I got the pumpkin spice latte, and it was tasty! Really good balance of pumpkin flavor and sweetness. However $8 for a small coffee is crazy pricey. And I don't love asking if you'd like to do a tip or not, especially on a drink that is already outrageously priced. Wish they would let the customer handle the payment so that there wasn't the awkward "would you like to tip" moment.

Well-crafted, gluten free bakery and delicious coffee. A must stop when in Denver! And wonderful customer service in a cute little shop.

This is hands down the best smashburger in Denver. The burger patties are crispy on the edges. The bun is soft. The sauce is yummy. The pickles are pickling. But for real, the pickles cut the fat of the burger really well. What is also SO delicious is the garlic aioli that you dunk the fries in. Like YUM. Not for those who do not garlic. I absolutely LOVE garlic and I can say this is some of the best garlic aioli I've had in my life. I still think about this garlic aioli. Drunk and even sober - this is hands down some of the best smash burgers I've had in Denver. Not to mention crispy fries and the most garlic of garlic aolis. I was skeptical coming here when my friend suggested it but man was I blown away. The patty is thin and crispy - just like it should be. With no frills ingredients that just work under the melted cheese. I'm not even a burger fan and a dream of this place. The plus are the fries and sauce are just as good. A small menu but what they offer they do amazingly well - and service is quick! Would I come back: yes and yes and so should you.

I've been to the farmer's market at the Denver Federal Center for 3 straight years and never have I had so many lunches from a single vendor! lol. Their lobster rolls are to die for: I've checked with a coupld of friends who are from the east coast, and they said the lobster rolls from this food truck are as close to the real thing as Colorado can get! All the offerings from East Coast Joe's are a bit on the pricey side, but are definitely compensated by quality, here's a list of items I've tried in the order of most favorite: - Lobster Roll: very refreshing, every bit is full of lobster meat. The bun is very buttery and the right amount of crunch. I so want to finish trying the different items on the menu just so I could come back and have more lobster rolls, lol - Pulled pork sandwich (I think they lovingly call it "Stick A Pork In It" or something like that, cute name): not as big as I expected, but the pulled pork is SO tender, and instead of being smothered by BBQ sauce, it is topped with a garlic aioli, rich and buttery; then plump bacon strips (no kidding, their bacon is really good); then arugula. Incredible flavor - Lobster BLT: because of the bacon, duh - Lobster grilled cheese: good quality melted cheese, but I much prefer just having it alone (and put the lobster meat in the lobster roll!) - Lobster sliders: mini and cute but you can't survive on just these alone, so might as well get the lobster roll - Shrimp roll: I guess I'm not a big fan of shrimp in sandwiches, especially if there's the option of having lobster in it! I was told they also make a good sausage sandwich, haven't had a chance to order that yet, and I sincerely wish they bring back the homemade chips. Great job Joe and the nice lady whose name I have yet to ask. Please come back to the DFC next year!

I was with a good beer drinking (and brewing) group and since I am not really a beer drinker I was sure hoping for good food. And I got it. I ordered a Sunny BLTA but without the cream cheese. It seemed like there was already plenty on the brioche roll and with the sunny side egg it was moist on its own. The lettuce was arugula, my favorite salad green, and there were several large slices of fresh tomato and avocado on the roll. The bacon (two huge pieces) was cooked just right for a sandwich, chewable and not hard. The grilled roll was nice and soft so you could keep the big pile of filling intact while holding it. I would get it again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly, happy to customize my sandwich though very busy. I appreciated that they delivered the food to our table without us having to wait around the truck. I hope to see this truck again at some other event I might get to in the future.

We ordered the classic pepperoni pizza and the Kale Caesar salad to split, which ended up being the perfect amount of food for two people who were hungry. The pizza was outstanding, easily some of the best I've had since moving to Denver. The pepperonis were beautifully cupped with crispy edges, and the crust was next level -- perfectly crisp on the outside while still having that chewy, airy texture inside. The 12-inch size would definitely fill up one hungry person on its own. The Kale Caesar was also surprisingly memorable. The miso Caesar dressing gave it a unique twist that worked really well and made it feel a little more elevated than your standard Caesar salad. Not pictured, but I also tried both ranches. The spicy ranch has a legit kick and was super flavorful, while the buttermilk ranch is very buttermilk forward in the best way possible -- perfect for dipping crusts. Someone in our group ordered the sourdough focaccia, and when they say the slices are thick, they mean THICK. Two giant slices that were fluffy, hearty, and really satisfying. Overall, love this spot and already looking forward to coming back for another pizza.

My favorites are The Lloyd (sausage + cherry peppers), and The Shroom and Chive. If you are a pickle fan, you must get the pickle pie. I tried it once and it was fun but because I am not a pickle fanatic, it was a one-time thing for me. It also doesn't hurt that it's located inside one of my favorite local breweries, Cerebral Brewing. I would recommend coming at opening to ensure you get a table especially if the weather isn't perfect and everyone is fighting for an indoor table. Bonus - Both Outside Pizza and Cerebral Brewing are also on inKind! I would be a regular at both spots even without inKind perks, but it definitely doesn't hurt to get cash back + be able to apply coupons to both places. I started going when they were still operating out of their food truck, and honestly, watching them grow into a permanent restaurant feels like seeing your favorite underground band finally make it big... except instead of music, they're dropping cheesy taco masterpieces. The queso tacos are absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way: crispy, cheesy, messy, and worth ruining at least one shirt over. And the consome? That stuff could heal emotional damage. It's rich, comforting, and somehow makes you immediately want "just one more taco" even when you're already full. Every time I'm in Denver, this place is mandatory. Not optional. Not "if there's time." Mandatory. My vacation itinerary basically starts with flights and ends with tacos. So happy to see Kike's getting the recognition they deserve. If you haven't been yet, prepare to have your standards permanently ruined for all other tacos.

The Bayou Fries are BANGING. These seasoned fries doused in herbs, crispy shallots, cheese and a creole sauce are addictive. And for $9, an insane portion of them. Definitely get these and split them with someone you don't hate. A few hours later I ended up ordering the burger and it hit the dang spot. Let me start with the glaring bad first impression --- the 20% "service fee" that ISN'T a tip. I know people in my party grumbled about it and I overheard the table next to ours saying something about "WTF?" It's supposedly to benefit the staff, either raise the prices behind the scenes or do away with tipping - European style. When you get his with a 20% fee it disincentivizes tipping well. The interior was really cute. It just had this fun feel and I think that carried over into the energy of the patrons. The place was a buzz on a Saturday night. It did get really loud, which made conversation tough. Happy hour pricing for food and drink throughout the week - which is nice. The michelada was weird. I definitely wouldn't order it again. The green chile fries could have used more salt and cheese, they were ok but halfway through just ended up being a soupy mess. Skip the HH double decker (or whatever it was called) taco. It was a one bite dealyo, that was very lackluster and $4 a pop. The chips and queso was great. The queso had this unique peanut matcha salsa. Had just a bite of the short rib birria. Soo soo good. The lamb al pastor tacos were bonkers. One of the most rich and savory taco meats I've ever had. I would probably skip the churros in the future if we go back. Just undercooked, so they weren't very rewarding.
