Krave Lamb and chicken combo gyro

The food is great and well worth what you pay for. We live in Maryland and visited the GreekRave the last time we were here in NYC. We came back to NYC and went there straight from the LIRR to get the Krave lamb, chicken, and rotisserie chicken gyros and they were all delicious. My gyros were freshly made with large chunks of chicken breast, well seasoned rotisserie chicken, and great lamb gyro meats. The owners were friendly and very courteous. The ambiance was very clean with accessible parking. We will be stopping to get more gyros to take back to Maryland.

I highly recommend visiting GreeKrave - Excellent Greek food with generous portions, good prices, and memorable flavor! Service is pretty good. Ambiance is super casual. My mom and I love their salads and typically add chicken. My husband enjoyed their quesadilla and was able to take some home too. Enjoy!

I was in the area to do a treetop adventure when I found this place and stopped off here. Being half greek, and having grown up with it, i know greek food very well. Krave Platter/Pork souvlaki with spinach rice-tender juicy pork, very good. Spinach rice wasn't bad. Greek dumplings- I tried it because while it was not authentic, it sounded unique. It was stupid, it tasted like a ghetto empanada mixed with a lousy dumpling. The inside had no flavor whatsoever. Spanakopita- Meh, tons of philo pastry, not much on the inside. Overall: Not worth the time and definitely not worth the money.

I chose Greek KRAVE because it looked healthy and I wanted to try a new restaurant and I do love Greek salad. I ended up choosing the Greek chicken Gyro. It was good. Service was quick. I had to add a little extra of my own recipe of ketchup and hot sauce. Restaurant is clean. I recommend you trying It out. It can be takeout or just a quick bite for lunch/dinner nothing fancy. Price for 2 Gyros was @ $21.00. $1.50 for extra white sauce.

Best Greek food in Deer Park for sure! Authentic taste and very quick and fresh! My favorite place to go eat lunch!

The food was good they have a lot of food. I got a chicken gyro for like $12. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't put enough sauce on it and they charge you almost $2 for sauce on the side. The service was good the young lady explained things well. The ambiance was nice and a small family type spot.

I've had gyros at many places. I thought this one was okay. Not a big fan of how the lamb tasted and the lettuce didn't taste fresh. Also there wasn't a whole lot of tzatziki sauce in the gyro. On the plus side, the fries were good.

This place screwed me. 18$ in store, $10.95$ on the online menu. Fallen, broken burrito. Nasty. Too many people comfortable taking money from people in this economy. Bffr. Who would sell this? And why are you comfortable up charging and providing a split in half burrito?

This is the fast-casual restaurant that introduced me to Greek Dumplings. They are the Greek answer to empanadas. Staff informed me that the fried dumplings have a beef and pork filling that is seasoned with Greek flavorings. The appetizer came with a side of chipotle dip but tasted better plain. The dip made the dumplings taste too rich. Maybe some tzatziki sauce would have worked. Next time you are craving some empanadas, consider getting some Greek dumplings. They are Gosh Darn good! The four stars is due to the poor pairing of the dumplings with chipotle sauce.

Perhaps because i live in NYC where everything with good portions cost over $25, coming here shocked me. $10 here and you'll be absolutely stuffed on some fresh vegetables and freshly cooked delicious lamb beef. I could hear Samuel L Jackson's Jules character in my head while eating: G-damn Jimmy! This some GOURMET SH*T! Wifi available, friendly service, fast casual ambiance and seating. In and out in 20 minutes. Boom. Five stars for this greek spot serving up gyros.

Ordered take-out for dinner with a coworker. We have both been wanting to eat here, so it was finally that time! Chicken gyro was very good. Chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion and tzatziki sauce....yummy and fresh. Pita bread was a little heavy, but still good. Greek fries were great. Fries topped with feta and seasonings. Meal was very filling. Prices were very reasonable! Menu has something for everyone.

The mousaka looks plain, but it was amazing!

Pretty solid choice for a quick take out of a Greek sandwich. I prefer sitting at a location and eating it right out from the kitchen.

We ordered both the falafel platter and the chicken souvlaki platter, and both delivered. The chicken souvlaki was perfectly cooked with a great grilled char that added nice flavor without drying it out. Comes with Greek salad, fries or rice. Rice was cooked nicely and the fries were perfectly seasoned with salt and herbs (oregano). The Greek salad was assembled closer to an authentic Greek salad. Fresh ingredients and none of the ridiculous leafy greens, and no black olives here! Rough chop with the right stuff; cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, green bell peppers, kalamata olives and feta cheese. My only critique on the salad was that it was crumbled feta and not the traditional block feta with drizzled, extra-virgin olive oil and oregano. Still better than most out there. Service was just fine--nothing over the top, but efficient and friendly enough to keep things moving smoothly. Overall, Twisted Greek is a good choice if you're in the area and craving flavorful, well-prepared fast Greek food whether you're dining in briefly or grabbing something to go. I'm happy to have found this place!

I had the displeasure of eating food from here today. I was too tired to drive to my usual spot (Pete The Greek) so I decided to give this place a try. Boy oh boy do I ever regret it. The portions are lacking, except for the salad of course.the salad took up half the tray and then you have two little cup tray areas for the potatoes and the chicken souvlaki. The potatoes hardly had any flavor and The chicken lacked flavor as well. I was greatly disappointed that the chicken was thighs and not white meat chicken breast like at my usual spot. At these prices, they shouldn't be cutting corners. This place would not give me half rice and half potatoes like my usual spot and I understand why,the tray is not big enough. I guess that explains why the place was empty With no takeout order sitting on the counter. My usual place usually has 5 to 10 bags sitting there waiting to be picked. I'll never do this again I will make the trip no matter how exhausting I am. Please don't take my word for it. Give it a try for yourself.

Today I happened to be in the area and stopped in for their prix-fixe lunch in the early afternoon, dining by myself. It was, once again, a very pleasant experience. They begin the meal with complimentary warm pita bread served with two spreads, a simple but welcoming start. I ordered the grilled octopus and the branzino, and finished with Greek yogurt for dessert. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely executed. What truly sets this restaurant apart, beyond the beautiful interior and relaxed ambiance, is the warmth of the staff. The first sign of trouble was the parking situation: we ended up nearly a five‑minute walk away in ten‑degree weather. This would have been the perfect night for valet service. On the positive side, our party of six was seated right away, and our server Josh was friendly and attentive. He let us know we could still order from the Restaurant Week prix fixe menu, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the timing of the meal derailed the evening. Appetizers took about an hour to arrive, and our entrées didn't come out until another hour after that. By the time we finished eating it was 9:30 PM and we were one of the only diners left. Josh apologized and explained that they typically serve around 250 guests on a normal night, but this evening they had more than 350 diners, which clearly overwhelmed the kitchen. The food itself was good--fresh, flavorful, and well‑portioned--and the prix fixe menu offered solid value. Still, the extended delays made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Overall, I'm torn. There were positives, but the pacing of the night left me unsure how I feel about returning to Limani Grille
