I really liked this place! We lucked out to be the only ones in lol! The coffee is good, the portions are super big, so come in hungry lol i had the corned beef hash and it was really good! The servers were so friendly! Definitely casual dining, and most of the tables were with wooden chairs, no booths.

Huge portions, good food, friendly service. They have a nice variety of breakfast items.

Griddle Cakes is seriously one of my favorite breakfast spots. The skillets are so perfectly cooked, flavorful, and super satisfying. The ingredients taste fresh and everything is seasoned just right. And the pancakes are delicious every time. The staff is also amazing. They're friendly, attentive, and really know what they're doing. Service makes such a difference, and they definitely deliver. I've tried other places too, and honestly, in my opinion, Babystacks' skillets just aren't as good compared to Griddle Cakes. The flavor at Griddle Cakes really stand out. When people say it's not good in the reviews, I feel like they just haven't tried enough of the menu. There's so much variety, and if you explore beyond one item, you'll find something you love. Definitely worth a visit!

Not bad for a quick breakfast. Outstanding service due in large part to teamwork. The economy has definitely affected prices at breakfast restaurants across the board.

I stopped into Griddlecakes on a Sunday morning. Being a popular brunch day and time had us waiting for about 20 minutes for a table but they moved quick to get us seated. Dusty was our server. He was so nice and went above and beyond to make my son the "best hot chocolate" he's ever had after he laid eyes on the hot chocolate Dusty brought him. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with home fries. The portions are huge and we had leftovers. The prices are great considering how much food they serve you. The service is excellent at this location. They're definitely busy serving up all the families in Anthem and Inspirada so be patient when you go as you may wait a few minutes for things but they do their best to provide great service.

We were looking for good pancakes. Service was excellent, pretty busy, decided on just buttermilk Griddlecakes Plain. Pancake Size was dinner plate size. One would have been plenty, but we got 2 each. Flavor was good but was not crazy about texture. Rubbery I thought. Plates of food coming out looked very tasty. Maybe toppings on the pancakes would have been better for me! Lots of options for dressing these cakes up. I'm probably a no for going back, but glad we tried it.

My cousin lives in Inspirada and suggested we try Griddlecakes for Breakfast since it's close. We went on a Sunday around 9:20am and were seated immediately. They have a great menu with lots of choices. I ordered one of the Skillets- The Big Nevadan, I had eggs over medium and it has ground beef, bacon & cheese. It was deliciously savory. I choose the Biscuit and Gravy instead of toast and it's really good. My cousin built his omelette and enjoyed it. Portions are good sized. Of course we had to try a Griddlecake, so we split a single Buttermilk and it was delicious! Service started out good but when we asked for two things, each time the server forgot so it took awhile to get what we needed. It wasn't real busy so not sure what the issue was. The place is clean and simply decorated. They also have sandwiches, salads, and burgers so would be a good spot for lunch too.

Service was friendly, we were seated in 15 minutes, food came out fast and food was delicious. Breakfast potatoes were really good! Seasoned to perfection. Fresh squeezed orange juice! Pancake was huge! My husband customized his dish and the waitress was very sweet about it and made it happen. We were very thankful for her service.

What a gem of a place. The food is fresh and well made. Menu is what you'd expect for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Prices are good compared to similar places. It is always clean and the servers are always smiling. Our favorite is Dusty! His positive and friendly demeanor is contagious! A good home style breakfast and a little bit of Dusty is the perfect way to start your day!

Delicious food. Tried the gluten free pancakes. They were okay. A bit dry. But overall good menu options and friendly fast service.

Service was very friendly and I loved how she gave her opinion on dishes we thought about getting. I got half sandwich and salad combo for $12. It was really tasty and filling too. Salad was a big size. I got the roast beef sandwich. The bread was Parmesan crusted and had a good amount of meat. It does seem a little loud inside when there's a lot of people but we missed the lunch rush. I would love to try more dishes next time.

My husband's watermelon drink was overly citrusy and barely tasted like watermelon at all. We were especially looking forward to the Eggs Benedict, but it arrived dry and the eggs were significantly overcooked. I was excited to break into a runny yolk, but instead the yolks were completely dried out. When we mentioned it to our server, the response was simply, "Overcooked -- do you want another egg?" There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no attempt to make things right. The granola bowl was okay, but nothing memorable. The almond toast was also disappointing, with large chunks of sea salt that made it overwhelmingly salty. Overall, First Watch felt overpriced for the quality we received. We had high expectations given its reputation, but the food and service both fell short. If you're looking for a truly enjoyable breakfast experience in Las Vegas, I'd recommend trying Cafe Duval, Broken Yolk Cafe, Truffles N Bacon Cafe, or CraftKitchen instead. We've consistently had better service, more flavorful food, and breakfast dishes that are actually worth the price. Sadly, this was a subpar breakfast experience and not one we'd rush back for.
