Today I canceled my service with Green Mango after over two years and three different homes. At the beginning, Green Mango was fantastic. Proactive in scheduling my service, always gave a time window on appointment day, and no bugs! Over the past six months, all of this has been eliminated. For the past six months, I've had to call Green Mango to schedule my appointments as it's not happening proactively, and a time window is no longer provided. This has become incredibly inconvenient as 100% of the time nobody at Green Mango answers the phone, so I have to leave a message and hope that someone will call me back (often times I never get a return phone call). On Thursday, September 6, I called the office to schedule my appointment. It had been over two months at that point and I have so many spiders, cockroaches, and crickets that you can't even tell I pay someone for service. Per usual, nobody answered the phone, so I had to leave a message. I received a voicemail from Green Mango six hours later, stating that she scheduled my service for Wednesday, September 12 - which was yesterday. I waited around with my newborn 2 week old all day, and nobody ever showed up for my service appointment. Not only did nobody show up, but nobody bothered to call me to let me know that my appointment couldn't be kept. After speaking with someone in the office today, my appointment was apparently rescheduled to the 18th (why I have no idea), yet no one felt that it would be important to let me know. When I spoke with someone in the office this afternoon, she blamed the bad customer service on the fact that Green Mango has tons of turnover. Company turnover isn't the fault of the customer, so it's extremely inappropriate to give your clients this type of excuse for why customer service is nonexistent. Before hanging up, she told me that they are working on hiring more people, and that if I decide to come back to them in the future, they should have enough employees to provide good customer service to me again. Really? You should focus on providing good service now, not just in the future! Green Mango has been doing a lot of marketing, and it seems they are growing too fast to keep up with their current customer base. This is a shame as you need to make your existing customers a priority, not just new ones. After this experience today, I switched my pest control service to another provider. The price is $25 higher, but I am already much happier with the customer service experience. read more

Great service! My only objection is they will not bill me. Instead I either have to give tech a check or they automatically charge my credit card. At my age I'm use to developing an account where I'm sent a bill. This type of contract is new to me. At least when I had another service they conveniently billed be by mail after each service. Me and my wife recently purchased a house that had a 3 year termite guarantee from Green Mango Pest. We noticed upon moving in that there were still reproductive termites in the garage, house, and backyard. We tried to contact Green Mango 3 times before getting someone to come out to our house. The missed the first schedule visit and said that their truck was having mechanical issues. I called back to complain and they promised that they would come out the next day. When they did finally arrive, the termite tech refused to acknowledge that we had termites, despite all evidence that suggests otherwise. I had researched online already and it was obvious we had reproductive termites, I even emailed them screenshots of what they look like to make it easier. The early 20-yr old claimed he had "10 yrs experience" and dismissed any idea that I could be correct. To be honest Green Mango already treated our house back in 2012 and 2013 so if they have to treat us again in 2014 they are probably going to loose money on our account. Thus, makes sense they are so hesitant to help out. In conclusion the termite tech was in and out of our house in 5 minutes and did no thorough inspection what so ever. He did take pics with his fancy ipad to show his "antamologist" and said they would get back to us in 48 hrs. Its been 1 week now, no call, no treatment, and I am not surprised I have given up on Green mango. We signed up with Green Mango back in July, directly with one of the owners because he promised we would have service INSIDE at a designated time the following day. We made it clear that due to another obligation, if they were late we would have to leave and would then just stick with our existing provider. He committed to this. They were late, but sprayed outside anyway - and now, months later, my card is charged. We don't need these folks, and will be charging back this fraudulent transaction. They could have saved face just walking away after they failed on a commitment. But they feel the need to make money for their lack of service, so I'll be sure to spread the word. He went above and beyond to call me when he was done and leaving my home. He warned me that there was a man wandering around in my backyard and he wanted to make sure I knew and that I was safe. Update: changing from 1 star to 3 stars. Brandon came today to spray and did a good job of calling us ahead of time. Unfortunately, our address is still wrong in their system so he ended up at the wrong house. The woman said this was the second time it happened, but Brandon was smart and didn't just start spraying her house like the last guy. After speaking with her, he came and sprayed our house with no issues. Brandon promised he would fix the address issue so this would stop happening. While I am thrilled with Brandon, I'm still a bit disappointed in the company's diligence with fixing known issues. IF my address gets fixed and this stops happening, my review will go to 5 stars. We still have yet to see any bugs, so their service does work. I just wish they worried more about customer happiness. Why has this company gone so downhill? I LOVED them at my old house. They were the only company that could control my scorpion problem. They had wonderful techs and outstanding customer service. I recommended them to EVERYONE. Fast forward about a year, and they are horrible. Last week, I had a spray scheduled. I waited around ALL day because they told me between 10 and 2. At 1:45, I got a call from the tech who said "I didn't even know you were on the schedule- do you still want me to come?" I said uhhh yeah I've been waiting all day. He told me that they put my new address into their system wrong, so I had to correct that. And he then said "well my inside sprayer broke so I can only do outside-is that okay?" Considering this is a new house and you pay the same regardless of whether you do inside, outside or both, I told him to forget it. I told him to have them call me to reschedule. I never got a call. I called them to figure out that their phone system is down. Why couldn't someone have called me on a cell phone? It's 2018 for gods sake. I then emailed them and received a response that an opening came up today and a tech would be out. I confirmed this morning that someone was coming and told them I don't want another them no show. At 11am, they told me the tech had 3 houses left and then would be over. Here I am at 1:30- with no one showing up yet. I imagine this day is going to go the same as my day last week did. If you know that a customer already had a no show, why wouldn't you put it at the top of your schedule? Again, what is going on with this company?!?! I am writing this review in hopes that Green Mango will contact me and make this better. I recently moved and paid the two $95 treatments to guarantee that the new home is adequately protected. We have had an infestation of springtails. I called and they have been out twice to treat them. However, the first tech that came didn't even know what they were or how to treat them. Whatever he did, did not help! After researching how they needed to be treated, I called Green Mango a second time and asked them to come out. The second tech was more knowledgable but wouldn't treat the entire outside of the house. In order to get rid of springtails you have to treat the entire perimeter of the house to find their nesting areas. He said if he did that, he'd have to charge me, even though I had paid the two $95 treatments that were supposed to cover any needed extra visits. I finally had to go to Walmart myself and spend $150 on products and treat the house myself. I want out of my contract since Green Mango is unable to control my springtail problem. Customer service was nice, but techs didn't seem very knowledgeable. I am going to continue to treat my house myself and try to get out of my contact. I don't feel it's fair to pay them for a job I have to do. Hopefully they read my review and make things right. read more

I have been with Green Mango for over 3 years. With each year, the business end has gotten worse, and this past year, I only remained with them as they have continued to "promise this won't happen again" and "Let us make it up to you". Today, I finally chose to part ways for good, which is heartbreaking as they do have a great technician, Colton G, but the office and management need to get their communication in line. In 2017, I noticed bugs in the garage and front porch. This was something i had not seen before, I could not recall seeing the technician and wondered if perhaps I just missed seeing the technician. I called to verify when they serviced my home and I was told that they had a new computer system and several homes were not transfered over for some reason, but they would be happy to come out. The technician came out and was at my home for only a few minutes and said he would return as he was running low on glue traps and spray. When he did not return, I waited a few days and they sent another technician out, Colton G. Colton gave a very thorough look at my property and noticed that there were several areas that were not treated. From that point on, I let Green Mango know that ONLY COLTON G would be allowed to do work at my home. He came on time each scheduled appointment and was spending quality time to make sure that every area was maintained. In July 2018, I began to see some small insects again in the garage and front porch and began to research when I was serviced last. It was in FEBRUARY. I called Green Mango and they again said for some reason our account was not scheduled and they would get us on the schedule. I asked them to review my notes and reminded them that Colton is the technician. Two weeks and many "reschedules" and another technician calls to say he is coming early and was actually in my driveway to service. I asked where Colton was and he informed me he was Coltons boss, but he would call the office and ask someone to call me. When nobody called me back, I called and told Green Mango that I was not happy with the run around and I would like to cancel any further visits. A manager called me back and stated that she is unsure who was at my house or why and would really like to keep us as we had been valuable customers since the beginning. She offered to schedule us out for the remainder of 2018, July, September and November all free of charge for my inconvienece. September came and they charged my card. It took many phone calls and messages to get a credit. Today, they again charged me for a "free service" and when I called, they offered to just apply a credit to January. I told them that I would like to discontinue all services with them and I would like to speak to a manager. I was then put on hold and after a while, the receptionist came back and said they would reverse the charge for today and end the services. I feel that they do have good intentions, they have just gotten too big to take care of their customers. Perhaps they should focus on one business instead of adding more companies to their "umbrella." read more

Just as an update to this - its been quite a while since we started using Green Mango. It is starting to warm up again, and we have seen little to no scorpion activity outside the house, and inside the house we haven't seen a scorpion in months. The amount of pests in general is way, WAY lower now. We don't even see dead crickets or roaches anymore outside the house. We will be moving into a new rental soon - and we are taking Green Mango with us. read more

I've had this company provide pest services for the past 4 years. I am quitting today because my termite guy Steve never stopped by when they told me he would privide the service i section within a Window of 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.. Not very nice when you don't even get a call, especially if the $140 payment was already processed. I called Green Mango to see what's going on, and why nobody stopped by, and the answering service said press 1 for customer service and press 2 for a "free" termite inspection. They suck! Stay away! I just canceled service and have to now wait 7 days to get my $140 back. read more

I had Travis come out today for my usual spraying and he did a great job! Living on a lake there are always lots of spider webs but he got them all and even some live spiders. He also did inside my garage and house and was very considerate with my home and his surroundings. Over all very happy with Green Mango. I've been with them for years (6 years) and if I feel it wasn't done well, they will come back out at no extra charge. I have been getting regular pest control through green mango for a while now and have been satisfied, but was getting termite services through another large pest control company because that is who the previous owners warranty was through. We had terrible customer service through this other company and they put me in a huge bind before we were supposed to get new floors and we HAD to get treatment done before they could finish our floors. I called green mango in a PANIC and they got an inspector out the NEXT day..the inspector Corey was super knowledgeable let us know that it seemed the other company was just putting a bandaid on the situation and wasn't getting rid of the termites. He worked with Torrey in the front office who was amazing and got us in the NEXT DAY for treatment since we were in such a bind. I cannot thank her enough. The treatment techs David and Cordell were also awesome and got here first thing in the morning. They were so thorough and professional. Recently had an issue with service, left a displeased review, and was later contacted by the owner, Dusty. He was extremely courteous and went out of his way to ensure my happiness and satisfaction with the company. I think when companies "mess up" it isn't the mistake that matters - but how they remedy it. That is the true test of quality customer service. I was beyond impressed with the genuine courtesy that my issue was handled with. It shows me they are a company not only concerned with getting customer, but with keeping them, which in my experience, isn't s common quality. Highly recommend. Quality product (I had a water bug nest in my back yard which scarred the living daylights out of me every role I came across one) and tried other bug companies, sprays at home, etc., but nothing helped eliminate the problem until GM came. read more

While their pest control works super great (haven't seen anything since I started using them in March). However their consistency to make appointments every other month is not so great. The last time they were scheduled to come they cancelled last minute, and said someone would be out the following Monday. I really wanted to love these guys. I hear about them all the time on talk radio (Mike Broomhead Show), and have been happy with all the other advertisers there like Zerorez & Blue Sky. When we moved back to AZ, I was debating on going back to Blue Sky, since they were awesome, but didn't want to pay their "Initial service" fee of I think $150. Green Mango charges this same fee but will wave it with a referral card.. thank you co-worker. So first service was free, BUT you have to do I think 7 services with them or they will charge you for it. I don't like contracts for services (because you can't get out if they suck) but okay I did it. The technician was nice but not nearly as professional looking or acting as their advertisements lead you to believe. I also had a direct comparison with Blue Sky and they were as professional as they say, Green Mango.. not so much. Kind of turned off by this but okay. Second spray I had the exact problem that so many people here have mentioned.. I wanted the technician to come inside as well so I planned to be home. No call, no show, wasted my entire day. Best part is I tried calling and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone or to call me back. When I finally got them it was the same story.. technician was out sick and they didn't have coverage, phone system was having problems (this was at least 6+ months ago). To be fair, they did give me that service for free but I would have rather had my day back than the free service but at least they tried. What FINALLY prompted me to write a review is that we had seen a few earwigs in the house and wanted to see when our next spray was. It took 2 or 3 days to get someone to pick up the phone to schedule. When I finally got them we scheduled it for the following week. This is also when I found out about the "7 total services" portion. When the day finally came, I wanted to make sure I was home and didn't miss the tech so I called to see if they had a time estimate. Guess what? Yep, no answer... tried several times to call. I didn't leave a message this time because I am paying them, not the other way around. When you are paying for a "premium" service, they should answer the phone, or at least have a phone system that lets you hold instead of leaving a message. The technician did show up and did a fine job.. dressed in worn out uniforms as all the Green Mango guys are. (I wonder where the guy in all their advertisements is? Paid actor?) I don't think the technicians are bad. I think they are all very young and probably just thrown out there with a very lax dress code. They aren't unprofessional but they are polished either. This is a management issue, mainly in the office. Long story short, when my 7 services are up (3 to go) I will be cancelling and probably going back to Blue Sky. They are the kind of place that you feel proud to have parked in front of your place. Green Mango makes you feel like it's your teenage son's friend coming over. GREEN MANGO IS KILLING IT!!! No pun intended I moved into a home that has a 1/3 acre with lots of palm trees grass shrubs and a pool, I immediately noticed scorpions around the property and a couple inside the house This is unacceptable because I have a 1 year old and she had one run right by her!! I called out a home sealing company and had my house sealed top to bottom. It's amazing because after black lighting I noticed the scorpions would be heavily located at the roof line and trying to get into the cracks My next step was to fire my current pest control company and get some referrals for a new pest company My brother in law said they did the same and hired green mango and they have been happy with them Let me say green mango is extremely thorough and they leave no stone unturned They granulated my lawn, they dusted cracks in exterior walls, door jams, under pots and chairs and sprayed like crazy I continued to hunt these little pests every night with a black light and after the second treatment I can't find any!! I was disappointed as I grew accustomed to the hunt! I have had zero in the house since the sealing too!! Now here's the thing my neighbors are idiots who spray themselves with a good chemical but they are missing a lot of areas and consistency and others neighbors are probably ok with just living with scorpions, So that means their scorpion problem is now my scorpion problem and every time one comes over the wall we will get them! They cannot survive on my property green mango will kill them!! I wish we could have the HOA use them for the exterior areas parks and sidewalks and get every neighbor onboard to eradicate this infestation!! Haha but seriously get GREEN MANGO ASAP! read more

I have been living in AZ for over 10 yrs and I have never ever seen this many bugs around my house until I used green mango. I even have them the benefit Of the doubt and kept them for 10 months and it just kept getting worse. If you went around your house and sprayed sugar water you would have better results than green mango Absolutely horrific service. read more
