The cool thing about the vacuum area at Soapy Joe's is that there are vacuum hoses on both sides of your vehicle, so you're not trying to tug a hose where it can't reach. They make it very easy to clean the inside of your car here. I didn't use their car-washing facilities here, but I was super happy with their vacuuming offerings. There have been instances when I am completely ignored or unguided and ask for help and it seems to be an issue for staff to want to help out. There has also been instances in which the staff is just talking to one another and ignoring customers and making it seem like it is my fault for interrupting their conversations. Regardless, I have also encountered instances where they are pushy about signing up for their monthly services which I am not interested in and it affects how they treat me after because I say no. Overall I think my last straw was when I went here for a wash and they didn't guide me through the entrance and as a result hit part of my car since they were giving me a blank stare due to an altercation I had with them not wanting to service me because I was unaware that they didn't take cash anymore. This just showed me that staff needs to be retrained or replaced all together. I'm the type where I like to give people the benefit of the doubt due to bad days but this pattern seems constant, hence why I don't believe it deserves more than 1 star.
