Francisco and Carlos were a pleasure to work with. They were recommended by a trusted contractor that had used their services many projects. They had come with high praise, so expectations were high, but they delivered. As you can see from the pictures the pour and finish were top notch. These steps were built stronger than my driveway due to the rebar sizing and depth of the pour. It is hard to find tradesmen that take pride in their work and for that it is hard to put a price on quality work. I would rather pay more to have someone do it once and right, but their services are very fair in my opinion. Carlos is AMAZING! When we moved into our home 15 years ago, there was an oddly placed bush on the side of the house with bark covering the entire area. Roughly five years ago, we finally had the bush removed and filled the area in with some rocks as a cheap and easy solution for the time being. After a few years, I had been wanting to redo the entire thing, but other things kept popping up; soaking up our time and money. We finally found ourselves in a position to 'treat' ourselves and this was first on our list. I reached out to several companies to get a few quotes. Being an early-bird, I sent out my requests before 6:00am last Thursday -- Carlos responded three minutes later. After a brief message exchange over Yelp, we carried the conversation over to text message to outline measurements, what I was looking to have done, price etc. *He came in a lot lower than any other estimate I got* and by Monday afternoon, we had an appointment set for him to complete the work on Wednesday afternoon. (I would like to note that it was Mother's Day weekend, which is why there was a short break in communication). Carlos showed up with his crew a little after 3:00pm yesterday (May 15th) and got straight to work. It took him a little longer than he thought because the weather cooled down a bit which slowed the drying process but no big deal. It was worth the wait! When the work was finished and we stepped out to take a look, we were blown away. Not only did I get what I asked for/wanted, it came out a lot better than I had even pictured. Added tunnels under the cement so in future if we want to run lighting or sprinkler lines they can without disturbing the concrete or creating extra work down the line. Added extra rebar to reinforce it put rebar in existing sidewalk to keep it from shifting. Stamping looks great. Great price too! Highly recommend them. read more

We needed one slab replaced on the side of our garage. The concrete had fallen down and separated from two other section. Carlos said he good do the work which included replacing the concrete and adding rebar to support it. He found a date that would work for both of us, which ended up being the Fourth of July, nice and hot! Carlos had the best price compared to other businesses.
