We stopped here when we were driving from Milwaukee to Madison. We wanted lunch but not fast food. This is such a cute spot! Only a few minutes off I-94. They had so many breads and cookies/sweets to choose from. They had a great lunch menu as well. My husband had the veggie sandwich and I had a fall salad. Both were delicious. The ingredients were very fresh. I especially loved their salad dressing. Their homemade chips were also amazing! They also have take and bake items along with a mini shopping area. Plenty of tables and cozy places to sit. We placed our order at the counter and it was ready in about 10 minutes. We were lucky we went at an odd time so there wasn't a line.

I wish we could give both the Delafield and Oconomowoc Great Harvest 10 stars... We worked with these locations to help with all of the baked goods, deserts, sweets and wedding cake for my wife and I at our wedding this past November... They were amazing to work with, super accommodating, they had amazing ideas and listened to everything we had asked for... What they did was beyond perfect and we would recommend both or either location hands down! They made every aspect of what we asked absolutely perfect and had it at the venue and ready to go without any stress on our end! Our guests LOVED everything they brought - we heard it over and over throughout the evening! Thank you guys so so so much!

I sometimes find the bread a little heavy, but I do like to go there for a lunch sandwich.

I would come back and try the coffee drinks sometime because they did look really cool. Lots of fun options on the menu. TBH not a fan of the decor - I know the theme is "blue collar" and they were going for a steel shop vibe but the cafe is pretty dark and feels smaller than it is because of the scrap metal on the walls. Wouldn't be somewhere I'd sit and study but fine for grab and go for me. Maybe I'm just a boomer but I liked the way it was decorated when it was Milwaukee Street Traders and miss how cozy and light it was then. I did LOVE the pay it forward wall. So sweet to encourage kindness in the community and to leave tickets for people to redeem a free drink when they're having a bad day/a nurse/a best friend/etc. Overall, I'd recommend this spot if you're coming to grab something quick but would not recommend the matcha. :)

The Mocha had good flavor, and the right amount of chocolate (sometimes they can taste more like hot chocolate). They warmed up the cake and it was absolutely delicous. It was a good portion, with more than enough to share. My friend got the oatmeal, and that was also amazingly good. The bowl was brimming with oats and all the optional toppings. You like walnuts? There were enough in that one bowl to make a cake! Everything was delicious. My one criticism was that they do not have mugs for the hot beverages. Just not a fan of sitting down for a inside coffeeshop experience with a paper cup. Service: The people helping us out were both super friendly. Explained the different menu choices. They offer gluten "friendly" bakery, and let us know that they try hard to contain any cross contamination.. I don't have a gluten issue, but that was good to know. Gave great service for our entire stay. Atmosphere: The place is nicely designed. Plenty of natural light through the front and side windows. The seating is arranged for different size groups, and it was easy to have a quiet conversation. The design is simple, casual, and very open. It was a relaxing space. Would definitely come back again.

I think in my last review I had gotten the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and mentioned it was pretty basic (your order was pretty basic, you may have shouted at the screen--you're not wrong, gentle reader). Since then I've grown, I've taken responsibility for my uninspired ordering and can now confidently say--they have some of the best coffee shop breakfast bites around. What should you order? Their strawberry avocado toast. Strawberries on avocado? I'm unsure, you may be muttering. Please do yourself a favor, stop muttering, and just order the dang toast. It's goat cheese sprinkled, balsamic reduction drizzled, and quite simply some of the best avocado toast I've had the pleasure of consuming. What else? The baked oatmeal with berries. Warm, comforting, and adorned with fresh berries--it's the stuff winter dreams are made of. I love during the holidays they have some fun holiday lattes (s/o to the jingle bells latte) and I've also recently ordered and enjoyed their tangerine mocha (citrus-y delight!). The service is always above-and-beyond lovely. And, dining/seating area is clean and comfortable. Get to it!
