Main Street. The service was slow, but super friendly. We shared their small charcuterie tower for two and it was super filling and chock full of delicious options. We also tried one of the sandwiches which was tasty, but I'd probably just stick with charcuterie next time. I appreciate that they do a monthly wine flight with a solid variety of wines. I came here a few years ago when it first opened. It was a tiny spot without anywhere to sit other than outdoors.... Which seemed fine because it was during the height of COVID. They have since expanded, with indoor seating that makes you feel like you are in Tuscany. They have expanded their menu to include paninis, I was a little disappointed that they no longer had the option of in-store custom charcuteries, Although they do have a few pre made which suited us just fine ( and, no worries you can still order online to customize). My FAVE spot in East Greenwich! Seriously, ever since I discovered Graze on Main, my life has changed for the better. I look forward to coming out here just so that I can get one of their incredible charcuterie boards, and the more I visit, the more I find new favorites to add on next time. Ordered a charcuterie to start 2 pizzas and wine for all 3 of us. Everything hit the table at once. We were totally overwhelmed by all the food at once. We were unable to enjoy any of it. Graze is a beautiful hidden gem of East Greenwich right on Main Street... one that you may not even notice unless you were looking for it with the entrance located on the side of the building and requires a few short steps down from the main sidewalk. I've had 3 experiences at Graze, two sit-down and one order/pick-up. My two dine-in experiences were outstanding. The lovely staff is knowledgeable, bubbly and friendly, and go above and beyond to make wine and charcuterie recommendations guaranteed to please any palate. They are also very reasonably priced; the cheese and meats are all high quality and insanely delicious. I love that they have a unique variety of wines that pair perfectly with any board. The wines are also relatively inexpensive and on both dine-in occasions I've left with several bottles based on staff recommendations and loved trying new wines I wouldn't have otherwise picked out myself. The vibe and atmosphere is cool and private - perfect for a night out with gal pals, a romantic date night, or even an informal business get-together. My recent pick-up order experience was a little disappointing because I didn't get what I ordered but I'll chalk it up to holiday chaos. I decided to give my neighbors personal charcuterie boxes as a holiday gift and at $25/box I thought it was a nicely priced and fabulous gesture. I was wildly impressed with their customer service and will restate that they seem to go above and beyond to deliver. The online ordering deadline was cutoff so I called and left a message which was returned by the owner or manager (not sure) who said "no problem, we can do it!". I was so appreciative. My disappointment is that I ordered prosciutto and soppressata for all 6 boxes and said to surprise me with whatever cheeses paired best with those meats. Unfortunately, I received double pepperoni in all 6 boxes. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home... but I doubt I would have even asked for a correction being that it's crunch time and I'm sure they are inundated with holiday orders. My neighbors all loved their boxes and said it was such a fabulous little treat to receive. The Parmesan was the fan favorite. This was my second time in a month at Grqze on Main. I threw a Birthday afternoon for my mom and 8 other women. From the minute I ordered online I was able to choose everything I wanted and had food allergies and there were options to include everyone attending. The ordering process is easy and reasonably priced for what's included. I came early to set up and the General Manager helped me with any needs I had and had all of the dishes and glasses ready. The service was spot on and kept our glasses full and fresh pitchers of ice water on a hot day. The charcuterie was exceptional, fresh and everyone enjoyed it. We had a cake and it was brought out on a beaut stand with candle and lighter as well as a knife. Graze on Main was a hit and all of the ladies were blown away and we can't wait to go back. They never disappoint. I know of no other place in southern Rhode Island that makes creations like theirs. I've been back many times for special occasions (anniversary, birthday) and sometimes just to "wow" guests with a special appetizer. The shop is hidden a bit from their listed Main Street address so I had a challenge finding it the first time, but I eventually found that there is convenient parking in the rear of the building. As a bonus, they also have outdoor seating if you want to just share a bottle of wine with a friend and a small charcuterie for 2. I haven't taken advantage of the outdoor patio yet, but learned that the wine glasses that accompany your bottle of wine are complimentary - you get to take them home with you! I had ordered a large grazing board for a party yesterday, when I arrived to pick up we realized I mistakenly ordered for Tuesday, instead of telling me sorry about your luck(which they'd be justified in doing- again my mistake) they offered to make my board if I could come back in an hour (I couldn't) but fortunately they had date night boards pre made and packed them up AND added nuts and happy birthday signage for us too! Graze on Main was a spot we wanted to try for a while. So we decided to order up a few of the personal boxes for Mother's Day. The online ordering was so easy to use. There were so many options to choose from to customize your board. With the personal boxes, you get to choose two meats and two cheeses and we had a hard time choosing! Pick up was super easy and staff was super friendly. When we opened our boxes we were blown away by them. We could definitely tell a lot of time and care went into putting all these together. All the fruit and veggies were fresh and the meats and cheeses were very good quality.
