This company inspected our home (Heritage Ranch .. they know the area) during the purchase process in late 2023. Great job. Both came from the construction industry and bring that experience instead of more typical checklist monkeys who have added a side gig. Reading a couple of the negative reviews, I suspect there may be some conflict of interest afoot... don't know, but I recommend you discard those opinions. For anyone who deals with the day-to-day home issues and has worked any construction or similar job in their youth or career, you quickly can see that these guys are the real deal. read more

As a seller, it would be really nice if they left things the way they found them. After a 3.5 hour inspection in my home, my heat was turned OFF and left that way on a cold spring day. I didn't notice till that evening when my house got down to 69 degrees, then I figured out they shut it off. read more

Rob Slight was very polite when he came to our home. He insisted we were not to be there and we must leave during the inspection. I didn't think much of it as I had never sold a home before and I was unfamiliar with the rules. I later found out that was a lie. He walked into the kitchen where he yanked an expensive camera out of the socket and set it carelessly on the edge of the counter. My son managed to catch it before it fell. We offered him a cup of coffee before we left and went out for the day. The moment we left, he got on his phone and was saying really terrible things about my son and I to whomever was listening on the other end. I have no idea why he would have done this. We were both very nice to him. He later noticed the other camera in the livingroom and when the termite inspector showed up he called him into the kitchen so the camera would not pick up what he was saying to him but it did anyway. He proceeded to laugh and make fun of us while telling wild untrue stories about us, thinking we wouldn't hear it. I again have no idea what brought all this on or why he disliked us so much but we heard everything and have it all saved. When we returned home we noticed he was extremely rough with our appliances in the kitchen. He broke 2 knobs off of the cooktop. The sprayer wand was broken off in the dishwasher and 2 cabinets were now loose on their hinges. We were able to repair some of it but not all. Selling my home was very stressful for me and Mr Slight made it so much worse. I gave him 2 stars instead of one only because his final report was fair despite all the horrible things he said and the things he broke. To be honest, after all of his unprofessional behavior I was expecting the worst. I really should have reported him but I was too overwhelmed with the move to deal with it. Now, over 2 months later, I am settled into my new home and the past is the past but I thought I'd at least write a review to warn others. read more

As first time homeowners, my wife and I were looking for an house inspector prior to closing that would be able to not only inspect the house, but also teach us more about the process and ultimately, provide a reliable, honest opinion. We had literally zero experience with the home buying process and needed someone to help us fill in the blanks when it came to the inspection to make sure that we were getting the most out of our future home! While these guys were super nice during the inspection, they missed several things that showed up directly after we moved in. I'm giving them one star as I think the entire purpose of having an inspection is to catch these things before you move in. It was very frustrating to pay so much for an inspection, then move in and have to spend several hundred dollars on things that we could've asked the previous owners to fix. read more

Rob and Mike are two guys you just want to have over for dinner after they inspect your house. When they inspected my home, I was there the whole time, walking with them and asking questions. Rob and Mike did awesome job with our new construction. We personally did lot of peeking and screening but missed some that these guys pointed out. They did a free drywall inspection. Before pre-closure inspection they did a detailed inspection and sent a detailed report that I shared with my builder to get corrected. They were very approachable and answered all of my questions.
