Greenberg LASIK front

I could not have asked for a better experience- the staff is the friendliest group of people I have ever met; you can tell they love where they work, they are all also previous patients. My consultation took under an hour, they also have one of those machines to look in the back of the eye and I did not need to be dilated- thank goodness! I scheduled treatment the following Friday and was there on surgery day under an hour as well. They are the most organized doctors office I have EVER been to- they truly get to know you and make you feel special-greeted me by name at the door even on busy patient days, I also never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes each time I was there. 1000/10 recommendation, I will be sending EVERYONE your way, thank you Greenberg LASIK team and Dr. Greenberg and Clements.

Awesome staff, and Dr Greenberg is great. The process was fast and holy crap my vision was amazing after the procedure. With only having one eye done for mono-vision it will take a few weeks to get full results but already extremely happy and impressed.

How much is it for the Lasik surgery?

It really depends on your current vision because worse vision costs more, but I would say average is $3K to $4k maybe.

Waking up the next day with 20/15 vision after wearing glasses/contacts almost my entire life was a surreal experience.

When Lasik first came to be, I knew I wouldn't be a candidate, so I let it slip from my mind. Fast forward to two/three weeks prior to this review. I went in for a consultation expecting to be told Lasik would not be an option for me. But when I was told that I was a great candidate, and thoroughly explained as to why, I couldn't believe it! The staff was extremely friendly, the facility was very clean, and the technology was state of the art. On the day of the procedure, after being under the laser for about 10 minutes, I sat up and immediately saw the results! I was able to see clearly without glasses since before I was four! I shed tears of joy & gratitude. Dr. Feng was outstanding!! Not only does his credentials and Bio show it, but his work does as well. This goes for his staff also. I cannot thank LasikPlus and Dr. Feng enough for changing the way I see the world and allowing me to no longer view life through +5 eyes.

From the very first interaction, the staff made sure to calm my nerves and ensure I would be very well taken care of. The surgery was fast and entirely painless. I don't know exactly how long I was in the OR, but it genuinely felt like less than 5 minutes! Their post-op instructions are clear and concise, and I felt supported enough to know if something did go wrong, I could call at any time. My follow up appointment was the next day and I walked out seeing 20/15! Im overwhelmed with positive emotions - the most important being gratitude. Thank you, LasikPlus, for a buoyant and life-changing experience.

Customer service, empathy or concern for actually following their own established policies seems to be selective. At the very minimum the staff is rude and biased. At the horrendously worst they are racially judgmental. Speaking very calm I was told that I was getting loud and angry. Immediately I was told that no longer discussion was warranted and that I needed to talk to the office manager due to my "heated and loud" demeanor. I deal in conflict management daily at my job and even informed the clerk that I was displeased at the situation, but that a disagreeing perspective does not equate to loud or even angry in tone. I have had mixed experiences with the staff during my 15 plus years of treatment, but have never been treated like this. There generally has been a feeling of greater than thou or elitism instead of an everyone is welcome attitude. I at first equated that to having government insurance. I now have exceptional corporate insurance and treatment was not any different. I would have left and went elsewhere a long time ago if not for the care I received from my doctor. Dr. Woodruff has always been incredibly kind and caring. However, I will not be stereotyped. I am the very last to bring classism, race or any other type of prejudiced accusations into a situation unjustly but today's experience was putrid. To the office's credit, I could have been seen and dealt with the attitudes if I myself had been to my appointment exactly on time or early. That is on me. I fully take that responsibility. Oh well. I may make a BBB complaint as well but there are plenty other eyecare facilities. My treatment will have to be postponed for another month or so and I am thankful it wasn't excessively, medically urgent. Except for possibly picking up my records; I will NOT be back her again. Sad.

I recently paid a visit to Dr. Cassol on the recommendation of my optometrist and primary care…read morephysician. At my (exact age to not be revealed), they said it's a good idea to have them checked for cataracts. Once contact it was only a couple of weeks before my appointment. Being one that likes early appointments, I selected 8am and arrived about 7:45 and I was lucky that they let me in (it was, like, seriously cold outside). After a bit of paperwork I was taken into an intake room of sorts where of the staff members (Caitlin?) took some information and dilated my eyes. Having your eyes dilated is not a pleasant thing, but I knew it was going to happen. Drops in the eyes and about 10 minutes later I was seeing colours I'd never seen before....and then they start shining REALLY BRIGHT light into your eyes. It is, at once, the most brilliant light you've ever seen as well as the some of the most painful. (it made sense in my mind). After they're done visually torturing your eyes you're taken to a very nice little waiting area before you see Dr. Cassol. The waiting area has some comfortable chairs, a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator with small bottles of water. It's also nicely decorate and not over-done. There's a television, as well. I didn't wait very long (maybe 10 minutes) before I was taken back to see the good doctor. Dr. Cassol reviewed the results of the tests that the previous eye-torturers did and asked a few questions. He took the time to understand why I was there and looked into my eyes again. After a brief exam he said that everything look well and that my eyes tested at 20/15 (better than I had anticipated) and said he'd see me back in two years. For an 8:00 a.m. appointment, this went very well and I was out the door before 9:00 a.m. I wish all my appointments went so smoothly! All of the staff were friendly and professional, Dr Cassol's expertise showed through, and the facility is very laid back and relaxed. My first visit to Cassol Eye was a great experience. See you again in two years!
