House was infested with crickets! They were upstairs, downstairs, coming from the attic, coming out of outlets and light fixtures. We even started finding scorpions in our home. We tried spraying ourselves with home defense. We were using that spray 1 to 2 times a month and it wasn't helping. Green mango has been here one time to spray and I haven't seen a single alive bug of any type anywhere. And all of the cricket sounds where gone!!! Highly recommend!! read more

UPDATE: Today they sent us a bill for services they never provided. WOW!! If I could give one star I would! The account is under my husbands name but he doesn't help and I felt a need to share our experience with this company. We have had them for almost three years. They were constantly either late or no shows within the past year. However we are busy so we have not paid much attention. When they were supposed to come during the summer they showed up without the ability to do a big service so we asked them to come back. When they did come back they came at an inconvenient time. Two weeks who they emailed to come out and we emailed them back to not come and we would reschedule as we had some family stuff. They did acknowledge the email. Then a week later they decided to charge our card for service even though we are not on a contract with them at all. My husband then called and we were told they did come as we had a dog in the yard. Guess what they did not come because our dogs are not in a yard when we're not home. My husband called back and finally spoke to a woman who had a brain and she agreed to refund the service. However today they just showed up at the house without any warning and were exceptionally rude to the point my husband had to threaten to call cops because they didn't want to leave without do a service. While they were good at the beginning, clearly they have some customer service and other issues to work on. So now we need a new pest service. Any recommendations?? read more

This pest control is a joke. I live in Mesa, Az and I have had them for 8 months. Services were every other month and i have had to call them every time after the 60 days only for them to tell me that they're supposed to be out the next business day every time. So I call and speak to GM and she had more excuses for the company then the operator. This is not a company I would have around my personal belongings. read more

I've been using Green Mango for almost 3 years now and the only issue I've ever had with them being late was the first appointment. They arrive within the agreeed time frame every other month and we always have great results. I've requested that they call when they are on their way so I can lock up my dogs and they never show up unannounced. (That maybe because I said my dogs could attack if they came unannounced) ;) Either way, I've been very happy with their service and I recommend them often. read more

If I could give minus stars I would . After two treatments we were still having scorpions and centipedes I called and It was all excuses . I then canceled my service. After calling emailing and texting they charged me for another month and after calling and speaking with a " manager"""""" i hung up because I've never spoke to someone who was so unprofessional and just lacking in customer service I checked my bank and they had charged over 100+$ without our consent . On time and did a good job, it was a little frustrating that the tech was so hesitant to come into my home. We were away at work, and I told them several times it was ok for him to spray while I was away, but he refused to. Had to get my neighbor to come over so he would enter. I get the "liability" issue, but I had explicitly told him it was ok. More of a headache than anything. We loved this company at first, but even though the contract says bi-monthly they were only coming every 3 months, even in the summer. The last time they came was in May and when the guy came he only did the front yard and then left a note saying sorry I missed you even though I was home the entire time. I never received a text, call, or knock on my door. After that incident three months had passed and we heard nothing from them. In the meantime cobwebs were piling up, crickets everywhere, and scorpions in our house. We called to cancel and they told us they had someone scheduled two weeks from then... way over the 3 month mark. We have hired someone else and they are coming tomorrow... thank God bc we just saw another scorpion in our house tonight. I have a 2 year old so I can't have unreliable service like this. The product is great! The customer service is ridiculous!! Since day one reoccurring scheduling problems,will NOT allow you to speak with owner. I thought he or she should or would like to know what is going on with their business. I was assigned a "manager Kayla", who was going to eliminate any future problems. I have a text she put me on her computer to personally reach out to me the 1st of every month, and yet another apology. Today is 11 26 I think the 1st has long come and gone! I called her this morning she could not take my call or call me back. My guess is they do not want our business. It is somewhat unfortunate since the product is great the kids that come are great, what a waste and I can not waste anymore of my time with a company that has expressed over and over again they DONT care about us. read more

The tech who came out stated they would be back in a month, Now it is two months with no f/u call from Green Mango. I called and left a voicemail earlier today but haven't received any response from them and now they are closed. They've only made it out twice in 6 months and I've had a horrible time getting ahold of them... I had to followup to have them come out to an automatic recurring treatment that of the house and now I can't even get someone on the phone to talk to. Getting very frustrated... They keep coming out to respray but the termites don't leave. Every night we find 3-5 scorpions with our black light. Friendly staff but friendly doesn't cut it when you have kids and dogs. I will give them one more try then I'm trying another company. read more

They are not consistent with their schedules. I have had to call each time to remind them about my service, 1-2 weeks after they should have visited. We have still had significant scorpion activity in and out of our home. I do like the people that come to our home, and feel they are professional. I definitely don't like paying for a pest service that isn't watching their calendar or changing my scorpion situation. This is strike 2 for JonJay and Rich advertising! Terrible customer service. Terrible pest control. I cannot wait for my contract to be up because I will be switching companies immediately. Green Mango has never gotten rid of my scorpion problem. I find about 4 a week INSIDE my house. They were scheduled to come out every two months, they had failed to keep their bi-monthly appointments. Since January they have only come every 3 months. The last technician left my gate open and my dog got out. Gratefully, we found her the next day. My 6 year old was recently stung by a Scorpion. Thanks for the crappy service Green Mango, honestly the worst experience I've ever had with any business. Save your money and go with another company. read more

I have had green mango now for about a year. I have to say that there is no consistency with drivers as well as the service. I believe it depends on the technician? I am not even sure what they are supposed to be doing other than spraying the perimeter of my house. Some guys dust the entry ways/doors with little and some with more powder. I have to remind them to clean the webs from the doorways sometimes and only one has ever addressed ants that they have seen. About midway through my contract they seemed to have scheduling issues as well as equipment issues which delayed the service or changed the date and although I have called several times it seems that even scheduling is sometimes not consistent. So I just give up and hope that my contract ends soon as I am not paying more money. The pamphlet they leave tells me how much they use and what they did. But I either get a 20 min guy or an hour guy. I just wish they understood that most of us these days have cameras and watch. read more

Had Green Mango out to treat a wasp nest for my mother that a previous exterminator was unable to get rid of. Roy was so thorough and friendly. He found 2 nests and removed them both. After the service he called me to give me an update and let me know the problem had been resolved. Huge relief to know my mother is no longer at risk when working in her yard. read more
