What happened Green Mango?! Your flat black trucks and popping green logo used to be a brand I was proud to use. I was a customer for many years. Your cost keep climbing and your service is very poor. More than once I have had to call back because the technician did not complete their service before they left. The last time Dylan arrived at 7:30 am and never knocked on our door. I heard someone dragging a hose around the front of my house. By the time I put my shoes on and met him at my garage, his hose was rolled up. I ask if he was going to do the back yard. I put my dog away and unlocked my gate. After he left I check and he only sprayed every other wall. I called to voice a complaint and got the AI phone service. No one called me back, so I tried 2 days later. Still no call, but my wife got a text. I finally spoke to Supervisor John and said I need to cancel my subscription. He promised to have someone call me on the day I was most available. Well, no surprise, I never got a call. Thankfully I did get through when I called at 3:45 pm and canceled my service. Don't know if it is new ownership or not, but not the same Green Mango I was very pleased with in the past. read more

Avoid Green Mango. We had to have multiple re-services done and still had scorpions and spiders inside our house. When the contract was over I sent an email to cancel. The email was acknowledged. That was 2 months ago. Earlier this week I received a text that my treatment would be this week. Apparently, Green Mango does not understand what cancel means. Even after telling them multiple times I cancelled the contract and did not want treatment, a tech showed up at my house today to treat. Their formula does nothing for scorpion control. We've never had an issue until we switched to Green Mango. Now we have them both inside and outside our home. They even came out for a "special" treatment and two weeks later, we found 7 more scorpions. Very disappointed in their service. **we've had issues for months so I'm not sure your logic applies here. I've been a customer of Green Mango since October. I've been complaining for over a week that I have an over abundance of scorpions. And I have asked for help. However, no help has been given. In fact, I've been canceled on three times by Green Mango. I was told a supervisor was coming last Friday, then Tuesday, then yesterday but each time it was cancelled. On top of that, no one was sent for extra treatment, as I obviously need something different. Well, today I found a scorpion crawling on our sofa, about 8 inches from my nine-year-old's head. TOTAL RIP OFF! I've given this company thousands of dollars and chances - all of which have proven they are incompetent beyond belief. Their products and methods simply DO NOT WORK! I've paid for the Premium Bi-Monthly service, the top of the line, most expensive, plus snake repellent, rat traps, etc. - a la carte up the behind and we have the worst bugs, rodents, and reptiles you could imagine living in all of Arizona. We have a meticulously maintained home. Professional interior cleaning, landscaping and pool service weekly. You could eat off our floor - if you weren't stung by a scorpion (regular or giant hairy kind), attacked by a rattlesnake, spooked by a mouse/rat/tarantula, or other weird bug we can't even name because there are so many. Our custom built home is only 12 years old so if this pest control company was worth any weight, we wouldn't have half these problems. Whenever we see "activity" we call and it takes them FOREVER to come out. We just now finally got a call back from Jay, worst "customer service rep" maybe ever, and after he yelled at me for speaking too fast for him to type, we were told that no manager is working until Monday so we need to just go to sleep for the next few days knowing we have a rattlesnake den living on our front porch. Six rattlesnakes and a bull snake pulled off our porch just in the past few days and Green Mango was just here for the "premium" BS treatment on Tuesday. Do not give this company ANY of your money. We called Green Mango because the radio station I listen too always recommended them and then I noticed our neighbors were using them as well! So, after a favorable recommendation from our neighbors- we gave them a call. They were polite and helpful on the phone and set an appointment for a technician to come the next day to Flush the critters! Our technician was prompt, polite and wore a mask at the door and when he was inside spraying. He stated that we may see more critters perhaps, and then they follow up in 30 days- then come routinely to keep the barrier strong! Since they have been here we haven't seen one critter! I have had service with green mango for over two years. The techs are all very nice and professional. The service was good for a while but at some point they changed the product they use and the new product just isn't effective. I brought it to their attention several times. A manager came and did a respray and we talked about the product change and he offered a few free sprays after that and still no improvement. They are aware the product doesn't work and continue to use it so I am going to find another company. Reply to Marci B: I am not talking about minimal activity I'm talking about killing 3 to 5 crickets in my home daily and seeing more than that on my back patio while I'm barbecuing even in the cold weather. I started using green mango because of Johnny and Rich but end up in a big disappointment. The communication between the representatives are just horrible. They have so many different phone number and been contacting with me with all these phone number and can't not update my account right away when I make a request. For example, I requested a time in the afternoon and they gave me something in the morning or I request a time on Friday and they gave me a Thursday or Wednesday. I have to contact all these different phone numbers to finally get the time I want. So very frustrated with that part The technicians were always nice and professional every time even though it's a different person sometime which is no consistent . On Friday afternoon, I received an text confirmation on the upcoming service for Saturday so I make sure I am home (because after 3 treatments already I can still find a lot of activity and scorpion and want them to treat inside the house) Saturday came and I waited and waited and and the technician never showed up. No call no show. I mean a phone call would be nice to let me know that something came up or he couldn't make it or etc.. but I got nothing. I message the company but unfortunately they were closed. On Monday, the rep got back at me saying that look like our technician was unable to make it and trying to throw me another time without any apology. I contacted Green Mango Monday night for an estimate. My house has been swarming with mosquitoes. I also have 2 dogs and have been worried about scorpions. And then the old owners had farm animals and pens and when the stalls were removed there were mice. Terminex had been here previously and they sucked. We had paid more for stuff that never got taken care of. Green Mango called me yesterday morning told me how much and I don't live on a small property and they gave me a great deal. When I went to cancel it was like a used car dealer. You have to speak to a representative and when you get a hold of them they try to put your account on hold instead of cancelling. The clue that you are over paying for services is that their marketing material is on thick stick color cardboard every time they come to your house for a spray they leave a receipt on fancy marketing bifold holder.I will not use this service again since it's a red flag to me on organizations that make it difficult to cancel. I was a paying customer for over 6 months. I did not need treatment anymore, however they will try to sell you the notion that the reason you don't have bugs is because the service is working. However when they spray at your house on the inside they will tell you that it only prevents bugs on contact and does kill bugs that wander in your house after they leave. read more

I've been using green mango since 2017 and when I only had one property to service, it was a wonderful experience, however, just over a year ago I began service on a second property and it has been nothing but problems. I have tenants in one property and requested GM verbally confirm with my prior to servicing that property so that I can give tenants proper notice, however they continue to promise that my account is set up that way and then show up unannounced. Each time this happens I call and am made a promise that this will not happen again, and yet it continues to happen. All I have been offered is a casual apology and the empty promise my account is now set up for verbal confirmation of appointments. Unfortunately, after 7.5 years, I am forced to cancel my service due the liability issues they cause for me. It has been made clear this company is unorganized, reckless and has enough customers that losing one is not a concern. Isabelle seemed rather jovial regarding partially cancelling my service as she is not authorized to actually cancel it and I have to wait to be contacted by the cancellation department. I used Green Mango for a few years at first everything was great. Over time little things popped up but if I called were quickly taken care of. However on October 23,2020 their technician drove off with his hose still connected to our water line. The result was the breaking of our main water line on the house. While Green Mango did send out a handy man they initially charged me for the service ( which was refunded) which felt wrong. All together it took a week to repair. While we weren't mad and nice about the situation because accidents happen we ultimately ended up cancelling our service and moving to another company. To date no one from management has bothered to call or reach out apologizing or making sure the repairs were done correctly. Ian was very informative as well as thorough. I have small dogs and the tile in my home easily blends the scorpions so I needed to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. I will begin my review with a thank you note to Green Mango. They were finally, the solution to our 4-year scorpion problem! I heard of Green Mango from a family member who told us she had them over to her mother's house to get rid of a scorpion issue. I kept the name in mind and thought I would reach out to them if ever needed. We live close to Red Mountain, so close we can see the desert. This means lots of wild life, beautiful views and of course scorpions! It would have been ok if they were just outside the house but no, they showed up inside too! When my daughter was starting to show signs that she was about to start walking, I had to make sure we had no scorpions, period. I would never forgive myself if she got stung! I thought of calling Green Mango but wasn't sure their product would work because we tried a different company, we tried doing it ourselves, and nothing worked. I made the decision to try them when we found out that a house that was up for sale reported no scorpion issues even though they lived even closer to another mountain/desert area in the valley and that's because they used Green Mango! So I called them in December of last year. I must say, my first impression was not that great. I felt rushed and my plan was to start the service in March. I also did not feel that I understood everything about the contract and when they will start charging, etc in the first call. I actually almost cancelled the whole thing after an advanced charge on my credit card before I even signed the contract but we moved forward with them after I spoke to a different rep who refunded me, apologized for the error and explained everything. She was absolutely great! (maybe Stephanie?). They came out the first time in Feb, March, end of April and they just came again today. For the first few months, I was still skeptical because well, there are no scorpions from November to March of every year. But I am so happy to say that our house is now scorpion free. I purposely waited for a few months after March to write the review because I wanted to make sure this actually worked! The service has been amazing. The crew is professional, friendly and they make sure their job is well done every time. The product they use is natural and is safe for kids and pets. It has no smell either which is all a plus. We paid an initial fee to start the contract and now we pay $79 every 2 months which are totally worth it for a scorpion free house.
