The second time I had that instant fell in love with food feeling, so I stopped at the green tomato And randomly ordered a chicken curry bowl with chickpeas. The flavor is unreal. Everything just comes together in such a delicious cinnamony spicy flavor and on a cold day it is the greatest meal! I love this bowl so much! Their chicken is always super tender and juicy, I like the way that the chickpeas at a little bit of, a different texture to the overall meal. Came here for a late lunch for the first time in a long time. Ordered the spicy poke bowl. It was ok. The toppings and everything went well together, but it's way too salty with so much soy sauce. If you're ordering it spicy, the soy sauce should be skipped and just stick with the spicy mayo. The inside is spacious and seemed clean. I placed my order to go and it came fairly quickly. Their drinks are definitely a highlight and I think they just expanded the menu. I love that they use agave to sweeten the drinks instead of sugar. What prompted me to write this review was the amazing service provided by Maria. My friend has severe and very specific allergies. When we asked the cashier about the ingredients, her answer was not too assuring. Maria then took out a binder with all the ingredients , and was sooooo patient and thorough going over the ingredients. Later on when she brought the food over, she offered a balsamic vinegar that my friend can safely consume. I got the Philly Chicken Melt for myself this time and it came with grilled chicken, bell pepper, pepperoncini, grilled onion, and mushroom in a flatbread with chipotle ranch on the side. This was delicious and hit the spot. It wasn't too filling but enough to keep me satiated with a good amount of chicken and veggies. I loved the addition of pepperoncini to give it a slight kick. It wasn't heavy on the cheese either which I was expecting but I didn't mind it. I appreciate the fact that the sauces are housemade but I didn't taste the chipotle part at all. It seemed like plain old ranch. That said, their melt didn't disappoint and I would be up to trying the other options next time I visit. The server was also nice and the food came out right away since there weren't that many people there. I sat outdoors this time and it's a gorgeous seating area since it's set up like a picnic with long wooden tables. It also has privacy since it's surrounded by bushes.
