As I'm finishing the bowl, I see a piece of plastic at the bottom. I immediately covered took out my phone and got a picture of this, I then took out my receipt and took a picture of it next to the bowl. I dialed the number on the receipt and realized that I couldn't reach a human being, it was just a voicemail. So I emailed the address on the receipt. Still a pretty good sandwich alternative to greasy food venues elsewhere throughout the airport. It certainly is the best option on Concourse A. The menu has been updated somewhat with the good option of having your sandwich as a wrap, focaccia or french/sub bread. Also there is a choice on the wrap itself between original white or the very delicious whole wheat/low carb wrap. read more

Just had a horrible experience here this morning. The Manager acted like it was an issue that I even wanted to order food. She spent 6 minutes finishing a personal cell phone call before she would even come to the counter. I should have known something was up when a Chik Fil A had a 20 person line and Great Wraps had zero. The food was horrible and the wrap completely fell apart. Steak tasted a week old at least. Stopped in here at the Atlanta airport today to grab some lunch. I've passed through this airport before and thought I would eat at Great Wraps again. I ordered their Caesar wrap with chips and a drink and it was really good. The restaurant is located in a food court in concourse A. If you are there and want something good, try this place. Not so great wraps. I was expecting more with line of people waiting to order but my Cheesesteak wrap was okay. Maybe it was my fault for ordering it instead of something simple like a gyro or Santa Fe wrap. There was decent amount of meat. The onions didn't seem grilled though. There was a sauce that gave a slight spice kick though. I liked the kicker since I'm a fan of spice. The size of the wrap was huge though. It was the size of a burrito. Nice n chunky. Stopped here in the atlanta airport while waiting for my flight... It was mid day, and super busy. The line was long, or so it seemed.. Once I ordered I realized the line was only long WAITING to receive the food we ordered. As we stood and watched the guy cooking our food I was i pressed with how fast he was banging out these wraps... He made the line disapear in minutes... The downside... When i got my wrap, a santa fe.. Although it tasted good.. It had a little too much dressing for me.. Im not sure if its just too much for my tatse or if he put too much on it while rushing. Luckily the wrap was good, I did like it... So I overlooked the extra dressing.. As for the fries, they were very good with the original seasoning that they have on the counter. I came here while on a layover in ATL after a week of vacationing and bad eating. I had the chicken Caesar wrap. The wrap was good, not the greatest I've ever had, but I was satisfied. The service here was exceptional. The workers greeted me politely and were very nice from the time I ordered to the time I got my order (which was a very short time by the way). I was hoping for a decent wrap. It wasn't a good one, even by airport terminal standards. Eat here if: You're hungry, in A Terminal of ATL, don't have time for a sit-down meal, and want something a bit more filling than Dunkin Donuts. Don't eat here if: You want something particularly tasty, or that you'd ever get again outside of an airport. I ordered the #1 "Gyro" which had some ground meat in it, not the sliced meat pictured in the photographs, and paid the extra $1.50 or so to add some bland sauteed mushroom and feta cheese. The flatbread was covered in oil, and not toasted nearly as much as it should be. read more

In between flights, this is a convenient and sort of health option. The woman who took my order was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the vegetable hummus wrap. It came out really quick which was great since I really needed to get to my gate. I waited until I got on my plane before I ate it. It was really good! I wish I had eaten it sooner. By the time I did, the wrap got soggy, but the vegetable wrap really was good, albeit a bit drippy. It was loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red peppers and cucumbers and that made me really happy. The person on the plane in front of me asked what I was eating since it smelled so fresh. I would go back, but next time, I'll eat it right away! It didn't break my wallet either and the good quality was a good match! read more

Its the peak time on a good friday at 8 pm and there is only one staff working. Changed the system to centrally order on a self service machine so no way or cancelling the order or get refund. Charging high dollars for the food at the airport and cant even afford to have more than 1 employee. RIDICULOUS read more

Lots of upset people here. Waiting in the undefined line. for their number to be called. My number was never called, but I grabbed the bag anyway. I ordered the hummus and falafel wrap. The first couple of bites were really rough. I wondered if I could make it through the rest of the wrap. I had a two hour layover in Atlanta and had to kill some time. I wanted to try something we didn't have back in Texas. I found this place near terminal A and decided to give it a go. Their selection of wraps was vast, so I decided to go with the chicken chipotle wrap. The food took longer then expected and the lady handing out the food was not very friendly. They have a wide selection of seasoning salts for the french fries, I topped mine off with jalapeno, ranch and cajun. I finally sat down to eat my meal and after the first few fries I quickly realized what the service had implicated. The tortilla was soggy, almost wet, it was filled with chipotle sauce and about two pieces of chicken. The fries were alright but I have definitely had better. I am giving this place two stars, it could easily be three because I like the concept and their selection caters to any palate. But the food was sub-par and the service was terrible. Prices aren't out of this world but I don't feel I got what i paid for, small cup of fries, a soggy wrap and a drink for $9.00 bucks seems a bit much. Needless to say I will pass on Great Wraps in the future. read more

After being sorely disappointed that someone decided to remove Paschals from the airport :( :( :( I turned to a salad option and this was the only restaurant which appeared to serve salads [or at least was most distinguishable as a menu option]. I turned their turkey wrap into a salad and it was excellent. Lots of fresh veggies, cheese, meat and delicious honey mustard dressing. I paid less than $8 with tax and it was large enough for two servings easily. The staff was very nice and service was quick. If I were in this concourse craving roughage I would certainly patronize them again. read more

Also here is a tip, instead of cooking two pieces of bacon at a time cook a lot! I mean it is breakfast time right? People eat bacon for breakfast right? Your wraps and sandwiches all have bacon as an option right? Then cook a couple pounds at a time to make it easier on yourself. pretty good veggie hummus wrap. was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. what set this place apart, however, was the scorn delivered by the staff at both the register and the food deliver. too much to ask for a simple thank you when ringing up? how about a 'youre welcome' after I say thank you instead of just looking the other way...same thing from the guy making the wrap. Terrible customer service, the staff could not care less about customer's request, they don't acknowledge you or their own coworkers. Food is good but sauce for Baja bowl is spicy, you can ask for light sauce and hope that it gets read. They give you the food with no utensils, at an airport when you grab and go it's a bad surprise when you open the bag in the plane and you can't eat it. They don't tell you either where to get your napkins and utensils . Very bad experience won't be going again . read more

After ignoring the long lines for chick fil a and mcdonalds bc I needed a quick meal before my next flight, Great Wraps was the perfect option. I paid and got my food within 5 minutes and made it to my gate with plenty of time to spare. The grilled tortilla chipotle steak was juicy and the vegetables in it made me feel healthy. I am completely satisfied after this short meal and I'm surprised that this place is rated so lowly. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars from me is because it's airport food....and come on, no airport venue deserve 5 stars. read more
