Today I had my towed there to get fixed. The tow company was only transporting my car there. They are not the owner. The mechanic named Shawn told me he couldn't service my car for undisclosed reasons. But what I don't understand is why would he walk away from me the owner and go tell the tow truck driver he couldn't service my car. The tow truck driver is not the owner nor a mechanic for Grease Monkey. I am very big on privacy and professionalism. I will be contacting corporate pertaining to this. read more

Received a coupon in the mail for 25$ off. Tried to check price of a dexos oil change. No transparency for a 5 qt. Oil change of a basic American car. No prices. No one answered the phone after calling twice. You had an opportunity to gain a customer as I live .2 miles away. This location was not up to par! The customer service was terrible and they did not do any of the services marked as complete on the service checklist! To start, they are supposed to open at 8am and they were late. That is forgivable. I pull in and the employee simply says, "What do you need done today?" No good morning or any form of greeting. I request a high mileage oil change and he tells me to pull forward. He asks which oil change I want and then tells me to pop the hood. The process begins and nothing is being communicated. I've had several oil changes and no matter where I go, they always check my brake lights, turning signals, etc. This did NOT happen here. They did NOT check the filter inside the glove compartment or offer me a new one. They did NOT top off or check any fluids such as windshield washer fluid or coolant. They did NOT check my tires or wiper blades. NOTHING was checked. Once the oil change was complete they did NOT even show me the new clean oil. Based on the signage they had posted, I asked them to check the brake fluid and transmission fluid. He looked and said, "Oh it's ok it's just dark, you may want to look into having it flushed." Then he mumbled a price and I asked him to repeat it and he said nothing. The service sticker provided wasn't even clear and when I asked him about it, he said, "the mileage is right there, it's just missing a 1." This was by far THE WORST experience I have had in all my years of receiving oil changes. To top it off, on my receipt it says that several things were checked and in good condition such as the wiper blades, battery, lights, etc, when NONE of these things were checked! My wife took her car to get a simple oil change to my amaze we got the oil change. My car never leak anything it well maintained . When we moved the car from our just recently paint garage a puddle of brand new oil was discovered under the car. with prices the way in today world I expect better service . Grease monkey lacks quality care and the basics to have this location. I will never entrust this location with my cars . We took the car back to the manager so that they could address the issue.
