Didi several high priced projects for me buy after a year the the work started to show its true nature, These guys are very nice but the ultimately their work doesn't last or stand the test of time. I had a studio built and it's now infested with mold because of shoddy waterproofing 3 years and it's probably been an issue for longer than that. I may literally have to tear it down at this point. A fence they installed has rusted and needs a full repaint. I would not recommend. 3 years or 5 years is irrelevant after further inspection it is plainly obvious that there was essentially zero waterproofing done and as a contractor GA should have been able to foresee the potential issues and make appropriate recommendations. That plus the fact that there is rarely if ever substantial rain in LA just makes their excuses seem more unreasonable. Regardless the work was poorly done for a premium price. Definitely look elsewhere. read more
