I was put on hold several times, gave the information requested, then put on hold again. In the interim, my brother's neighbor took the delivery over to their house. I said to her, the delivery driver (Tucker) still dropped it off to the wrong house and that should be addressed. Luckily, my brother's neighbor didn't toss them or keep them.
