Love the phone and in-person customer service. The lobby is nice and clean. They changes my oil while I made myself a cup of coffee. The business is female-owned and operated which impressed me as a woman. I told them about a certain noise I was hearing. They drove the car and checked it. The gentleman that assisted me with the diagnosis said that they didn't hear anything but they noticed my back breaks needed to be changed. He gave me a quote and details about cutting the rotors. I decided to go with new rotors and brake pads. He gave a discount which I appreciated. My niece the new owner of my car took it in and they noticed the back right brake light was off. They changed it for free as they should have caught it during the oil change. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all for the superior customer service. What especially caught my attention was their honesty about the oil change, will be every 5k miles not 3k like most oil places would say. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I went for the first time about two months ago for an oil change. I knew about a bad part that causes oil to burn faster and I was glad they knew about it too. They offered to fix it and I when I declined, bc we are selling the car soon, they didn't hassle me or give me attitude. They were very nice, had fast service and even offered to top it off my oil (2qrts) for free if it did burn off before the next oil change. Today I went back bc my oil did burn fast like we knew it would and they got me in right away. Even though my oil needed 3qrts they didn't charge me and my teenage boys were happy bc they had snacks in the lobby. All the workers were very nice and it felt like they sincerely wanted to help. We received this coupon in the mail and decided to check out this shop since they have such great reviews. It was our first time. Well...They don't offer conventional oil changes. They only offer synthetic and synthetic blend oil changes. Okay then, we got the synthetic blend oil change. Upon picking up the car, we provided the coupon that clearly states "$7 OFF SYNTHETIC BLEND OR CONVENTIONAL" They said this coupon only works on Full Synthetic oil changes. I have to say that they were on top of everything, ordered what was needed. Checked my make and model of car. However. The wipers were not correct. The technician didn't catch it during installation. So while using my wipers one flew off. When I returned to consult with them they said they were the wrong ones. They would correct the error. Well a week has gone by. I stopped in to see the progress and their vendors can't seem to have them in stock or don't have the correct size. Not sure. But there was never an offer to refund a mistake that they made.
