Then tried to up charge for the following visit despite a written contract. No new pest issues, but somehow more expensive the following visit without explanation. $260 for 2 visits so far and yet they want more. Will be cancelling Neighbor recommended a mom and pop. I would have given a zero, but it's not possible. We called them for a quote for bed bug removal. They specifically told us what they would be doing, it didn't happen. They came and within an hour let us know they were done, but when we arrived we realized they couldn't have done what promised, it was obvious, bed bugs still everywhere. You can't do an entire home in an hour. I cancelled 2nd treatment but they refused to return even half of the payment. This business should not be in business the way they treat their customers. Please make sure you use a company that does the heat treatment if you get bed bugs. Green Mango should be out of business. read more

We started using Green Mango about 7 years ago. They have an amazing product for scorpions and German cockroaches. Whatever they're using really works for us. However, in the last year or so , their customer service department and scheduling has become a nightmare. We had an amazing tech (MG) who was nothing short of amazing and has moved since left them and now it varies who arrives, what time they arrive and only spray the front yard as opposed to the front, back, interior, exterior and overall perimeter of the home. I recently called for a a Saturday appointment which is scheduled a month out and was told they would charged extra for a full service. Which has not been done the last 3 visits. I spoke with a Cassandra who tried to tell me I would be charged extra for a full service. Of course, I said that was unacceptable. We shall see. I have referred them to all my contacts because I truly believe they have the best product but lack response and commitment. read more

Lousy company with lousy treatment options against scorpions. We live in Phoenix and have been using Green Mango for over three years. This year, the treatments have done nothing to the extent that I think they are just spraying water instead of pesticide or the technicians are just doing a terrible job because we still have dozens of scorpions on site. Either way, Green Mango refused to treat the property, offering to do a spot treatment inside the house. How do you have a tech show up 1. Unannounced 2. Not Scheduled and 3. Enter a property that you have no permission to enter. Your Tech carelessly was entering our property through the back gate. Calling our dog over so you can enter (WHAT IF YOU LET OUR DOG OUT AND WE HAD NO DAMN IDEA YOU WERE HERE!). We busted the tech trying to sneak in. He stopped when we stopped him outside the gate. Not our fault our dog scared your Tech. Your teams carelessness could have put your tech in danger as a unwanted guest. YOU NEED PERMISSION. We know how Green Mango operates FOR YEARS and this is not NORMAL. Regardless if there is a service order you have always let us know when and where or if we need assistance. THIS IS CREEPY, CARELESS AND ALL TOGETHER PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF YOUR ACTIONS. We know the rules why don't you? All you stated was "It wont happen again and put a note on our account". Don't let them near your home. They've dragged hoses across my lawn, pulling up landscape lighting and destroying plants. They never refill the mosquito traps they deploy, and rarely empty the rat traps. They broke my RV gate last service by forcing their way through the gate instead of calling, and despite having a gate code on the account. While they've offered "services" in lieu of gate repair, I don't think it's worth it, as they don't actually service the property. They left the same RV gate open all day today, and when calling to cancel it's impossible to reach a human who's willing to help you cancel. Avoid at all costs. Had to leave Green Mango after 5 years of being a customer. The price was increasing in parallel to the quality of service decreasing. In the beginning I had knowledgeable control technicians coming out. By the end and after some price hikes, it felt like I was getting random inexperienced kids coming over. You don't what that when chemicals are involved. Occasionally you'd get someone who had some good customer care. For the most part you just got someone rolling over with iPod headphones in and getting it done as fast as possible then bailing. Shame, because I initially really liked them. read more

I would say at first you would be pleased with their services but I do agree with other low reviews. They do not call ahead of time before arrival. I feel like if you aren't home at the time of service, they don't do a great job. My main issue with them is when you try to terminate your contract with them they suggest to just go on a break with them because the prices will be more expensive in the future. I got tired of calling them, and decided to email them 6/28/23 to cancel my contract and was told by the manager Cody that he will contact me and never received a call. Sale people try to push on signing contracts, office Rep tried to tell me a different issue and try to charge me again for different inspection which they should have done it in the beginning ( either they diagnosed wrong or the Rep had no clue that im under contract for specific treatments which they inpected and recommend). Also, they charge a high premium compared to other company, and the tech only spray outside, no inside, there's still pest activity after all the treatments. I regret the day I signed the year long contract because that is the day any semblance of customer service evaporated. Dealing with Green Mango is exhausting and their customer service people on the phone are often rude and dismissive. The day my final service is completed I am cancelling my contract. Furthermore, they drag a nasty hose all over your property, kicking rocks and other debris onto other surfaces which at my home are artificial turf and pavers. They simply then leave those items there and as the homeowner I have to go around and clean up after them, which I feel is inappropriate. They open sprinkler boxes and water boxes and do not properly recover so again as the homeowner I have to go and check these items every time. They sprayed my artificial turf on their first visit, damaging it. For the price paid, we should receive a better level of service. Do not recommend this company. read more

I have given this company EVERY opportunity to make things right. From Day #1 all I've wanted is for them to fix my Scorpion issue. Months later... they've completely failed to do so. I literally just killed one this am. Two weeks ago I called them as I pulled a scorpion out of my dogs water bowl and killed it. They've put white powder all over the entrances to my house (doors, garages) and it looks like Tony Montoya lives in my home. It's done nothing. These guys are horrible. Go years down the road and we have guys who hate to spray inside, show up before scheduled time without any sort of notification. I said enough is enough but we had a house renovation coming up so I decided to wait until then.... I called asked green mango to cancel my account please, they asked "why?" I told them I'm getting the house renovated and will be gone... the rep. at green mango said "are you sure you don't want to sign up for the 6 months from now annual appointment then?" And I said NO. We'll long story short that appointment got scheduled anyways they've been hounding me like dogs from Phoenix area numbers, I didn't even realize the appointment was scheduled until I got the "this is your last notice text" before they charge my account and show up to an empty property. This year we have had the pleasure of having an assigned technician (yup, same one) come to our door, and I couldn't be happier. It is so helpful to have someone familiar with a property to spray...and we can discuss what is happening in the neighborhood for bugs. I don't know if I can mention our techs name on the Yelp specifically (Cory), but he is so attentive and detailed. I have used Green Mango faithfully, giving them many chances. I have been disappointed over and over. While using them, My older dog has been bit by scorpions twice and paralyzed for a week at a time, in excruciating pain. As if that is not bad enough, I have their mosquito program and the buckets were supposed to have been serviced on the 6th of April, however I just went out to check each bucket myself and their was no chemical in them and the wire mesh that was supposed to be around a floating steel frame had fallen off and was laying in the water. If you have Green Mango for mosquito control, I would highly recommend you double check your buckets when they are supposed to be serviced. I have discontinued service and cannot in good conscience recommend them. read more
