Just signed up for their service yesterday and they were supposed to come out today for the initial service. They didn't show up and didn't call to reschedule. They told me that they would show up between 10am-2pm so I took the day off work and made arrangements for my dogs to be gone during the service. I waited until 2:15pm to call and ask about my service appointment only to find they close at noon on Saturday's. I should have known they were sketchy based on all of the other reviews. Now comes the fun of getting my money back and canceling. *UPDATE* I called first thing Monday morning and they were very apologetic and rescheduled for Wednesday morning. They refunded the $50 initial treatment fee and even offered to waive the $72 for the next treatment. They went above and beyond to fix a poor first impression. After working with Kayla at Green Mango, our decision to discontinue this relationship has been reversed and my rating has gone from 1 to 2 stars. I was skeptical about the 1 year agreement but took the shot. After our initial service, we wanted to expand on those services which required a separate visit. Started out great but no calls answered at the office...Now it has been 3 months and still no call back. Seeing lots of bugs in the back yard and had a TRANTULA on the patio last week. What happened to the contract where I had to stay with them or they back charge me for that first service? Well no contact no CONTRACT! Looks like I may have to find another company. I just signed up with Green Mango, eager and excited for the miracle pest control everyone has been telling me about. However, I feel that I have made a terrible mistake. My scorpions are worse than ever!! With my prior pest control company, I have never had crickets or other bugs. Suddenly, my yard is full of crickets and my scorpion problem has increased significantly. I am guessing that is because not the scorpions have a food source and large one at that. My yard and inside of house are full of crickets. I have tried calling Green Mango but get no answer and no one has called me back. I think I will be calling back my other pest control company. We were using Green Mango probably a little rear in Goodyear Arizona almost every time we were scheduled the Exterminator would call us and give us some excuse or why he was canceling we know we got a deal on it and when appointment is scheduled and they don't keep it it's kind of inconvenience for us because we have to make it for another time we're available for them to come into our home they're either been bit by Scorpion or ran into a cactus bush or flat-out all we can't spray because it's getting too dark and they almost always 90% of the time would call us to reschedule their rates are fair but how they handle the things is not acceptable I don't know if it's just that we live that far out or what but I would recommend that you look into a different Exterminating Company or customer service is not the best read more

We just moved into a new build and decided to give green mango a try. Due to all the construction around us we would get tons of bugs small and large. I am so happy we spent the money! You should see some of these dead meaty spiders! Holy crap! They would have freaked out my significant other (ok, and me too). I will say their product is definitely worth the money. It's even pet friendly as we have 2 dogs and a cat. Today we just got our second treatment they came out on time as scheduled and took care of business. Called day before to inform ants were spotted in kitchen. Scheduler said she'll make a note to have technician bring taro or whatever was needed for kitchen for ant traps. We have had a really great experience with Green Mango pest control for the last 4 years and it has become more important that their products are both pet friendly and human friendly after having our first baby and having a dog. They also keep this in their notes and are really considerate of the fact that we have a baby and a dog AND that we are working from home! If I ever have an issue with a scorpion appearance I can call to have our home serviced, even in between service months, but the every other month service has been right on for years. We just had Brady come to our home and he was the kindest tech and was really considerate of our family and very thorough and thoughtful---- when I didn't hear the doorbell at first he made a point to text me and call me and to get started on the outside of the house while he waited to see if I was home. 2/28/19 husband spoke with someone to schedule service, they transferred him to scheduling and he left a message. No call back Friday, Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday 3/6/19 no call back after leaving a message this morning to speak with a manager. Left another message at four this afternoon. Making an appt is extremely difficult. I pay monthly and I'm not getting service! Not sure there is anything at this point that can be done to make this right. read more

I think they do a really good job, as far as making my home bug free. But The last 3 appointments have just been terrible as far as scheduling goes. It's impossible to schedule more than a week out, or so I was told. And now I've waited 75+ days between sprays, with a week until the next appointment. Not sure how getting bi-monthly treatments means waiting almost a full 3 months in between sprays. I've been using the service of Green Mango since moving to Arizona - 3 years ago. Moved 3 times & again we are relocating to another home & I called Green Mango today to let them know & to set up new pest control services at our new home for December 2019. I spoke to Katie, Customer Service Representative. She was wonderful! She was friendly & polite and answered all my questions & it makes me feel like they care about their customers. Since using Green Mango's services we have never had a pest problem. One time I had some little bugs that had appeared after their bi-monthly treatment & it was as simple as a phone call & they came right out & resprayed (no extra cost) and problem solved! Never have seen a scorpion on any of our properties! (Thank goodness lol). The techs are polite & make you feel like they are part of the family. We even had a Termite Protection Plan done in June for over $1, 000 that is guaranteed for 5 years. Highly recommend them. Green Mango needs to be commended on hiring & training such happy & helpful Customer Service Representatives & Techs. I am always greeted with a "hello" and a "have a nice day" whether on the phone or in person with a Tech treating our home. Hunter was my service technician yesterday. I forgot that it was my day to be serviced so I forgot to unlock the back gate. Hunter tried to call me, but of course I didn't answer. He left me a text message saying that he serviced the front yard. He also said he would be willing to come back if that would be good for me. Meanwhile the office had already rescheduled my backyard service for Monday. I texted Hunter back and asked that if he could come back today I would greatly appreciate it, but only if he had time. He responded almost right away, and came back later that same day to service my backyard. He was so polite and professional and amenable. So impressed with this service! I had been using Orkin for the past 3-1/2 years but recently began seeing scorpion activity. I had seen Green Mango mentioned in several plaes as being the best in town, so I gave them a call. So glad I did! Kyle, the technician, was friendly and knowledgable, and his service was top-notch. He didn't just spray inside and out, he powdered the perimeter with magic dust, used a special brush to clean the entire outside of the house of spider webs, then got out a crazy long pole to catch a wolf spider that was about 20 feet up on my wall. All this after getting stung by a scorpion himself while doing our treatment! All told, it was a much more thorough service than I've ever received from Orkin, for $20 less per month with a one-year contract. read more

If you are a family in a budget I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREEN MANGO. They set you up on an auto pay and draft the money wether you receive a service or not. When I signed my contract it stated that they would ALWAYS contact me before a service to let me know I had an upcoming appointment. On more than one occasion I would only know about them supposedly servicing my home through my bank statement. This was frustrating for two reasons. One, if I needed the home sprayed on the inside I would have to call and request it again. And two, without proper notification that I have an upcoming appointment within Atleast that week so I could ensure I had the funds available in my account. They were never appoligetic about drafting my account without my knowledge. This was very frustrating for me when all I wanted was proper notification so I could set myself up. read more

They don't show up for appointments, then they apologize and say it was human error. Then they promise to rectify the problem by promising to come out a certain day and next time it won't happen: guess what it did. 2nd time they didn't call and didn't show up. I have called twice and no calls back.... I see I'm not the first one to have issues with customer service. In September they said they will do better, well it's Nov./ Dec. and it's not any better. Not happy with the service I found it weird that they did not conduct a consultation. I used to work for a pest control and they used send someone out prior to signing someone up. We are stuck in a contract and our problem is not going to be resolved because that requires another treatment program which we didn't pay for and I needed that in the beginning now we need to fork out more money. After a month of service on my property I still am dealing with roaches, ants, black widows and even have spotted a red scorpion. I called to have them send someone out but they said I would have to pay for it, they did offer me half off but I told them no. Why am I to pay, when they didn't eliminate the issue of these bugs from the initial spraying and be stuck in a contract with a company that doesn't want to back their work/name?
