It was a bit dry and not in a good way, sort of leathery. The chicken and broccoli was 4 out of 5, tender and tasty. The fried dumplings were good but the pastry was doughy, I'd rate it 3 out of 5. Lastly, the soup was over-slimy. Had to water out down s bit and the wontons were tasty but the pastry was undercooked. I will try the place again as it wasn't gross, maybe just a bad day for them. Service normal for a take out and it was timely cooked. Place looks visually clean.

I called ahead and ordered general taos chicken combo, house lo mein noodles, and some type of spicy peanut shrimp. Per usual I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and upon entry I did have to wait as the woman managing the register continued to receive calls and fulfill ongoing orders. Everything was yummy, hot, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back and don't let the appearance fool you, this is the best Chinese spot in town.

I was there at 11:30. No where in the menu does it say starts at a specific time. I wish the menu was more detailed or accurate. Service was decent. I told the waiter about the sambar lacking flavor and that I needed some chaat masala so he got me some. Then he came back to check to make sure I was ok with the food, which was nice. Ambiance is a fast food style restaurant. Food and drinks are all served on paper plates/plastic cups/etc. I will come back to try again because I remember the food being very tasty before. Hoping this negative experience was just a one time event.

On the other hand, the wonton soup was delicious with deep flavor in the broth. Best wonton soup I've had from a casual restaurant. It was hot, flavorful, and not oily. The wontons were good as well. The filling had good flavor and the wrapper was a nice texture. The restaurant itself was calm and dim with a decent amount of seating available inside.
