    Dining area with music playing
    Brianna E.

FYI: They take a lunch break between 3pm-4pm Good food and phenomenal service. The men who run the establishment are very kind, and very attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside the dining area is pretty dim which is nice and they have music playing on the tv.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've had the butter chicken and the chicken korma, both delicious. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the seasoning is on point. To go: I ordered a medium level of spicy for the butter chicken. It was perfect for me (I like spicy). The butter chicken was a favorite for my sister, (it does have a stronger tomato taste fyi) When I returned I ordered the chicken korma but they didn't ask me what spice level I wanted. Definitely considered asking the spice level when you order! I would have gotten it a little spicier. The chicken korma was really good in my opinion, my favorite thing there so far. It has peanuts! FYI The garlic naan is so good, it smells just like fresh garlic bread out the oven. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking into the restaurant you can smell all the goodness being cooked up. Very aromatic[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The rice is cooked perfectly! To drink they offer pitchers of water, tea (unsweetened), mango lassi, and soda from India I believe, definitely foreign soda.

My daughter and I stopped by for a nice lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As other reviewers noted, this place is just a diner so don't expect much for atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went with the recommended Dal Makhni, and it was very good. My daughter had palak paneer and enjoyed her food. The included rice was basmati. The nice thing is this place was able to adjust the spice for us. I had spicy with mine, and my daughter went for the mild. We asked what naan was recommended. Loved the meat-stuffed keema naan. The garlic naan was also very good. We had some lassi drinks. I tried the unsweetened masala lassi, another recommendation. This drink was awesome and went well with spicy food. My daughter thought the mango lassi was great. I'm doing the Mediterranean diet, so it's nice to see the many vegetarian and seafood dishes on the menu. Good food and great recommendations. I want to try the biryani next time. Come on, Katy! Support these small local businesses!!!

Chicken Kadhai: meh, Dal Makhni: too much tomato puree

2.5* - meh. Not authentic esp after the might claims on the website. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decent service, okay ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cauliflower (Gobhi) Manchurian - okay flavor, but should be crispier and slightly less salty. Dal makhani - okay, but tomato puree was overpowering which shouldn't be the case, and urad lentils should be slow cooked for long time to give it a smoother consistency. Plain naan - good Laccha paratha - wrong, looked like a regular tawa paratha. Chicken Karahi - average, chicken lacked marination, should be more tender, overall dish was lacking in various aspects.

Garlic Naan Tulsi Chicken Tikka Masala Saag Aloo

I have been waiting to try this place for the fact that they have tulsi chicken. It was unfortunately, underwhelming. It reminded me of La Madeleine's tomato basil soup with chunks of chicken added and some red pepper flakes on top. This is not a slam, for it was tasty, just not what I expected. The aloo Saag was delicious, but needed a little more spice and salt. The garlic naan was flavorful and stood out as the best part of the meal, along with the pakoras. I just wish there was more chutney to go along. I'm giving 4 Stars for the absolutely polite and friendly man who was behind the counter. This place has a great backstory, I would love to support it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music and atmosphere is fun and uplifting I just want more traditional spices next time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I hope they do well in their spot.

    chicken madras

We enjoyed having lunch at Tikka Temple today. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu, pleasant and kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall ambience was good, simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My vegan friend was excited to see a lot of vegetable options on the menu. Everything we had was good. There is also an option of the buffet for $10.99 that included select items from menu, which my mom liked as well as a glass of the mango lassi. For appetizers, we had the vegetable pakora, cauliflower Manchurian, and bullet naan (loved the spicy kick and the dips that it came with). I had the chicken madras, which was good but I wished it had some spice to it. My friend had the bhindi amchoori, which came out piping hot. Once it cooled off a little, we were able to enjoy. We also ordered basmati rice and chai tea.

    Palak paneer and Navratan Korma
    Kelly K.

Amazing, authentic cuisine!! Every dish is so flavorful, and with just the right amount of spice. The vegetable samosas are perfection: not greasy, just flakey goodness! Love both the dipping sauces too. The naan is out of this world, and with so many varieties too. Save room for desert: the gulab jamun can't be beat!

Great food, great service. Pictures are after I ate half the food already. :). I had the garlic naan, chicken pakora and palak paneer. All really good, especially the palak paneer. Was lots of food.. too much for me for one sitting, but had to try a variety from this new place. Definitely recommend.

Food is really good and the service is on point.

We ordered butter chicken and naan. Taste was good but the quantity was too less, not even enough for 2 people. It's not worth of 17$.

Kurry Walah -- Mother's Day Uber Eats Review…read more For Mother's Day, I decided to try the Uber Eats route and create an Indian buffet at home so we could relax by the pool. I'll say that was what my wife wanted, but truthfully, I wanted to hit the buffet myself. That said, the food was flavorful overall, and the cuts of meat were better than I expected for delivery. We definitely over-ordered and tried a little bit of everything, so there will be a ton of leftovers. The butter chicken was my biggest disappointment. I ordered it extra hot, but it came out about as spicy as the medium items we ordered. The chicken biryani was a little salty, but not inedible. Honestly, I would rather it be slightly over-seasoned than under-seasoned. My wife loved her food. My daughter was not as impressed and felt her meal was average. I was somewhere in the middle. The one pricing miss for me was the side of white rice. At over $4, that feels like highway robbery for a basic side of rice. To be fair, I only ordered it because I wasn't sure what came with rice and wanted to have extra in case someone needed some. Everything else felt pretty much in line with market pricing, especially given the portion sizes and the quality of the meat. My score: 3.5/5 My wife's score: 4/5 My daughter's score: 2.9/5 Overall, call it a solid 3.5 to 4, depending on what you order. Good flavor, generous portions, and plenty of leftovers.

No one greeted us or really explained the process to us (I think certain items can be requested and naan automatically arrives at your table). We sort of just got situated and started grabbing food. Towards the end, they were running out of meat in the butter chicken tray (you can blame me), but no signs of urgency to refill. My coworkers didn't care for it, but I would still come back. The restaurant looked great, and I think they even had a karaoke machine, so we may come back for that on a free night. The only drawback was that I specifically asked if there were any nuts in any of the dishes, and was assured that there were none in the dishes that were recommended. However upon getting home and serving the dishes, we discovered that the rice porridge did indeed contain cashews, which our daughter is unable to eat. While we enjoyed the food and service, we only ask that the staff train up on learning the menu and what's in each dish so patrons can feel safe in their choices when they visit.

I placed my order in advance for a set delivery time. Prices are very reasonable as well. When I came in to pickup my order 25 mins late, my drinks were sitting in the refrigerator waiting. My food was still warm. The cashier was in a call and asked me to wait a few minutes. He promptly gathered my order and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I love their pizzas, ordered hand toss Mexican street corn and the paneer tikka. Both were so darn good! Here are the other items I would recommend: mango lassi, Dahi Bhalle, Mirchi Pakoda (chewy tapioca texture), Bombay Vada Pao, and samosas. Prices are very reasonable for my standard. I was in line to order to-go but the lady in front of me had the hardest time paying for her order. After several unsuccessful attempts, another lady came by to take my order so that she could put my order to the kitchen first while I waited to pay. I found that to be extremely considerate of the worker to think to do that. Food came out in about 15 minutes. I was so hungry I ended up deciding to eat in my car. A little disappointed that they didn't include any utensils (nor did they ask if needed any), but thankfully I had some extras in my car. I ordered a chicken kebab and they were nice enough to sub my rice for a salad without extra charge. Also ordered the borani bademjan because I'm a fan of all things eggplant. Everything was delicious. The chicken kebab was juicy, moist, and nicely seasoned. However, my favorite item was hands down the borani bademjan. It had large pieces of smoky grilled eggplants and I love the spiced tomato flavors. Yum! Highly recommend for all eggplant fanatics. The borani came with a piece of nan that was good as well.
