I've worked with the Amazing Team at Green Lane for almost two years. I originally used their services in 2023 for a move between Assisted Living Facilities for our friend in Woodland Hills... I am in Las Vegas! Moving a disabled, elderly man from afar would not have been possible without the true caring, understanding and "We got this" from Russell, his son Sean, and their entire team. Over these months, I needed someone to BE ME and assist with various needs. Well, Russell was always there and my seemingly, insurmountable task was always minimalized and what needed to be done, always was. Lots of ALWAYS, right? I can't say enough nice things about Green Lane. Russell and his crew are very dependable, helpful and accommodating. They are also very careful and respectful of the items that they are moving. They have helped us out 4 times now. Once with moving my Mom into assisted living, then again when they moved her within the same facility into a Memory Care unit. And again, when we had to switch out her bed for a new, lower one. Then finally, on short notice, when we had to move that bed out for a hospital bed from hospice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a senior move to an assisted living facility. They gave me incredible peace of mind that things would be done properly. I hired Russell and his son to move my stuff from my old mobile home to a storage facility and then back to my new manufactured home. They were unbelievably reliable, courteous, friendly and efficient. On time too! I didn't even have to accompany them to the storage facility either going or coming back. It helped me tremendously to be able to rely on them. They dismantled beds, TVs, and packed it all carefully. Nothing was broken or chipped. The price was fair and I would absolutely hire them again. One of the best experiences I've ever had! From the first minute when I spoke with Steve & Michelle on the phone, I knew why they came highly recommended! We had to move my Mother-in-Law after my Father-in-Law had passed away, it was already a very traumatic time for her, but when these guy's came in, they knew exactly how to talk, joke, and be very polite to an 85 year old who just lost her husband! I have used Green Lane to move my mother on four different occasions. Every single time they have made it a pleasant experience and taken care of packing, unpacking and putting away all of her clothes and personal items. Before moving her they took pictures of how her artwork and pictures were arranged and basically re-hang them in the same way. My mom has Alzheimer's, so moving is pretty traumatic but these folks make it so much easier. Every time they have moved her they have managed to do it in one day-- my mom has left one place in the morning and moved into a fully decorated and organized new home in the afternoon. Very seamless which minimizes stress on my mom. Really can't say enough good things about them! read more

I used Green Lane Senior Relocations to move my mother-in-law from one assisted living facility to another. From beginning to end Green Lane was amazing! Both Russell and Karin couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They packed and unpacked everything, shopped for furniture items that were needed, hung pictures and placed other decorative items so that my mother-in-law's new home looks homey and inviting. The delivery drivers were terrible!! They did not place the items where the were supposed to go, which was 3 heavy couch sectionals. I had asked them to move them to a location which was currently locked, the person with the key was literally down the street, I asked if they could wait for 5 minutes (Wasn't even a full 5 minutes). The driver looked at me with an attitude, then turned and walked to his truck and left. I then called the company to explain what just happened. He called the driver to ask about the Situation. The company then called me back on a conference call with the driver staying quit in the back round without telling me. As I explained the situation further the driver starts talking at me rudely over the phone calling me a liar saying none of its true and that I said I told them to leave the couch outside and that it was all okay. I think I would know how or where I wanted my items placed...(wouldn't you?) If they needed 2 men and a rolling dolly to move the couch then how am I going to do it alone. I then asked if they were going to send the guys back, they couldn't have been more then 4 blocks away, and they said no, its not their problem. They could care less about the customer or the task at hand. The driver is apparently to good to do his job....THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!!! I will NEVER use this company again and I suggest you don't either!!! read more

Steve and Michelle helped my parents move this past summer and they did a fantastic job! They were so patient with my mom who was so concerned about all her "treasures." They are very caring, good listeners, and quite simply they experts at dealing with the elderly. They got everything packed gently, and helped my parents unpack and set up in their new place. It was truly an exceptional experience and the price was very reasonable. These are wonderful people and we would highly recommend them!! read more

At a time of great stress and angst, this company was literally a Godsend. We could not be more grateful for their care and service moving our mother/mother-in-law. From packing up all of her things at her assisted living facility (which was a daunting task in and of itself), to moving her items to her new location, to putting her items in storage, we could not be more thankful or pleased for their help. They followed instructions to a tee, and were actually more cognizant of what she wanted where than we were. They were absolutely the team you would want in your corner on game day. They were respectful and patient with Mom/MIL. They were the extra hands we needed at the new location to move things around and do the heavy lifting etc.... We actually did not even go with the movers to the storage unit when they went to put most of her belongings there. When we went over a couple of days later we were just beyond floored at how well they had organized and wrapped everything and kept a space which makes it extremely convenient for us to access her items if need be. Cannot say enough good things about this company and the team doing this work. They are kind, responsive, and caring. They handled personal items as if their own and worked efficiently. They showed up on time and we had zero issues with anything. Above and beyond service. They took such personal care with my elderly mom during this very difficult relocation process. It was made easier and far less stressful with their support, guidance and expertise, from helping to know how to kindly downsize a home, respectfully relocate to assisted living and help determine storage solutions.
