My first visit to the original(?) Graze.... I had been to the Armature Works location quite a few times and looooooove the Graze burger with tots! I came here to this location for breakfast (once so far) and it was good....not great. There is a local NY-ish with a coffee house feel to this spot. You wait in line, order your food, take your number on a stick, sit wherever you like (arm chairs with low-top tables, regular tables & chairs, counter seats or community style tables...) I ordered coffee, a mimosa and breakfast. We opted for the community tables - generally people talk to one another at community tables - but seems at this place they don't. Food came, it was good, doesn't quite match how I feel about the Graze burger at AW...but I'm just getting used to the other food options here. Seats were uncomfortable. Better stools for the community tables would be my greatest suggestion. But, I'll be back. Maybe sit in the arm chairs next time. read more

My bf always gets graze at Armature but we only lie about 1/2 mile from the Dale Mabry one, so we ordered take out online for pick up. Most importantly the online ordering in their website is so user friendly. Lots of pictures, descriptions and ability to customize. Food was ready fast, packed really well and so fresh & hot. Every person in the restaurant was friendly upon pick up. A server waved and said welcome, the person at the register was on the phone and smiled and the person near the counter also immediately greeted me and asked my name. The inside was so modern, warm and what you want from your local restaurant. The all day breakfast is always so clutch. My boyfriend's usual was perfect (egg, American& bacon Sammy on an everything bagel) and my breakfast burrito was so tasty. Those jalepenos have quite the kick, so beware if you can't do spicy! We grazed at Graze - 1st time ever - for brunch. The BYO Egg Bowl with potatoes, onions, spinach, and chicken was delicious and filling because of the generous portion. Was it me or a bad day? After reading some great reviews, I was somewhat let down by the food. I really wanted to feast but it missed the spot for me. The Chicken sando lacked a crunch and was just warm not juicy hot like I'd expect even from PDQ next door. The kitchen wasn't busy since the dining room was light at the end of any lunch rush with a handful of folks dining so I really don't know why the sandwich was a miss temperature wise. I doubt getting it spicy would have helped. Flavors were lacking, even the pickles didn't give it a needed punch. It could've benefited from a bit more sauce but the bun was nice. The sweet potato fries were good but not mind blowing. Again they were cool and softer with some sugar glazing on top. The smoked salmon tartine needed more salmon and prefer it thinly sliced than presented. The BLT had real crisp bacon I was told and not in the best way. We were hungry so we ate and left. This particular eatery serves breakfast all day. Lunch/Dinner is served after 11AM weekdays & after 1 PM on Sat & Sun. Regular business hours are 8 AM till 8 PM every day but Sunday (when the restaurant opens @ 9 AM). There are NO RESERVATIONS allowed. Patrons will likely encounter a line prior to ordering. Unfortunately, there's just one open register, but the line moves rather fast. There is a full wall menu behind the cashier as well as individual menus beside him/her. Upon payment, diners are handed a numerical table marker; the prepared food is brought to the table. While we ate, there was a young woman washing down tables; she stated that she spoke no English. I drew the outline of a box & pointed to my leftovers; we communicated beautifully. Anytime diners left their tables, she was quick to spray down each table w/ a Windex-like cleaner. OUR TWO ENTRÉES TASTED FRESH-- SEE PICS! The Avocado Egg Salad on thick, multi-grain toast was HEAVENLY! At $11, I will order it the next time I stop in. The mimosas are great, mostly champagne with a splash of orange juice. The smoked salmon tartine was an excellent breakfast choice with a nice amount of salmon and pickled red onion to provide some body to the tartine. The side salad was tossed in a nice lite vinaigrette topped with pumpkin seeds. The scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy too. Well, I'm about to hit 30 and I feel like my age is starting to show. This place is far too hip for me. It reminds me of a smaller, more colorful Oxford Exchange. Black and white marble-looking floors and tables with quilted cushion benches. When it's full of people like it was today, it gets very loud but as people started heading out, it wasn't too bad. I know my parents would have a hard time hearing here. 12PM on a Sunday was crazy - can't find a place to sit kind of crazy. 1PM it started to die down and be so much better. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly. So, let's get to the food. It was probably going to be a one-time thing for me but the food is SO GOOD. We will certainly be back. They managed to make a kids' quesadilla surprisingly extra delicious. I got the Ray-Ray's BLT, which had amazing bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and whatever sauce they put on was so creamy and flavorful. The service is relatively fast and the people are friendly. The patrons don't have to wear masks but you can spread out nicely if it's not packed. Located on Dale Mabry, traffic may be terrible and parking is limited, but you are rewarded with really solid food and a good atmosphere.
