ITS A MALL... is it great? ehh. IT's sure aint FANCY. LOL one stop mall to pick up everything you need for a last minute shindig.

This mall is massive. We walked through the mall and made several purchases before. This time we came just to dine at the food court. We settled on Cajun Asian food. Bourbon chicken, Cajun chicken, a sweet red colored meat and mixed vegetables. Everything was fresh and filling. I highly recommend this food courts Cajun cusine. read more

The Great Mall is expensive because they're filled with high end places. Outlets? Yea but not outlet prices. This is a huge mall. It's build in a circle. There is something here for everyone. A food court here and extra restaurants in other locations of the mall. Parking later in the day is a pain. read more

This mall is whack. So many whack stores here only like 2 are aite. Theres sooo many teens here trying to get at people and acting out of their age. I hate this mall. sucks. only reason to go is because of the theatre. I also dont liek this mall because its small. Not that much here to see. This is a big mall. Parking is not a problem...you'll find one...but no shaded areas at all. This place gets crowded on weekends. The store prices are about the same everywhere, but sometime you can find bargains. The food court is good but could be better - not enough choices for me. There's a small police station in the mall but I've never seen it open. This mall could use more comfy seating around the areas. read more

I was expecting more. Most of the Stores where outlet stores so the prices weren't expensive. The only Store that i really went for was Daiso. Everything was 1.50 except for the ones that were marked. Daiso is an store with items from Japan. They have beauty tools, bento boxes, and so much more "cute" Items! I can spend hours there. The only down side to this store is that it's small so the isles are made for an one directional walk way. You can try and squeeze but it's still cramp. Beside that. The mall has name brand stores that aren't around my area so it was a nice visit. Also Parking is a hassle. It's like you have to stalk a person as they are about to leave to even get parking in an certain areas. read more

As the 2 star rating says, "Meh. I've experienced better". The mall is nothing special. Then again, a bunch of malls in the area are going down under. The main points of interest here for me are the theatre, gamestop, Dave n Busters, and to a lesser extent, Tommy Hilfigure. Overall, it's an outlet mall, many of the products are faulty, and it just has a dive-like vibe. Again though, many malls in the area are dying. read more

This is one of my favorite malls in the bay area. This mall has outlet stores for a lot of popular designers like Kenneth Cole, Abercrombie, Hollister and also stores saks 5th. I always end up finding good deals at this mall. read more

Great mall is a great place to shop. Not too many designer shops but a wide variety of stores to choose from. Warning if you don't like to walk very far don't come to Great Mall. This mall is huge and to cover the whole mall may take a while. They also have one of the best food courts with also a wide variety of different foods from different cultures. read more

We have been coming to this mall for years but it keeps getting worse and worse. Not only does it smell like b.o but we walk outside and there was Pork Grease coming out of the sewer(sp?) it smelled disgusting and to top it off I stepped on it. Department of health should defiantly come and take a look at it. No my whole car smells like greasy pork!! read more

Great Mall is a very good outlet shopping mall which is full of a lot of stores. The place is comfortable and good to spend ur hall afternoon here. I just want to say I really enjoy my shopping time here. read more

The mall is huge, I remembered when it first opened and they was no hallway thoroughway through the center, to short cut to the other side. The stores are hit and miss, some high end, some low end. I think for a teenager, a good mall to be dropped off and picked up at the end of day. Enough to keep them occupied with the shopping, eateries, Dave and Buster's for arcades and the movie theater. read more

5 stars for the good prices and deals, 3 stars because its an average mall people come to for discounts. I have worked in the mall for over 7 years and have seen the good and the bad. Their opening better stores like H&M and Neiman Marcus but when you have stores like Asian Link and a ghetto furniture place it brings it back down. D&B is awesome! They have Saks, Neiman, Old Navy, Gap, Banana, Tilly's and some other cool stores but it doesn't offer what other "outlet" malls do, more high end stores...maybe I'm asking too much but I think they could have done a lot better with this mall. With Santana Row, Oakridge, Valley Fair, and even Eastridge all better than Great Mall it is what it is, a discount shopping center. read more

A movie theater and Dave & Busters right at the mall, can't as for more then that... Dave and Buster's had good food, drinks, and fun games. I thoroughly enjoyed myself shopping then winding down with a nice Margarita. read more

I love this mall for a few reasons the size and the I always find GREAT deals. On my last trip I pick up a black sheath dress for $5 [ Note: I am not one of those size 5 girls so rarely do I find such great deals] I also picked up a pair of sandals at Banana Republic for $14.00 and a pair of sandals at cotton on for $5. a purse and a pair of shoes for $30 [ say whaaat in my stewie griffin voice] I will say most of store in this "outlet" mall are not outlets its just another store but if your timing is right you can really get some great deals. read more

I came here so often growing up because my mom was a big shopper and we had time to kill. Now coming here I've always wondered what is there here. The F21 is huge... so huge i get a headache walking in... this mall is OUTLETS mostly - so that's a plus. But sometimes I find better deals at Macy's. They are currently remodeling the center where the shortcut used to be. Apparently a Uniqlo is going to be there somewhere. I mainly come here to kill time when I'm in the area. This mall is alright. I mean its nice to go when you need some shopping done, however it does not have very much make up stores or any for that matter. Parking sucks on weekends and holidays, but there is parking. the food court is okay, but there are a bunch of surrounding restaurants as well. I will get my shopping fix here, but I have to ignore all the bopperish kids. read more

Much better than Gilroy outlet it is an indoor outlet and they also have a Century 21 theaters.

The mall is falling to pieces!!! Yes a lot of stores and new construction, but they seem to never fix anything. Broken tiles, busted bathrooms, and security that seems only intent on looking at all the women. This mall is a zoo on the weekends. Parents don't seem to watch their own kids or pick up after them. If it wasn't for Dave and Busters I wouldn't even come to this mall. I will shop at Valley Fair or Eastridge from now on. read more

Not the best mall out there but it's not the worst either. There are a good amount of stores here but not all of them are great. It depends on what your looking for I guess. The floors are very dirty here and it's pretty crowded. Especially on weekends. If you want a better mall then drive a little ways more for Westfield mall in San Jose right across from Santana Row. read more

It's an outdated outlet mall, with all types of outlets you can think of. There are also some big stores here that are not outlets, so it's a good mix. Their newest addition isn't an outlet store- Ugg Australia! I would expect this kind of store to be at Valley Fair, but here it is, at the Great Mall. Don't look for any discounted Ugg boots here, though. Whatever the prices are on the Ugg Australia website, are what the prices will be in this store. The best way to have a great experience here is to plan for it and come 15-20 minutes BEFORE THEY EVEN OPEN, so you can find a good parking spot with no trouble, and then you can just go inside and wait for the stores to open, maybe get a Starbucks. You can have the whole place almost to yourself for a full hour, before it starts to get packed. Like Valley Fair, gone are the days when you can just go the mall in the middle of the day on a weekend. If you choose this route, it will be a miserable experience for you, with looking for parking, and wading through wall-to-wall people. This mall is a big circle, which many have already stated. I actually don't like this layout because sometimes I need to go to specific stores and have to go through the entire circle to get there. My feet are killing me after. There are lots of snack places and typical food court places here. There are many bathrooms. There is lots of entertainment for all the throngs of unsupervised children that run around here. It does get very hot in here, and most of the stores are also too hot, making it too uncomfortable at times to try anything on or stick around too long. Also, the kiosk people are very aggressive. One nice thing about this mall is that there are lots of benches everywhere, for when you need to rest from all that walking. But, oh no, you can't really rest, because kiosk people will actually come up to you when you're just sitting on a bench and try to harass you. So, have your game face on if you sit on the benches. read more

I think I almost crashed into a minimum of a dozen screaming, running kids here. There were so many people here it made Valley Fair seem serene and peaceful. I can't even organize my thoughts on how I felt here as, well, it's THAT hectic. Anyway, this place is a pretty much a large outlet mall, which is good for bargain seekers. I'll fess up to being one at times, but I'll gladly pay full price over at Valley Fair/Santana Row to avoid playing a gigantic game of "keep clear of the little children while trying to maintain a decent walking pace and not get stuck behind people who are completely clueless." My favorite outlet mall. There are certain stores that I love and have really great items on sale or for a much cheaper price than other stores. But of course since its an outlet mall, there are some stores such as Abercrombie and Fitch (for example) that does not have many options. I would definetly recommend this place as one of those places to go every now and then to buy a lot of clothes and other things at once for cheaper. read more

A really odd and interesting mall. It combines discount chains (Forever 21, H&M, Daiso), outlet stores (Correlle, Timberland, Sears), and depressing giants (Kohls, Burlington Coat Factory). It is laid out in "neighborhoods " - although it's not terribly easy to navigate and there isn't much signage. The Forever 21 is an especially nice one, and the Daiso is great. read more

Great mall with many stores. Every store is a outlet type who with all the discoe'd items and at discount. There are exceptions with a full sports authority etc, old navy , kohls etc. Overall a great mall but just come on the weekends after 12pm as it is mega packed and literally limited parking. read more

I've been coming here since high school. The mall isn't so "GREAT" but it is a lot more affordable than Valley Fair! They're always switching around the stores and putting in new ones. Not necessarily good as a Westfield mall. The only thing I would recommend them putting in is a Sephora or M.A.C. makeup store! Then I wouldn't have to drive to Campbell! The mall is a huge circle. Sometimes it gets confusing because they have places you can cut through in the center of the mall. There are a good amount of clothing stores but then there are also other weird stores I feel like no one goes to i.e. asian link (asian furniture, vases and rugs), massage places (because they already have booths outside the stores), piano place (for lessons and buying pianos) SEARS appliances (b/c its not an actualy SEARS with clothing). Weekends are usually PACKED to the MAX!!!! no parking!! it gets really hot and stinky sweaty inside the mall and stores. Everyone comes here with a buttload of people who wants to hangout and not actually shop. TONS of strollers everywhere! AGGRESSIVE mothers who will run you other with their child! haha. They have a lot of good places though like Dave and Busters connected (which isn't monitored during the day ;] ) and Chipotle and Jollibee! read more
