He was hands-down, the most delightful technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We've been using green mango for about a year and a half now. I gotta say these guys are some of the most polite people reps that come to my door. They always take their time to ask questions and make sure that they're doing what we need them to do. We've never had an issue. Every once in a while we may see a pest on the outskirts outside and we will call them and they get here immediately. I am so thankful that Green Mango Pest Control did exactly what they promised! I had a problem with a cheap pest control who never stuck to his schedule and always charged my account monthly. The last straw was when we had found two black widows by our front door and a scorpion in the master bath. Luckily I had Green Mango's info because of a sales rep that stopped by so I called. I am happy to report that a year later we have not had one issue with either the black widows nor scorpions! They always call at least 4 days in advance to let us know they will be coming and have even stopped by twice in one month at no additional charge because I found a small spider in my garage. It is a little more expensive but well worth it!! read more

The absolute worst in customer service. The tech is so LAZY that instead of knocking on the front door to gain access he left a note on the SIDE door notifying me that the gate was locked. After 90 days I still have the same problem with spiders that I was told would be no problem, when I talked to the company they let me know I could pay extra to have different treatments . We have been using Green Mango since 2019. Because we have 2 very large Rottweilers and a locked gate, we have requested they always come on a specific day of the week so we can unlock the gate and bring the dogs inside. Each time they schedule a service it is on the days we have asked them NOT to schedule. Each time this happens the tech that comes states that he will make "Notes" in the account. We then call customer service, and they state they will make "notes" in the account. If everyone is putting "notes" on the account, why do they continue to schedule appointments on the days we asked them NOT to. So, this happened AGAIN today. I called and was told no one ever put any notes on my account. I spoke with customer service- I asked to speak with a manager- was on hold and disconnected after being on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and had to explain the whole situation again to another customer service representative - When I asked to speak to a manager she said, "let me see if she is available", I told her if she is not available- cancel my account. I was then connected with a manager named Marcie who assured me it was fixed- I sure hope so, just seems like this should not be that hard. read more

Update to my review TIME TO FIND A NEW COMPANY - I give up! Initial follow up by Cameron was good - unfortunately it didn't last ..below is a copy of the private message I sent him- I didn't get a response - maybe now that it is a public review I will get a response .... Hi Cameron! I really don't want to cancel my service but I am having an issue again- I had a call stating you had a guy scheduled to come out to my house - I made arrangements to have someone home . Then, they didn't show up and the next day they called and of course the technician had an issue and couldn't make it - they said they would reschedule - three weeks later (approx) and no follow up call or service scheduled me. I have continued to find baby scorpions in and around my home. I have a friend as I stated in my private message that is going through the same issues trying to get you to provide and show up to do the work we agreed to. It's frustrating and I feel bad complaining but maybe you are not aware of how bad the service has gotten. read more

This is the worst company that I have worked with. They have claimed system crashes as the reason they can't seem to keep a schedule, maybe you should invest in a new system then. Absolutely amazed and happy with the service I received. For the last several weeks our house has become a popular hangout for scorpions. I'm assuming my property serves up some pretty tasty crickets. I had to reschedule by appointment a couple times due to my own scheduling conflicts but every time the office staff was very polite and accommodating. A week before my initial spray by Green Mango, I stepped on one of these wandering nocturnal demons! A sting from a scorpion is no joke! I'm a 35 year old pregnant female who has seen her fair share of injuries and I can honestly say it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The pain is instantaneous and the venom doesn't fade fast. I was in a severe amount of pain for a couple days. It felt like my foot kept getting electrocuted and stabbed with hundreds of tiny searing hot needles at the same time. Absolute misery. Do yourself a favor and don't step on one or get stung. No bueno! Anywho. Today was my first initial visit with Green Mango, their employee Jonathan O. was very polite, knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns and gave me excellent tips to help seal my home and keep these nasty critters outside. He really took his time to explain what he was doing and what I could expect over the next few weeks. I showed him several problem areas and he made sure to pay extra attention to those areas which gives me peace of mind. He was also training a new employee, Chris C. Whom was also very polite, and thorough. Chris made his rounds around my home to spray for these dreaded monsters. He even asked permission to go into the bedrooms to spray which I thought was very professional and courteous. Both Jonathan and Chris are wonderful assets to Green Mango and I truly appreciate knowledgeable and pleasant interactions with these gentlemen. Green Mango is the best pest control firm we have ever had. Their non animal toxic scorpion control has eliminated any and all presences of scorpion or any other insect. They have always been on time, in fact they send out a text reminder 24 hours before they arrive. What other pest control firm does that type of follow-up? This is by far the WORST pest control in Maricopa County! Kayla the so called office manager is horrible she will lie to you and try and talk circles around you. They don't keep their word at all not even on scheduling! If you call them out on their bullshit they will just cancel your one year contract and then say "oh we are waiving our cancellation fee for you" like they are doing you some favor! They do NOT DESERVE the endorsement that Johnjay from Kiss FM gives them! I will tell EVERYONE I know that this company is HORRIBLE! Update to Cameron's response! Hello Cameron, First, we have listened to the one originating call from June.  The two recordings were for the same initial call to establish service.  You did not provide the follow up calls when communications began to break down. Second, in July we did not receive a text or email for the 30 day follow up on service.  We have to contact your company.  They scheduled a tech who did not show up.  The tech called and stated he was back at the office and missed our location due to your app failing.  The next day a different technician was sent out.  In September we called because we were due for the bi-monthly treatment according to the schedule your company provided.  Since we did not receive text or email 24 to 48 hours ahead of the service date, we contacted you again.  Kayla, the office manager, was rude and argumentative.  There is clearly a lack of customer service provided by this employee.  Excuses were shared as fast as she could come up with them.  Instead of scheduling a technician out, or apologizing for the inconvenience and lack of consideration, we received hostile treatment for requesting the agreed upon bi-monthly service.  The only thing we wanted was a visit from the technician in the time frame your company stated in the first place.  The other request was for you to honor the notification, stated in the call, of 24 to 48 hour notice before the technician is coming out.  Instead of either of these contractual agreements being honored, we received an email with the two recordings of the one call and a blank service contract.  When I responded and requested contact with the owner due to the poor customer service and lack of record keeping, I received an email stated my contract was being canceled for no justifiable cause.  The only cause here is Kayla lacking in training to service your customers.  I am saddened by this treatment from a company that provides a warranty and guarantee to provide service.  We have received a serious lack of service and a level of disrespect by your employee Kayla.  To have my contract canceled without cause is disturbing and worries me about the future of your business when an employee acts this way with your clientele.  As a business development professional working in higher education and servicing national accounts, my team would lose their position inside the company if they ever treated one our clients in this manner.  We would not cancel our clients contract, we would correct the internal problem and provide the guaranteed service that came with a warranty.   To think this entire situation could have been avoided with a simple scheduling of the service technician and a quick apology for any inconvenience over a lack of notification.  Russell Riter read more

I used Green Mango for about two years. I never had more than a few days notice of my appointment date. This company also does not give you an time window on the appointment day. I also felt the need to be present for treatments as the techs often missed areas. For the price, there are more consistent and better quality services out there. read more

I like their product however the whole scheduling thing has been a mess. In the past I was not notified that they were servicing my house. The way we figured out that green mango was here was from the paper they left at the back door. Stepping in my backyard without my permission was not acceptable . I have 2 dogs and their service guy could have been hurt if they got out. After I called, the operator said we will make sure it doesn't happen again and we will call you before showing up. This happened again a few months ago!!!!! Today I was told that tech couldn't reach me, so I was rescheduled. No one called me and for sure my cameras did not notice anyone ringing my doorbell. Also, my last appointment which is supposed to be monthly was just skipped without me knowing. I hope they get it together and take customer complaints more seriously else they will no longer have my business. read more
