His crew is professional, punctual, and patient. I'm an over-planner and worrier, but Danny and Daniel were always patient, kind, and thorough in their explanations, putting my mind at ease. Frank was also always accessible over the phone and text message if I had additional questions about scheduling and the scope of work. The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Frank and his team again. I highly recommend Save The Day Restoration!

And then they created a containment center in both affected areas that had CDC energy! It immediately gave me confidence that they were going to take the job seriously and I was in good hands. At one point, I realized the downstairs carpet padding hadn't been removed (after they had already left for the week on a Friday), and I assumed I'd be stuck waiting until Monday. Instead, they turned around and came back within minutes to fix it. That kind of customer service is not something I experience often. Their quote was definitely higher than the other company I got an estimate from, but I felt like they were the ones who were going to do it right and not cut corners. I feel good knowing I won't have to worry about hidden moisture or mold down the line. Huge shout-out to Danny, who gave me the estimate and led the job, super professional and clearly knows his stuff. And Daniel, who felt like his right-hand guy, was incredibly respectful and kind. Honestly the whole team was great. I rarely walk away from vendors feeling this satisfied, but they really lived up to their name. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Restorerz but I'll try…read more We had a leak from our second floor bathroom into our first floor bathroom, figured it out and called Beach Plumbing asap. Edwin at Beach Plumbing recommended us to Restorerz, and said they were the best in the area. I trusted his judgment, as I had a previous experience about 8 years prior with a different company (recommended by my insurance company) that was horrific in every sense the word. Joel and his team (Eduardo, David and Javier) came to the property the morning after Edwin identified the leak and immediately created a game plan. They laid out the entire process start to finish, gave realistic timeframes, offered to speak with insurance adjusters, and were always checking in and within reach during the process. They tore down the walls and got the room prepped for mitigation immediately to get the room dried out. They were extra careful to make sure the rest of my house was clean while they did performed the job. They said they would show up every day to check on the fans, which they did. Christobal came next and helped explained the situation to the insurance company over the phone with me on the line. He showed up when the field adjuster came out to the property to explain the situation. He became my main point of contact. On top of all this, after they were finished the job, they had their Claims Consultant Morelia keep in touch with me during the payment portion with the insurance. She knew the process backwards and forwards and was extra helpful in managing the flow of documents to the insurance company. She provided me with every bit of information I needed to make sure insurance was properly charged. While I hope to never have a situation like this happen again, I would recommend Restorerz in a heartbeat to anyone suffering through a water loss and needing their services. They really have it together and provide top notch service for our community.

!!BEWARE!! PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!!…read more It started with a Water Leak on Labor Day Weekend, we contacted a 24/7 Plumber Immediately, AAA Paradise Plumbing & Rooter, who came and stopped the on going flow of water into our Dining Room. He then referred us to a Water Damage Mitigation Company whom he highly recommended-Restorerz Emergency Services. A Representative, Simon K, came to our Home to take pictures and asess Water Damage. He made many promises, stating that he works with Insurance Companies all the time, and that he will handle it so that we will not have to pay anything out of pocket except for our Deuctible. He stated that "he would be there every step of the way to asure everything is done correctly and that the Insurance Company will pay for everything". He promised that "he would work with us and the Insurance Company until completion, because he wouldn't get paid unless we got paid by the Insurance". It was a Desperate situation so we foolishly signed the Contract. We repeatedly expressed that "we do not have the money for this, we just moved in and are tight on Funds". To which Simon replied over and over again "TRUST ME, TRUST ME, YOU'LL PAY NOTHING OUT OF POCKET EXCEPT YOUR DEDUCTIBLE". Soon after the work was done, we received an email with the Invoice for $34, 229.93, Demanding Full Payment within 30 Days. We then received a Call from Restorerz Claims Manager, Evangelina, who proceeded to tell us that "she will work with us and the Insurance Company, to Negotiate and get the Invoice Paid". They submitted the Claim, the Insurance Company Denied it, calling it Excessive. The Insurance Comapny agreed to pay ONLY $8,871.77, leaving us to Pay the Balance nearly $20,000.00! After that, Restorerz said "they tried, nothing else we can do, we need to pay the balance in Full," leaving us only a week to get it paid. We requested more time to resolve this, which they denied. Warning us of the Collection Process, Filing Liens, etc. This left us no choice but to pay. We spoke with a Lawyer, who gave us a better insight into this Industry and Process. We were informed that "it was wrong for Restorerz to demand payment that way". He further stated that "there was no reason that they couldn't wait for payment". So when Restorerz says "Trust Me, Trust Me"- DO NOT!!!!!!! Update: They contacted us to make everything right (full reimbursement) to remove this negative review but once we refused to sign another contract with them we were dropped from all communication. I was also contacted by another customer from a "local app" who was experiencing the same issue, which I gave my best advice how to move forward from my own personal experience. I just want to warn all consumers about how this company operates and if you have any questions regarding my experience, please reach out to me.

His team set up a solid containment, performed the work to scope, and passed clearance testing with a third party company. They also offered to leave their containment up (including some temp poles) for the duration of my build-back project. The team was careful of my house during the demo which involved carrying large, heavy pieces of shower glass down some stairs and through some turns. The only downside I found during the process was the need to pay for the site visit for the quote. This payment is credited to the bill and it wound up being a non-issue due to selecting BH environmental for the job, but none of the other companies I had out requested payment for the quoting visit.

None of this process was communicated clearly to us. I appreciate the owner's effort to make it right with a refund of the fee. I wouldn't even recommend requesting an estimate from these people. I wish I hadn't. The star is because someone technically came out. They were the only ones who charged a fee to come out, and their inspector spent a total of maybe 50 seconds in the bathroom that had water damage. The person who came out told us would have an estimate within a day, and no estimate. Unlike the other companies that came out, he made no inquiry about the age of the house or mention of required asbestos testing. Overall, his visit did not inspire confidence that any estimate we did get (if we got one) would be valid or accurate (not require change orders). Maybe the reason why some reviewers say they're cheaper is that they cut corners? (We wouldn't know as we never got our estimate.) We were really dissatisfied even with our (extremely brief) visual inspection experience. Communication with respect to the process was not good (as we don't know what's going on). Clearly my short list selection process failed me here. ETA: Apparently they were waiting on payment for the estimate (no one made clear what this process was), which we finally got, and indeed did not include asbestos testing.

Gabriel took the time to walk me through several options based on my budget, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use ARG Restoration again.

The first initial call was great and fast. As the work began, delays started coming up in almost every single process. Before the work began, I mentioned there was a small section of pipe that needed to be redone, and he agreed to do it. As the repair progressed, he didn't address the pipe, and kept telling me someone would be back to do it later on. Work began January 2026, and it is now almost May. Rafael has become super unresponsive, kept scheduling with no shows, and pushing back the repair. Then he just stopped responding altogether. Up to this point the repair still has not been done. ARG Service with Rafael was with an insurance claim. It seems to me like they just don't reply after getting paid. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I want to recommend ARG and Rafael, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing

As such, we contacted Rapid Quality Leak Detection and spoke with Carson. Given that it was still storming, he said he'd reconnect when it was dry to schedule a leak detection test. Carson was incredibly responsive despite the holiday season and reached out to me as soon as the forecast cleared to get something in the books - I did not have to go out of my way to get something scheduled. When Rapid Quality Leak Detection showed up, they were quick, efficient, and friendly. They inspected our property and were able to quickly identify what part of the windows were leaking. It was likely an easier task given we had a strong hypothesis on where the leaks would be, but nevertheless Carson and his partner were professional and fast. After we get our windows fixed, we will almost certainly be calling Rapid Quality Leak Detection again to get the repairs tested!

They said since the building is older, the pipes needed replacing, which would have cost us thousands to replace. Since it cost so much, we wanted another opinion and called another company to take a look. Turns out it was a broken leaky washing machine. The washing machine is fixed and no more leaking. I was surprised that the two people that were sent seemed on the younger side and probably didn't have much experience. I would have liked to see more tenure in this domain. We paid them for the time and effort. Note: this is a year old review, cleaning up my drafts.
