    Hot & Sour Soup (Large)

Very tasty Chinese restaurant that I travel 17 miles for. My favorites are the Mongolian Beef and Schezwan Chicken entree. Both are very flavorful, juicy and use a lot of veggies and herbs, like white and green onions in the beef and red peppers, onions and mushrooms in the chicken dish. Both meats are very succulent and hit multiple flavor notes. In addition to the 2 entrees, I ordered the hot and sour soup and that one was extremely yummy as well. The portions are very generous and well-priced. The service here is always friendly and while I mostly order to go, I know that they serve you a complimentary pot of green tea before your dine-in meal even starts. And finally, this place is pretty spacious, has over 10 booths and the design is newer and clean. Will definitely be back for more!

First time ordering from this spot . (I ordered through Uber Eats ). Ordered : Beef & broccoli 9/10 Kung pao chicken 8/10 Mei Fun Noodles 6/10 Beef and broccoli wasn't chew and had nice flavor to it , would order again! Kung pao chicken was good but could've had more flavor in my opinion . Mei Noodles were disappointing . They did come with shrimp but there was very little flavor on the noodles . Overall I might order again and try different dishes but def would reorder the beef and broccoli .

Egg soup with corn and a side salad

Although the atmosphere is a step above a fast-food establishment, the food was rather good. This restaurant was suggested to us by some friends merely because of the eggrolls. The eggrolls were actually very good, but they should be for four dollars apiece, which in order consists of two pieces for eight dollars. We were there for lunch and I started my meal with the egg corn soup. It was surprisingly very good. The salads that come with the meal at lunchtime were extremely tasty and I was very impressed. My main course was the orange chicken, and my wife's dish was beef with broccoli. Both dishes were extremely tasty, but we found the beef to be somewhat tough. I would also like to add this is one of the few Chinese restaurants that we were able to get crispy noodles to put in into our soup. This is usually reserved for New York Chinese restaurants. The Thai tea was good, but nothing over the top. The restaurant was extremely quiet during a lunch hour, and we were able to have good conversation. We were with friends that I had not seen for 57 years and it was a good venue to sit talk and eat. I would come back again, but not make this one of my regular haunts.

Came here on Christmas, waited about 45 min but not too bad for a wait on Christmas. I really enjoyed the orange chicken, lowmein, and cream cheese wontons. Broccoli and beef was okay but have had better was a little chewy. Also wasn't a fan of the lemon chicken it was dry. But will come back for that orange chicken

6/10 Low mein good but beef wasn't good and had to take alll the pieces of beef out because it had a fishy aftertaste and inedible for me Orange chicken - good but I prefer pandas same with chow mein Decent but a little forgettable. The food was tasty and definitely a good value for what you get, but it doesn't quite measure up to some of the other Chinese spots I've tried. Everything came out fresh and hot, portions were generous, and service was quick and friendly. That being said, while I enjoyed my meal, nothing really stood out as memorable or crave-worthy. It's one of those places I'd skip for Panda Express.

My first time coming here so far it's really good and all the food dishes are very yummy & fresh . The service is great

    Extra spicy garlic sauces

I've been looking for good Chinese food for a while, and I finally found this place on Yelp. The food is absolutely delicious -- not too greasy, and full of great flavor. I love spicy food, so I usually ask for extra spicy garlic sauce, which always makes my night! I usually order takeout, and it's always been great. But last night was disappointing. The woman who looked like the owner was very rude when my husband asked for extra spicy garlic sauce. I had to go ask myself, and she clearly didn't like giving it to me, even when I offered to pay for it. For me, eating chow mein without that spicy garlic sauce is like having peanut butter bread without the peanut butter -- it's just not the same! The food is still delicious, but I really hope the customer service improves because this place truly has great potential.

I had a hankering for Green Apple China Bistro so here I am. Sarah and Carolyn were ready to extend to me superb service once again. The restaurant was very clean (as always). I ordered Lettuce Cups, Fried Chicken Dumplings, Fried Egg Rolls, and Chicken Corn Soup. Yummers! When you're hankering for some grub and you're in the area, see Sarah or Carolyn. They'll hook you up! Real Talk!!

What's left of egg drop soup and mango chicken.

Really great little spot in Studio City. We got the egg drop soup and mango chicken tonight and loved both. Service is great here too and our waiter is so polite and attentive. Brian is the best!

The Steam Egg Custard Bun is great. Give it a try as either an appetizer (listed as such on the menu)) or a dessert (recommended).

I was craving Chinese food, and this place kept popping up so I decided to try it. It is connected to a shopping center so there's parking out on the street and also underground. I parked underground. I had called for takeout and when I came I waited a few minutes. The staff was nice and the inside was spacious with a lovely ambiance. It was an early evening so not that many people there but I saw they had a lot of people ordering take out. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Beef Chow Fun with Bean Sauce. Both were good but for me I like my orange chicken to be a little crispier. I've had better Chinese food, but when I'm nearby and craving Chinese food I'm down to try this spot again.

During our visit, I noticed an employee named Joseph loudly yelling at an older gray-haired gentleman who appeared to be bringing food out from the kitchen. It wasn't my business, but it was uncomfortable to watch. The real issue came when I received the bill. I politely told Joseph that the white rice and Szechuan dish we ordered never arrived at our table. Instead of checking with the kitchen or handling the situation professionally, he immediately responded in front of other customers: "Yes it did! You ate it and now you're trying not to pay for it!" I was completely baffled. Does he really think I'm trying to get out of paying for a side of white rice? To make that accusation publicly in front of other patrons was embarrassing and unprofessional. At that point, it wasn't even worth arguing. I paid the bill and left. The dim sum was mediocre, but the customer service was far worse. Had I read some of the other reviews beforehand, I probably would have chosen somewhere else. After this experience, I can understand why so many people complain about the service. I won't be returning.

Obviously ordering online is never going to be the same as dining in. The closest location was in Studio City which is about 4+ miles from West Hollywood. I ordered the Fried Rice and paid extra ($5) to add Chicken. I also ordered the Chicken Potstickers (Dumplings) which are my favorite. I reheated my food upon delivery as I knew it wouldn't be warm enough for me upon arrival. The Chicken Fried Rice was a large portion and tasted fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, paying extra for Chicken wasn't worth the price. It was just a few small strips of Chicken in a large serving of rice. See pictures. The Chicken Potstickers were awesome as usual. Five large dumplings packed full of delicious Chicken. The coating was so fresh, and tasted better after reheating. I didn't have their Chinese Chicken Salad this time, but every time I have ordered it in the past, it's always been so freaking good with plenty of fresh Chicken. In past experiences, dining in has always been very friendly and attentive service. Really miss you guys in West Hollywood.

A line of happy sushi chefs greet customers coming and going in the front. its funny since from the outside, the restaurant looks so unassuming from the street level. The food was excellent and I give 5-stars for the hot entrees like chicken teriyaki (5 stars) and the miso black cod appetizer (4 stars). Wife felt the miso was a bit too heavily sauced but I liked the rich flavors. We replaced the default rice with sushi rice and the sticky texture and vinegary flavor was well worth it. The Brussels sprouts and mushroom appetizer was also full of umami (4 stars). I got their nigiri combo with spicy tuna roll. Very good with fresh fish toppings (4 stars). I did not see an omakase option on the menu, but maybe that's off menu when price is not an issue. It turns out there is this small stretch in Ventura Blvd that has lots of sushi places, one that supposedly offers $400/person omakase.
