Most disgusting Chinese buffet we have ever encountered. We should have ran when 3 of the 4 plates (on top) were dirty at the first station we walked up to. This was my first time stopping in. I had a crazy unshakable cravin' for Chinese which I absolutely LOVE! I'd travel a country mile for good Chinese food. Well, I've passed by on a number of occasions and just didn't feel in my spirit this was the place for me. When this feeling is present, go with it because 10 times out of 10, it's right! I'm sitting in the car now praying not to throw up! The place was not as clean when I entered and the front attendant acted as if he couldn't care less whether folks came in to eat or not. Anywho, I chose the usual vegetable lomein, beef broccoli, general Tso's chicken, crab rangoon (really cream cheese rangoon), egg roll, shrimp, crawfish, chicken on a stick and hot/sour soup. The food was flavorless. I mean really bad. I should've asked them to pay ME for dining there. This experience was a total wash for me and ANOTHER bought lesson. Ugh! I'm mad at myself. My $6.95 Mon-Sat lunch buffet featured a hibachi grill, sushi bar, soft serve ice cream, cake slices, two puddings, four soups, many fruits, and a good variety of entrees including Chinese standards, baked salmon, chilled shrimp, pork ribs, and carve-your-own roast beef. Items were well labeled. I enjoyed the salmon, ribs, roast beef, spring roll, and General Tso chicken. They were all tasty, and warm. The chicken wing was just okay, and I avoided a bin of extremely over-cooked (burnt) chicken on a stick. I haven't eaten here in years! If you're ever torn between Chinese or Mexican food, I guess you should try this out. Besides the normal Chinese buffet selection, they had ceviche, menudo and other Mexican food items. We were there around 11 am on a Saturday. The food looked good, but unfortunately the appetizers I grabbed were all still cold in the center. I suspect they were leftovers from Friday night. The food had potential, but the temperature ruined it for me. The ceviche was good; it wasn't very spicy. I still found things to eat, but I would have liked to microwave some of it. read more

This was our second time going here. The food both times was old and hard. They were out of white rice and egg drop soup. There weren't but three other tables of people. One family walked in and turned around and walked right back out. Our total was $29 and change however they charged my card for $35.77 I was still in the restaurant when the charge popped up on my card (I got a text). So I disputed it with the hostess and all she kept saying was "call your card, I don't know what is going on". I had a pretty awesome first trip here. The food is your standard American style Chinese food, however this place also has some awesome Menudo on the Saturday menu (cannot speak to the other days). This may actually be the best place to rid yourself of a hangover in the city. This place has an awesome fruit selection. The cold shrimp is kept above ice on the plastic wrap (not kept cold very well). The staff is usually rude but today they did not talk to us much. I apologize, but it has become evident their chef clearly does not know how to cook and the method in which they are cutting corners to save money has affected the quality of their food. 1. Their roast beef was cooked to a boot, a literal boot. The corpse of a deer caught in a forest fire would have more juice in their meat. 2. The soup and even the sweet red sauce was watered down, you can clearly tell by the fact the "sauce" had the same consistency as the soup. 3. Chicken was bland, ALL chicken, the orange, general, sesame, and jalapeño chicken were all bland. 4. The Salad bar looked nice, but after tasting a few fruit, they had an odd taste to it. It wasn't spoiled, but I think they were cut using a knife that wasn't properly cleaned. I mean perhaps if you wanted to save money, you could come here. The price was fairly cheap, but I honestly would have decided to pay double if that would mean the quality of food would improve. Please DO NOT EAT HERE!! All three of us got very sick after eating here!! The "Pesi" does not taste like Pepsi--it tastes like a cheap cola substitute. I actually enjoy this spot. I've gone here probably a dozen times. For a buffet the food is good, they've got a wide selection, it's generally clean, and the host/hostess and waitstaff have always been consistently friendly. I love watching the karaoke when they do it. I want to say it's Korean. They've got crab legs on the weekends. It's a mad rush every time they're brought out, so be prepared for that. But the crab has been good in my experience. They're also very reasonably priced IMO. It reminds me of the no frills buffets in north OC/LA. read more

The food was terrible at best, my family spent some time at the toilet afterwards like others that reviewed, but the worst part of my experience was the service.
