Went to go get a gel pedicure, when it came to choosing the color I specifically said I wanted a frenchtip with a color not your typical white frenchtip. Should've been paying attention but she had painted my whole nail instead of giving me a frenchtip when I told her that's not what I wanted whole experience went to shit on top of her attitude and talking to her coworkers about it, the worst frenchtip I've had. I take my girlfriend here to get her manicures and pedicures done. She likes the quality and service but if you order the added "diamonds" to attach to the nails they may not stay in for too long. At least, that is what happened when we did so. One diamond fell out and we had to go back in for the replacement. But the service is great. They make good conversation or they leave you be; it just depends on your vibe. The prices are reasonable and they can usually accept walk-ins which is great. I recommend trying this place out. I have been here a couple times. I love their hours! Evening manicures are so relaxing to me. The employees are always nice to me. I find all nail salons hard to breathe in and wish there was more air circulating. My manicure is always done clean and quick. The price is fair. The location is good. First off let me start by saying I had an appointment for myself and another person. We arrived on time and were told to sit in the spa chairs. We ended up waiting 20 minutes or so before someone even tended to me. My guest was still waiting for someone to take her she finally got sick of waiting for 45 minutes, and ended up leaving. I don't know if it's a language barrier or not but we specifically called in advance to make an appointment and confirm the time. I really wanted to like this place since it was close by however, the service really turned me off. The staff didn't seem to care that we were waiting and even took another guest before us, and she was a walk in. The staff asked why my guest left after the fact and offered to take her then. But at what price? They probably would have rushed her experience . I don't recommend this place and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Came in as a walk-in late afternoon on a weekday and they were able to fit me in for a gel manicure with about a 10 min wait. The salon itself is brand new and clean, and the nail tech working on me cleaned and filed my nails thoroughly without any pain. She applied polish to my nails perfectly and even filed down any extra polish on the cuticle; she even applied Vaseline to my hands after seeing how dry they were. Overall I had a satisfying experience and just wanted to add a good review because they deserve more stars. read more

Started my appt late. Not with the requested technicians we had requested. Then webbed removing my previous do. The technician had cut my fingers in many places. The day after getting a dip the clear coat was bubbling and falling off. Week 2 almost all nails are either broken or have fell off. Will never return or recommend. I can not say enough about Jenny! She is my absolute favorite nail tech. I started seeing her when my regular nail salon closed after Covid hit! I was so satisfied with her I honestly have not gone back to my regular shop! I am always happy with my nails and now refuse to see anyone else. Jenny's work will last up to 4 or more weeks without lifting or breaking (which is a HUGE plus). Jenny is super friendly and always has a smile no matter how busy her day has been. Jenny is my Girl! l would also like to say Jimmy is my go to for pedicures. He's gentle, takes his time but is quick. I've never had a problem with my pedicures and I will continue to see Jimmy! I'd advise that Green Nails & Spa is definitely worth giving a shot, you won't be disappointed! read more

Sad to see a salon in such a good area with horrible service. I went in for a fill, was sat in a chair for over an hour. Once I was attended, the man who started my fill was not even paying attention. He was doing a million other things. He started by overfiling my nails. Once he began to reshape them (almond shape not too pointy) he left multiple nails with a flat tip, not rounded not pointy. He asked me to wash my hands when i told him I wanted the tips to be rounded almond shape. Well he took that as more pointy. Then he started to paint on the "french tip". All the lines are extremely crooked, not even rounded, so uneven (the nails shape too), very sloppy and so horribly done. At this point my niece could have done a better job. Not to mention they had ladies sitting in pedicure chairs for 90+ minutes waiting for their pedicurist. read more

Well.....I thought it was supposed to be relaxing when you go and get your nails done at a "spa"and as a customer you should be able to ask for the nails service you want because your not getting nail service for free.....not pleasant at all, nail tech., Tammy was rude! So here I am with an update, the owner decided to reach out to me I will upload a picture of the message, asking me to basically take it down because they didn't like it. Here's a few other things I failed to mention in the first one: 1) First visit: I had an appointment, I watched them take a walk in before me and I had to wait 30 min after my appointment to be seen 2) First visit: I took my daughter(5) an they separated us then the technician left her in the middle of the salon by herself with wet nails while mine were being done. They could have done hers next to me or at least offer her a chair next to while they dried. I had to call my boyfriend inside to sit with her. 3) First visit: I got dip and they didn't wash my hands before sticking in the powder which is gross, thankfully I clean my own hands but I have reptiles and work in healthcare I could've had ANYTHING on my hands including passing on salmonella. 4) They put my hands in a bowl first thing when I walked in on my second visit (hoping for a better experience, my cat died and I wasn't in the state to drive anywhere to do something nice for myself) didn't say anything to me then walked away and left me for 10-15 min when a different technician instructed me that I should be removing my own nail polish. 5) Again they separated my daughter from me which is dangerous and upsetting. 6) The technician had no idea what ombré was. I explained how to do it even, because this is what I always get, didn't do it the way I said but by the time he stopped to show me the first nail he put a lot of work into it so I let it go, the colors are reversed of what I wanted and he went heavier on the blue then what I asked. They looked nice so this was fine but not what I asked. 7) He absolutely ripped into my fingers. Then put the Dremel back in the drawer with my blood on it for the next unlucky victim. 8) The technician across from my daughter pulled down her mask while sitting across from my child, I wouldn't have had too much of an issue if she didn't pull it up after another client came in, she moved my daughter off her station and had her mask on to assist the adult. Apparently keeping my daughter safe from covid was not a care for her. 9) Never before have I had powder chip off so quickly, the last ones from this place didn't chip at all. 10) I was so in shock from what I experience I felt I couldn't say anything without making a scene (which I didn't want to do, it seems other technicians maybe good) so I left to cool down and came back the next day around 6 hoping there would be less people since they closed at 7. However they left early, so I wrote a review because I didn't want to drag this out. But then the owner messaged me on Yelp "I am sorry to get you feel bad. Please take it off. Thanks" So here we are. I requested to meet with them to at least talk about the health issue I was having with them, I don't want anyone getting hurt or sick from this place and have not gotten a response yet. read more

I am a licensed cosmetologist I just don't do nails but this place was very unsanitary as I know the regulations with OSHA. They used dirty nail implements and they did not clean the jets and well and sanitize the area. The technician was also very aggressive with my nails and made me bleed. I told him to stop filing them down and he did not stop. My nails are still sore. Also I was indecisive with the nail color I wanted and they all started to argue in front of me. I have been getting my nails done with the same person but my favorite person was not there. I couldn't hold off any longer. I regret that decision, I should have just cut my nails off or gone somewhere else. I am really feeling like cutting these nails off! I am not happy with the way they look or feel. The guy who did my nails let my nails patchy and didn't design my nails the way I asked. I did show him a picture of what I wanted and asked if he would be able to match that? Worst service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. I came in today to get a pedicure and I brought my 5 yr old daughter with me and she wanted to get her toe nails painted so I told the lady that she wanted just polish. As we were sitting down my daughter asked if she can have her seat filled with water to so I stopped one of the guys that works there and kindly asked if he can turn on the water for her.. he literally stood there looked over at my daughter sitting there up and down and laughed and started speaking their language and the other lady asked if we wanted to do a pedicure for her and I just said "I simply asked if you can turn on the water for her, if that's a big deal or a problem from what it seems I will go elsewhere" and I picked up my daughter and walked out. I don't understand what the problem was and why it was made to be such a big deal. They could of just simply told me if it was an extra cost if that's what the problem was because money wouldn't of been a problem with me, I didn't want her to get a full on pedicure because she just simply doesn't need her toe nails cut nor cuticles or feet scrubbed. I've been to many different salons and most of the time I take my daughter with me and they always do it without me asking and the time that I ask for it that is the reaction I get.
