Love this place. My sweetheart and I enjoy the ambiance, the service and food. Never disappoints The service always friendly and welcoming. From the first employee contact you will experience kindness and great customer service. Place is always clean

All the left over fat from a ribeye steak.

Place was very nice and good music and drinks were a 10 but we waited over a hour for main entree. Food came out cold. That's not what bothered me what really bothered me was the amount of fat on the steak. I ordered a 20 ounce ribeye and it was at least 15 to 16 ounces of fat. Mind you this steak with $65.. This was a terrible place to eat it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. Look at the pictures it is terrible. I understand there's always gonna be some fat mistake, but not 3/4 of the steak.

What a great date night spot! The staff was friendly and very accommodating even though we were walk ins. I'd recommend a reservation but if you're feeling frisky, they may take you as a walk in. We arrived for an early dinner though. Also, there was a time limit of an hour and 15. The staff made this clear in the beginning and it was my first time eating with a time limit but the staff did not make us feel like we had one. We still enjoyed a great steak date night! The food was cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef!! My salad was so fresh and made great leftovers, that's how fresh it was!! We are a sucker for good Brussels and these were cooked so good I could've eaten another serving! They give you fresh bread while you wait too. This place is a little gem of a steakhouse and if you have the chance to go. Enjoy!!

The ambiance is really great here however I ordered the food was just ok. I asked for my steak medium rare and it came out barely even pink in the middle. The sides were decent. The appetizer we chose was probably the best thing we ordered. The wait staff was great but the food was ok at best. I probably wouldn't come back here.

Greensleeves has character inside and out! Parking was difficult to find on a Thursday night but we parked behind on a business building without problems. The ambiance inside is dark and romantic. We were on the second floor in a private dining area for 20 person work dinner. The menu was set with 3 different entree choices. The open bar was a nice touch. The bartender was very attentive. He kept replenishing our drinks! He was also our waiter too. He was able to take care of us very efficiently. We tried the calamari appetizer. It was crispy and not chewy. My hubby who does not like calamari, loved it. My hubby got the flat iron steak which I took a bite of and it was chewy. It was not my favorite. I got the Ahi tuna and was so glad that I did! It was tender and crusted with pepper. Yum! I would like to come back for 1/2 price Tomahawk Tuesday!

A Time was had! Everything was excellent . The drinks were strong, the ambiance beautiful, and the brussel sprouts are to live for.

It was a Wednesday night when I met my family at this restaurant for a celebration. This is usually My go to place for things like that. The Food is always exceptional but this Wednesday night we were all underwhelmed. The brussels sprouts were usually my favorite. They were dry, undercooked and burnt at the same time. My Cousin's steak was dry, he let all of us try it. My seafood was drowning in butter, not good. I've never been on a Wednesday night, I guess, that was the issue.

Greensleeves redo. Returned to Greensleeves on a Sunday evening 5:30pm and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a handful of tables filled with patrons already. I figure they've been making self improvements on food and service. I figured right. We entered the main door and while there was no employee situated at the host stand, an employee from the back noticed us right away and made effort to greet us immediately in a warm and welcoming manner. I really appreciated that. We were brought to our booth and introduced to our servers. There were many that contributed to serving us this night. I'm happy to say everyone was friendly and attentive. Reviewed the menu and ultimately selected: Jumbo shrimp cocktail. Very fresh. I love when my shrimp has a "crunchy" texture. This is when I KNOW it's fresh and that the kitchen paid enough attention to overcook it. Oysters on a half shell. Unfortunately the most disappointing item I tried this night. They had a particularly pungent after taste that made me worry they were stretching the half-life on the shelf. I eat oysters a lot and will frequent restaurants just for oysters. I can tell when some are more fresh than others. Maybe I just caught their oysters on a bad day. Still edible but they could've been better. Wedge salad. I thought they served this perfectly. It was crisp with a beautiful balance of ingredients. Lamp chops. Delicious!! I'm more of a beef girl but tonight, the lamb chops shone through. Flavor was chefs kiss. New York steak. No complaints. Note that the cook on both the lamb chops and New York steak was perfect tonight. Thank you, chef. Brussels sprouts, yummy. Broccoli, even yummier! Glass of the juggernaut; compatible selection for all the foods tonight. Cheesecake; just okay. Granted, we were very full already and I'm normally not a sweets person. All in all, I'm glad I gave Greensleeves another try. I thank the establishment for striving to do better and putting effort into their work with pride. Jumbo shrimp cocktail and lamb chops were the best food items tonight. Shout out to Summer, our server, who helped guide our meal with joy and pleasantness.

A great date night spot. It's a small and intimate place to go. Emily was kind, nice and informative for the menu. There was a live solo artist preforming, and he was great perfect for the ambience. Definitely a monthly date night for my Husband and I.

This was our 2nd time coming here on Half Off Tomahawk Tuesdays. Great spot to enjoy a nice dinner. Food was delicious once again and service was great! Everything was top notch!

My favorite dish when coming to Greensleeves, the Red pepper alfredo

My husband and I decided on a spontaneous Friday night date after a long week. We wanted a good…read moresteak and a place to unwind, so I took a chance on Ye Olde Lamplighter after seeing the reviews. Pulling into the parking lot, we weren't sure what to expect, this place blends right into its surroundings and gives major "if you know, you know" energy. It's literally next to a collector's shop. Walking inside felt like stepping into an old movie, very cozy, dim, and full of character. Booth seating is limited, so we started at a small table with the option to move once a booth opened up. Drinks in hand, we took in the scene and quickly realized this spot has karaoke and a loyal group of regulars who bring the entertainment. We ordered pan seared ahi and potato skins to start, and once we moved to a booth, the food arrived. The ahi was fresh and surprisingly good, especially for my first time trying it. The potato skins were classic and paired perfectly with our drinks. For entrées, we both went with the ribeyes and chose baked potatoes as our sides. The steaks came out tender, juicy, flavorful and honestly far better than we expected. The kind of meal that makes you pause mid‑bite and look at each other like, "Wait... this is actually delicious." And the pricing? Perfect. Almost unbelievable for the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. Between the great steaks, friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and the chance to just relax and enjoy each other's company, this place delivered exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be back.

I'm glad I didn't listen to myself, and we went in and had a great experience. I would say that this place is like an old-fashioned steakhouse, dark, but comfortable. The bar area seemed to be occupied by regulars, as did several of the booths and tables in the dining area. We met Lisa & Dave, the owners, and Lisa waited on us, while Dave was tending the bar. We started with two Old Fashioned cocktails, one a Crème Brûlée and the other a Blackberry. Both were unique, outstandingly delicious, and at $9 each, a real steal. So much so, we shared a second Crème Brulé Old Fashioned. FOOD: They started us off with a complimentary basket of Cheesy Garlic Bread. We ordered the Sautéed Mushrooms ($14) to share. My mother-in-law got the Lamp Burger ($13) served with fries, and my wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib (Queen Cut $37) served with veggies & fries. We both got the side salad, but I also ordered a cup of Chili Verde soup ($5). I asked for a side of blue cheese dressing and received a small cup of the homemade blue cheese dressing using Gorgonzola which was fantastic! We finished it off with their Brown Butter Cake ($10) served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I can't begin to emphasize how delicious everything was, and the service was top notch. I guess the lesson is, don't judge a book by its cover (or the parking lot). We had a delicious meal, fantastic cocktails, and excellent service. We'd most definitely return for another visit. Check it out!

It's a perfect place for a date or a night out with friends or family. The focal point of the main dining room is the bar, which faces the restaurant's entrance. Meticulously designed with a nostalgic feel, the bar features blonde wood shelves holding hundreds of vinyl records, carefully curated design objects, and a DJ booth neatly tucked into a corner next to the bar. The beer taps are elegantly minimalist, and every detail in the bar--for example, the old-fashioned glass syrup bottles--seems planned to give a nod to history (specifically the late 19th century, when Redlands was founded). The main dining room offers plenty of comfortable seating choices, including a long bar along the center of the room. The patio is spacious and well kept. All of the spaces inside and out have music piped in from the bar. There are two restrooms just off the patio, and these are well-maintained. On busy nights, patrons can enjoy a drink in a standing bar area just off the patio. I love that the Overland provides a choice of setting depending on the kind of night you're planning. A romantic date? Get a reservation to sit inside, and it feels intimate. Just hanging out? The bar is fun as the mixologists make excellent drinks and friendly conversation. Sitting at the bar after 7 PM, you can watch the DJs spin the platters. If you have a larger group or just like to eat alfresco, the patio is perfect. The menu offers a really nice variety of drinks, including the pricier craft cocktails, more classic, moderately priced beverages, nonalcoholic drinks, and all sorts of beer and wine. The food menu is solid, with plenty of appetizers, salads, entrées, and a dessert. The real star is the tacos! These are very moderately priced at seven dollars apiece, and all three varieties are delicious! There is a potato taco, a beef taco, and pork chili Verde taco. I highly recommend these! The green salsa they provide is extremely mild, but they do have a variety of hot sauces on hand. It's worth mentioning that even a humble plate of tacos is served on nice ceramic dishes, along with good flatware and napkins. The espresso martini cheesecake is creamy and delicious, and the portion is really generous. The staff seem to enjoy working at the Overland. The servers work hard to make sure your order is to your liking, and food comes out pretty fast. There's a good sense of teamwork among them. The staff is also accommodating about seating or any special requests. We've been there on a busy Friday night, and on a Sunday evening and late night. The Overland is always at least moderately busy, so reservations are strongly recommended. The city of Redlands should be very proud of this establishment. Go and have fun!

We made reservations for four, and as soon as we arrived, we were seated right away, which was a great start. Unfortunately, I noticed a few cleanliness issues almost immediately. The tables were pretty dusty, and the glass water cups we were given still had food residue on them. One even had what looked like a lipstick mark on the rim. I let our waitress know, and she apologized and quickly brought us new glasses. Those were still dirty as well, with (food residue) so I asked if she could replace them again. After the third attempt, the glasses finally came out spotless. It seemed like there may have been an issue with the dishwasher filter?, but I really appreciated how kind and apologetic our waitress was throughout the entire situation. The drinks were good overall. I ordered a couple of nonalcoholic drinks, and they were refreshing and flavorful. We also tried the cheese fries and the fried onion, and both were really tasty. Overall, I'd give this place a 6/10. The rough start with the cleanliness definitely affected the experience, but the service helped make up for it. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making things right, and that went a long way. I absolutely loved the vibe and the music, and I think this place has a lot of potential. I'd definitely be willing to give it another try because I think it could be a great spot for a fun night out.

We seated ourselves at our favorite raised table in the corner on the far side of the bar. My husband and I stuck to traditional cocktails, and old fashioned and a Negroni. Our friends chose signature cocktails: the Turbo Granny and the Electric Feel. Now the Electric Feel was not just a drink, it was an experience. Our server explained to our friend that he should sip a little of the drink, then chew the Szechuan buzz bud for about 15 seconds, letting it coat his whole tongue, then enjoy the rest of the drink which would taste different afterwards. Our friend went through all those steps and said it was incredible, like all the flavors were enhanced along with different sensations in his mouth, kind of numb and tingly. His wife was not satisfied with his description of the experience, so she bought a Szechuan buzz bud for $2 and she said it was kind of like pop rocks. These buzz bud looks just like a little flower bud like the end of a dandelion once the seeds are blown away. It comes from a plant. Totally fascinating! We decided on weekend brunch, especially since there were endless mimosas. Our kids have a recollection of being down the class umbrella alleyway, so they were amazed when they saw it. A short while later, we were in front of the restaurant and were quickly seated by the staff. They didn't ask if we preferred outdoor or indoor seating, but we were seated inside right next to the kitchen. We heard that indoor seating was better for service anyway. The interior of the restaurant was "very fancy," and my daughter thought we were in a date spot. We knew we wanted French fries and opted for the garlic Parmesan fries. At first, the kids were weirded out by the arugula, but my daughter ended up enjoying it, noting the bitter and salty notes. My son devoured the entire plate (not the arugula) and asked for another round. We also ordered the lemon ricotta French toast, made from Brioche bread, lemon blackberry butter, whipped lemon ricotta cream, blackberries, mint, and maple syrup. They perfected the crispy exterior, which contrasted well with the fluffy bread. My wife ordered the breakfast pizza--a focaccia pizza topped with marinara, ham, spinach, fresh tomato, red onion, a sunny-side-up egg, and herb-infused maple syrup. This was really delicious with the tart, fresh tomatoes, the salty ham, and the sweet maple syrup. I ended up eating the sunny-side egg by itself, so we didn't get to try the pizza with the egg. Lastly, I ordered the steak and eggs, but it was sadly a small portion. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out medium. The seasoning was a bit strange and would have been better with simple salt, pepper, and garlic. The mimomas really made my wife happy. She started feeling it pretty quickly. She chose the pineapple juice while I got the traditional orange. Not sure if the alcohol made the food better or the other way around. I was brought to reality when I saw the expensive bill, though.

I was worried as their Open Table link was not working, but I left a reservation request on their phone and they were quick to text back a confirmation. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted and taken to our table. We ordered their Rok N Cheddar cheese fondue to start. It was served with cubbed bread, tortilla chips, granny smith apples, carrot, celery, and cauliflower. The cheese consistency did not seem to ever properly coalesce. We did a lot of twisting a tearing of cheese to get the provided dippers covered and out of the mix. The taste was good, but the celery and cheese was not a good mix. I ordered the chicken breast, and Robin tried the Bourbon Street - Cajun seasoned petite filet, chicken, shrimp, and andouille sausage. The fondue entrees come with potatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli. The chicken was okay especially using their provided dipping sauces - Chimichurri, Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, and Sweet Chili Wasabi. The vegetables cooked up well and were tasty. Other than the precooked andouille sausage, there did not seem to be noticeable Cajun seasoning with the Bourbon Street entree. Overall a good meal, but not great. The service was attentive and friendly and the building itself is beautiful. They provided us a tasty New York Cheese Cake for our anniversary. It was a nice overall experience.
