I returned to the same location to ask them to check whether the coolant had been properly topped off. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I was told it was "just below the line" and that I definitely had a leak. The service advisor was dismissive and rude, offering no real help or accountability. Concerned, I took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion. After a thorough inspection, I was told the issue was caused by improper service at Express Oil--specifically, the coolant cap had not been tightened correctly and the system was significantly low on coolant (nearly a gallon). This negligence led to engine overheating, unnecessary stress, lost time from work, and additional repair costs that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention. I will not be returning. I strongly recommend others double-check any work done here or consider going somewhere more reliable.

I said okay and the next guy that comes in I hear them saying the same thing and automatically felt like it wasn't true. Then I get home and it's leaking. I take it in 3 different times. Once I'm told it's "burping and normal to have some overage". Then I'm told " I would have never suggested that for a Nissan it causes issues" and lastly to take it somewhere else have it fixed and come back with the receipt and they would help me create a claim. Well I do that that 820.00 dollars later they now don't know what I'm talking about and it wasn't caused by the coolant flush. Been on hold with corporate claims for an hour and think I'll just be out of the money. Save yourself and go anywhere else.

They told me yesterday it would be done end of day, and today also that it would be done end of day and I have absolutely no faith in that. UPDATE: They never even figured out what was wrong with it and told me they were tinkering on it but not equipped to figure it out and have it taken to the Infiniti dealership. I will say Benjamin on the phone was very kind and professional, and I appreciated that. Other than him, though, I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Jason was totally rude and laughed in my grandfathers face when he got upset when they charged us $688 and left us with a car that still wouldn't start. Papa asked if he could speak to a manager, and he said that he could find him at the high rise in Nashville. What a sorry loser. Shame on you, Firestone. And shame on you, Jason!! They refused to accept payment for the hours of time they spent looking into the issue, or the filer they replaced. While they couldn't find the source of the smell, they told me they changed the filter and advised to get a full detail to see if it's spilled milk or food from kids left over time. They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.
