When you enter, it's very small but very well put together décor wise. Each area had signs that discouraged movement of their furniture and had its own kind of theme. I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to....
