The person performing the service was very friendly, and up to this point, it was five-star service. The disappointment occurred when I learned that I would be charged a credit card fee, especially since I was already paying the highest quote. My daughter runs a tiny business compared to Manitoya Tree Service, and she never charges her customers credit card fees. For that reason, I am giving them three stars, and I will not recommend this company to my friends and family. In my opinion, every business should structure their prices to avoid nickel-and-diming customers, especially when customer satisfaction is on the line.

After a job well done, we called them back to install a blue stone chip firepit in our back yard. Sue is pretty helpful, showing us photos of three or four different options. The estimate was a little bit all over the place - we wound up having to negotiate a bit and took some items out to get a good value that we were overall very satisfied with. We'd recommend Bertog and would work with Sue again in the future. They can be a little slow to schedule, but they do try their best to be accommodating and they do very good work.
