They also offer free cold bottled water and an air conditioned waiting room (though I hardly waited so it wasn't even necessary). Be weary going here. I went in for an oil change and ended up leaving being told I need new brakes. They made it seem like it was urgent and I should get it done there that day or take it back soon and have them do it. I went to a trusted mechanic shop over in Roswell later on and was told my brakes were all good at 50% and I shouldn't need them replaced for another 20 thousand miles or so. read more

This place saved me today! Specifically it was Dante who went above and beyond for me. I ran over some debris on the freeway and it knocked the plastic undercarriage off under my car. It was still attached (barely) but it was scraping along the ground. Dante was able to save the plastic cover by ziptie-ing it back up. Jiffy Lube at 3541 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth, GA is (WAS) the only place I took my car for oil changes since I've owned it. For reference, it is a 2023 Nissan and it was purchased new from the local Nissan dealership. Last year, after the oil changes, my oil service needed sensor continued to come on. I took it back to Jiffy Lube where it was discovered that the technician had neglected to replace the oil cap. Mistakes happen. I continued to use Jiffy Lube exclusively. On May 11, 2025, I took my car to JL for a routine oil change. The technician was unable to remove the oil pan plug and stated to me that the oil pan plug was stripped due to being over tightened the last oil change at JL, and that I would have to take the car to Nissan for repair. Nissan replaced the oil pan which cost $400.00 and stated that JL should reimburse the cost due to their mistake. The representative from JL called today and stated it's not their fault because Nissan did not contact JL and take photos. Therefore, JL refused to reimburse my cost. JL has just lost a 20 year, 2-car customer. I hope it was worth their $400.00. Do not recommend at all. read more

They were friendly Lashonda was kind and professional, the service preformed on my automobile is questionable and gives me doubt as to the thoroughness . I was in a bay first but the last to leave. It was closing time. The service check list is a joke. Dante only checked my air filter and tires after I asked. I was ask to start the vehicle after he closed the hood. I know from past experiences they usually check the oil level ?. Then he did only after I asked the lady Lashonda to ask him to. They didn't reset the service light. Came here after attempting to go to 2 other locations so I was ecstatic that they were actually open unlike other locations! There were two ladies present that were super friendly in assisting me while I waited for the mechanic to return from lunch, and even offered me a discount for my wait. It was empty here once I arrived and by the time I left. However, I would definitely return again. I naturally get nervous and a little uncomfortable when it comes to getting anything done to my car because I just don't understand it. These ladies made me feel at ease and explained everything very well. read more

I just don't really have much that's good to say about this Jiffy Lube. I've gone here for years to get my oil and emissions done, since it's around the corner from my house. Still, there is nothing exemplary or even particularly decent about this location. I've never gotten in and and out in less than 30 minutes, and they constantly try to upsell me on services. Twice now when I've taken my Outback Sport in, they've futzed something up to make the Check Engine light come on. I wish I had an alternative to suggest, but I really don't in this area. Horrible experience. Stopped by to get my oil changed in my prius. Guys quoted me 89.99!! I went to Jiffy Lube, thinking it would be cheaper than my dealership. Well, the Toyota Dealership quoted me 49.99!!! How is it more money at Jiffy Lube? Sounds like they were trying to rip me off. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have to say, I've been to quite a few Jiffy Lube's over the years. Usually I go to one that is closest to my office, but this last time was nearer to my home. I have never had better service with the friendliest employees at any JL....ever. I was treated with much consideration and especially considering that I was their last customer of the day. You'd think they'd be tired and ready to call it a day, but they were quite courteous. They were even in the process of training a new employee and she acted as though she had been part of their 'family' for ages. I doubt I'll even consider going anywhere else again. read more

The work staff admitted that they had bad oil filters. After I have been there couple of times since another shop looked at the filter and seen it was damaged. Reached out to owner.. Really didn't go well. They lack knowledge and your vehicle might not make it out safe. read more

worst service. i went there sunday and the mechanics were busy socializing with their buddies. i requested for the mechanic to reset the oil but they never did and when i asked them politely to do it the mechanic just yelled from the parking lot for me to do it. i tried, couldnt do it and left dissapointed. just use google and dont bother going to this location. i just wished they put job over chatting with their buddies. not sure if the franchise is bad or just this location. read more
