I shopped around for Windows. I wasn't really looking for the most cost effective. I was looking for a company who explained things to me and acted like I would be interested in knowing more than just the cost of Windows. Greenlite was the only company who brought samples for me to see and showed me the heat test. They were the fourth company I spoke with. They also happened to be the most cost efficient. They were extremely prompt in getting everything started and the actual window installation was quick. The gentlemen who set up the windows did a great job and cleaned up super well. I needed a window replaced in my home that I had stupidly tried pulliing myself. I asked for a bigger one installed, they came and were done with in a few hours. The whole measuring and ordering process was all done with in a timely manner. What I also liked was another company had a minimum requirement of 2 windows but I only needed one, Greenlite didn't have a problem doing just one. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I just recently got windows from this company and am very dissatisfied. They did a horrible job, the measurements were wrong and cut into my stucco. It has been a month and windows stink of glue still. Windows were not insulated properly, windows were put crooked, and when coming to fix problem, I get cover ups instead of fixing horrible glue smell. I already have given full payment and is having difficulty getting money back without jumping through hoops. Staff and Josh is very lazy and unprofessional, they cut corners like no other, and try to come back and cover up their mistakes instead of correcting them. One month later, glue is still smelly and has affected my health, my pets, and family. My room with slider can not be used and it's been a month. My shutters were put wrong and crooked. They even left the holes without stuccoing them. They themselves admitted to cutting corners, because they say that they make a business of flipping houses and they do not care about keeping water and bugs out like they claim. I have to go to another window company and start all over because no other company will touch or guarantee this company's messy job. Every time this company makes appointments, they keep rescheduling because their social lives are more important than keeping their customers happy. I have had windows before with another company and had a beautiful experience. This Green Lite Company is a nightmare!!!!! read more

The price was affordable, Josh is super nice and honest, and his installers, Rick and Matt, came out and took care of business professionally and with great attitudes. The installers were great, no issues there. However, we've had issues with a screen fitting properly and have had a horrible time trying to have the issue fixed. We had our windows installed October of 2015, May of 2016 noticed one of our screens popped out, tried putting it back on but it wouldn't stay. So we called, they'll tell you they need to contact the manufacturer and will call you back within a week. Nope, we had to call back a couple times before anyone came out. They came out June 8th, called AGAIN a few times and FINALLY received a replacement screen mid August!! Again, the screen does not fit and I placed a call, this September, not happy of course, told again we will call you in a week, and nothing. Still, our screen doesn't stay in. Definitely not impressed with customer service after installation. read more
