The owners of this business have been dismissive, defensive, non-responsive, and not particularly service oriented. Really an unfortunate experience given the amount of money spent on this transaction. Specifically, Revival failed to deliver warranty documents that were required to be provided to me upon the completion of work, as specifically noted in the statement of work. Even though warranty documents were not provided, Revival's owners demanded immediate payment in full. Revival also failed to advise ahead of time about County inspections that needed to be completed after installation. This easily could have been communicated to me up-front but was not, and led to a lot of last-minute scrambling with my tenants when inspectors showed up without notice, or notified us of follow-up visits. Note to Revival owners: Going forward, please treat your paying customers with more respect, anticipate their needs, and don't send long-winded defensive treatises when customers reasonably object to the way they're being treated. These are fairly easy-to-implement service changes and would really improve your service model.

Kris, Bill, Angel, and Randy helped us with a very, VERY poorly done job by another construction company. In 8 days, this other company had done an immense amount of demo/damage with no actual plan for rebuild. Ramos took on the job despite being busy and having no prior example of what the structure looked like. They have been so great. They contacted the original architect from the 70s to make sure the rebuild was in spec with his work. They worked with the City on what they taken on (no permits, no plans, incorrect work) and how to move forward. They met with us and a third party structural engineer consult when we wanted to see if we could make a claim against the other construction company. They have always been available, friendly, done clean, expert work and respected our small time/picky requests. When we move to our next project, we will absolutely work with Ramos. From sales, to office, to field crews, A&E is staffed with pros who focus on getting the job defined, bid, and completed on time and with minimal impact to the homeowner. A&E's sales team also worked hard to identify energy efficient alternates along with corresponding incentive funding and discounts. I solicited and received bids from several contractors for this project. Although A&E was not the least expensive, after talking with them, and understanding their process, it was clear that they were the best. I was not disappointed in this investment and am happy to strongly endorse them as a quality contractor that does excellent work.

The diagnostic rate is much higher than Honke's was when I used them. A few weeks (less than 1 month with a nearly week long power outage time frame included) after work was done & a part replaced, the same issue happened again. I was told since I didn't buy their plan (pushy upsell tactic) that there would be a new diagnostic fee. I said thanks but no thanks. There are better providers out there. For piece of mind take your business elsewhere.

The garage is cool and the rest of the house is hot, especially upstairs. I noticed a two inch gap around a cover . The wrong cover had been installed and just taped on rather than getting screwed on. No tape I can find will hold it on and the air pressure forces it open again. I called Earthwise to have them fix it. My first call was May 18. They didn't call back. Two more calls in the next week got me the reply of "We are busy". They need to make this good by getting the correct part or fabricating one. The AC unit was well over $3000. I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

It took days for him to make printable and send it to my email. The bill for the inspection was $475 and when I asked what should be done I was told I would need another inspection. Costing $900. What Kurtis called a level 2 inspection. His advice was to tear down the chimney and rebuild because it had been painted. I called out three other companies who said clean it, rebuild the crown, put new caps and it will be fully functional. I would never use this company.

So they didn't send us more jobs and we have been charged 2 years in a row for $200 or $250 yearly subscription that we couldn't cancel and no job were provided so basically they took what earned from our work. First They stop working with us because one not justifying complaint after 3 jobs we provide excellent service.
