I wish their service was as good as their food. Every time I go, I tell myself I won't go back again. Not to mention when I call in an order they say 20-25 mins and I'm always waiting at least 10-15 minutes when I get there. My boyfriend and I are frequent Greek food eaters and figured we would give it a few tries. The first time I went the staff was very unwelcoming gossiping behind the counter and acting as if it is bothering them that I'm there giving them business. The second time I went there for take out I felt the same way but my boyfriend really liked the food so I went back again. This time I found a little black hair in my food. I didn't complain or call them I just threw out the rest of my salad because I was already at home half way done. Even after that we went back! The third time my boyfriend picked it up and without him even knowing how I felt he came home and said the food is good he wishes the staff was more welcoming. He said after they rang him up they just walked away and left the bag of food on the far side of the counter where he was unable to reach it. Finally the 4th time I picked up an order to go and when I walked in and waiting for my order, another girl walks in and knew one of the girls behind the counter so she was giving her free deserts which was fine. Then a different girl started helping me after this and when she rang me up she just walked away after. No "have a great night" or smile, she just walked away without even handing me my bag which was on the other side of the counter. So I figured it was mine, grabbed it and started looking inside. For an appetizer, the spinach bites are delicious. I would recommend those anyway. I love the traditional Gyro with extra sauce on the side. Their greek salads with either gyro meat or chicken are both solid choices as well. When I really feel like splurging that day, I order the greek frappe. Their food is absolutely overpriced but I keep coming back for the pork kabobs. It comes with pita bread and tzatziki sauce. They have outdoor seating for the summer time but no seating inside for colder months, so expect to eat in your car or bring your food elsewhere. I love this place. Greek bites is a road side Greek stand. Cant call this a restaurant because there is no seating on the inside. Outdoor seating only so its take out in the winter. The family run place is excited about their food. They are willing to give you a sample if you are unsure of the taste but i assure you, you will be satisfied. The gyros are filled with meat and vegetables. All of the Geek delights are on the menu. Although i do not frequent Greek bitese as much as i would like i always order the gyro, Greek Salad and a side of grape leaves. I have tried other items as well. Used to be pretty decent food at one time -- it's a new day ! Rude teeny boppers working in the place now. Doesn't make a difference if you call the order in or not -- they do not start making the food for you until you arrive. The little brats behind the counter are fairly cavalier in their attitude to the customers and they do not put the same care into the preparation fo the food anymore. So I loved this place until tonight. Called for delivery and we waited an hour and half, was put on hold for 5 minutes but was forgotten about because after hanging up and calling back they had time to speak to us. We were told they were having problems with their driver and the food was being made up, just then, and would be to us in 15 minutes. This pains me to write this, as this was our top choice go-to-take out place for the past five years. I wrote my original review back in 2010, where I had nothing but rave reviews and would tell everyone I knew to go eat there. But in the last year or so it has taken a turn for the worst. It not consistent anymore, sometimes the chicken is cooked well, sometimes no.... Where as before it was always spot on. Every time. I kept giving them a pass thinking it was a fluke, but our last 3 visits have been very disappointing . Here are some issues on tonight's dinner. 1. The chicken dry or over cooked. 2. The lemon potatoes didn't have enough lemon flavor and were undercooked. This was our favorite side dish. It was always so delicious and perfect. But not the last 2 visits. 3. My pita sandwich had WAY too much cheese. This may not be an issue for some, but to me it just showed more inconsistency and just not doing it right and a lack of care or passion. 4. Pita was also soggy. Now this may just because it's a salad pita, but since it's take out, there is no way you can eat it right away, so just don't order it, unless it's summer and you can sit outside and eat immediately. 5. The zucchini patties were most likely frozen, and were undercooked and the flavor was just awful. I can't imagine anyone liking this item. IMO they should take it off the menu, or at least make them fresh. This place has always been pricey, but we hVe never minded because my family of four used to love this place. But sadly, tonight was our last visit. I don't want to sound harsh, but I am hoping that they read this and make the necessary adjustments. I would hate for this local eatery to do poorly. I only wish them well. But I can't spend all this money on a dinner that is subpar. read more

This place is terrific!! I've gotten take at least a dozen times since discovering it and always had a great experience.. They cook with high quality ingredients which is a must if you want to stay to last... The owner is a hands on friendly person who makes sure each customer is fully satisfied.. The soup was very good and the spanakopita was moist. We had no room for the salad and the baklava. The service was great with two cute young ladies that answered all my questions. My FAVORITE Greek Restaurant, hands down! The food is amazing! The staff, well...it's run by a bunch of teenagers with teenage attitudes, especially the girls!!! Not many complaints about the quality or taste of their food. The veggies on the gyro, especially lettuce and tomato feels a little stale. Otherwise it is just fine so far as I have only been there three times. But I took couple of star off only because this Saturday I called to order in my sandwich to be picked up. There is no reason for my food not being ready. Someone need to tell the blonde to put the phone down and do her job. Yep, it's a hole in the wall. But it was the best Greek meal I have ever had in my life. I don't even know where to begin. I got a halloumi cheese sandwich. I tried to be austere and eat only half. I ate it all, plus had a side of falaffel, onion rings, and some extra bites of both of my kids' meals. Everything was delicious here. And the baklava... I could die. Delicious and so delicious. I had the Mykonos, which is grilled chicken,sun dried tomatos,basil pesto and mozzarella on a pita , the chicken was moist and the overall sandwich tasty and full. My husband had a Gyro platter which comes with a Greek salad and choice of side, he had the fries. The platter was filled with lots of meat, and seasoned well. We definitely will be going back. I can't say that I know much about Greek food but I can say that I've had my fair share of Gyro Pitas, enough to say that this place is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend told me about this place and told me that I should try it, I wasn't exactly sure what he got so I decided to choose the first thing that I saw on the menu. Which happened to be the Greek Style Pita, and by reading the description I thought that it was the Gyro Pita and came with French Fries on the side, like a combo, but boy was I wrong! It's a Gyro meat Pita that came with French Fries and their "Special Red Sauce" mixed in! At first when I unwrapped the foil, I was pleasantly surprised because I'm a total French Fry freak! However the quality of the service and the courteousness of the staff have really made ordering food their less than ideal. We just placed an order and it was incomplete. Instead of just apologizing and fixing the problem the young woman was curt and less than helpful. I was debating between 4 or 5 stars... The food is absolutely delicious. I usually order the chicken pita (it's a gyro, except chicken replaces the lamb), and I've tried the regular gyro also-- Yum! I have had some type of vegetable soup which was very good although I forget the name of it. And I ordered a dessert once, but I remember not being a fan. This is an excellent quick and efficient pick up - to go - place - for Greek Cuisine. There are also some great tables and a long bench set up to sit outside , weather permitting. The entire place is very charming and casual yet professional with very efficient service and delicious food. We had the falafel and it was crispy yet moist , and the hummus was fresh and tasty. The dolmas were really good and served with a fresh lemon on the side. Staff is super friendly , and there was an offer for one free dessert ( I think because we had placed a pretty large order) .
