The salad and potato bar are perfect. Make your own, exactly how you want it! No waste. I enjoyed a piece of the banana pudding cheesecake for dessert when I got home and needless to say, amazing. Worse, the sushi was ancient. It had been made hours before and all the rice on the rolls hard. I would have enjoyed the nigiri, but he wasn't making any. The chef was just standing there looking around. I pointed out that helge plate was empty, but when I returned the plate was still empty. Every time I went here, about every other month, I always saw the same sushi chef and unbelievably he always remembered me. He kept all the sushi fresh and usually replaced stuff as fast as it was taken. Maybe I just missed him both of these times or maybe he no longer works there.
