I just cannot figure out the modern new dealerships still doing the same old hard sales techniques and old fashioned sales ploys. Tried to buy a 50k used Yukon today and their internet associates are certainly not recognizing of a clients desire for a simple quick efficient retail purchase. It should be noted you may also have the pleasure of the extraneous $998 dealer prep/handling fee for a dealership doing ALL the same things required to sell a car as in the past. (These fees should be found illegal and certainly immoral at best ). Expect another $500 plus in additional no tax fees too. They offer a high locked in non-negotiable sale price but still hard negotiate trade. Didn't even get to their forced financing requirement. Oh and don't forget the paint protection package that's tacked on to the buyers order. When a business fails to want to do business as client requests, fairly, it often best to shop elsewhere. Luckily plenty of trucks are available locally and plenty of dealers too. Bought a mustang gt there a year and a half ago, whole process was great , so when my son needed a car, and he lives in Daytona Beach, I decided to go there again. Bought a suv, noticed on way home that front end really shook bad, called them and they said they would cover it at any Ford, they chart me $111, told them about it and they said it's not covered. Called numerous times and asked for my salesperson Kenny Heredia, never called back, asked for manager, never called back, so I live in west palm beach, got in my car and confronted manager, who was so rude and didn't give a shit, told me too bad, and this is after I bought 2 cars, and was in market for my daughter to get 3rd, not to mention my brother was looking for a corvette, so I guess the $111 alignment wasn't worth for them to take care of, they rather lose a good customer! I am only giving them one star as you cannot give them less. I called and spoke to two people today regarding a vehicle they had listed online. They both told me it was in stock and required me to set an appointment to come and speak to the VIP Manager (that person is any salesperson available when you walk in). The VIP Manager had my name and number but nothing else that I discussed with either of the people before, so I started from the beginning. After he went to the managers he came back to let me know the vehicle sold days ago. I then walked in to speak to the managers and they seemed like I was bothering them with my issue. They use a call center not on the property so they wouldn't know it sold days ago. I'm basically saying PLEASE don't waste your time with them, watching grass grow is a better use of your personal time. read more

I wish I would have read the other reviews before I brought my Bronco here for service for a ford DEFECT: -called and made an 8am Tuesday morning appointment -lady I spoke with was rude and annoyed. She said they had the part in and I could wait for it -when I showed up right on time for my appointment I was told "I don't know why she told you can wait nobody is even going to look at till tomorrow, if you are lucky" -should have left with my Bronco but didn't -left with a cigarette smelling loaner with 1/4 tank of gas -called right at 8am on Wednesday to say I was really disappointed how this was handled and would really appreciate it if he could have the technician look at it first thing. Dropped my Ford Taurus limited off last Sunday around 3 pm that I bought from them through financing to get diagnosed so I can fix it because I'm a mechanic. No appointment was made when I dropped my key off with jimmy the manager. I was told I would receive an update via text and never did. A couple of days passed and I called to see if I was even appointed to a service advisor yet and found out I wasn't and they had no clue about my car even being there. So I made an appointment for it to be diagnosed on that Friday 8am and it is now Sunday 12:30 pm and I still haven't received any confirmation or diagnosis. I financed this car with less than 100k mileage on it and made 3 payments before I started having engine problems I didn't even put 6k miles on it and I got an oil change with their motor craft products that their technicians use. Mind you they financed me $8k for almost $11k with 25% rate and tacked on BS pdi fees. Also tried to push gap insurance on me in the most obscene way insisting the loan wouldn't go through if I didn't accept (it did without) in ever way shape or form they took advantage of a first time buyer AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? One year after calling Grieco Ford to STOP mailing me ( for my deceased father) attempts to buy his car which was sold privately over a year ago after my father passed away! They have sent yet another mailer wanting to buy the car. They told me a year ago that they took his info out of the " system" so I shouldn't get anymore mailers offering to buy the vehicle (that I already sold). Didn't happen! Here's where it gets stupid and frustrating! I told the girl who answered the phone who I needed to talk to. I get transferred to a rude service dept. man who transferred me to another person who transferred me to some guy who wanted my e-mail address and for me to leave a message after another transfer. Talk about redundant. And no you can't have my email address. I get enough junk mail and I wont leave messages that never get returned. It's the middle of the day, why not answer your phone?? I called the number on the mailer this time for John Carino and a woman in sales answered. She said she would delete the info but didn't see an address. Funny then how did they mail this to me? She attempted to transfer me ( another of many transfers) to I'm guessing Carino. The call went to answering machine, really?? So no one is in their office I guess (after lunch hour). I hung up in frustration. Glad I don't do business with these people, they can't do a simple task. If I get another mailer I'm going to file a 'harassment by mail' complaint with the postal inspector, that should finally stop it! read more

I recently left the dealership working with Sergio and his GSM Jeff. I came in with a pre-approval offer from Capital One and submitted an application for auto financing for a 2024 Ford Mustang. I was told that I will need a down payment in order to move forward in which I declined. After leaving, I called Capital One to get clarity on my application and was informed that I was approved for financing and that the reps from Grieco needed to submit over a contract and supporting documents in order to move forward. There was no mentioning about a down payment from Capital One. I called Sergio to express my concerns in which he passed me over to Jeff and I explained to Jeff what I was told by Capital One. Jeff began to speak in circles instead of addressing why he failed to submit a contract and supporting documents back to Capital One since I was approved for financing. Jeff even tried to belittle me over the phone talking about my credit score and how it was very low which had nothing to do with why he did not submit documents to Capital One in order to move forward with my process. Jeff's goal was to get a downpayment out of me. He mentioned a $4,000 down payment and then a $11,000 down payment afterwards. Since I refused to give a downpayment, he refused to continue the process of sending a contract with supporting documents back to Capital One in order to move forward in the financing process. I called 3 times before taking a nearly 3 hour drive to there store for a used car vet the had listed online. I explained to the person on the phone that it would be a very long drive for us and he assured the car was sitting and the show room and he was looking at it. Noting but lies the car was never there and the wasted my times along with several others that where is the show room being given the same excuse out call are handed by a third party company and they just tell everyone to come in. You can't do that to the pubic it's makes you a scammer to make people drive hours for something that's not there. This dealership and it's staff are crooks! I went to go buy a truck from them that I found listed on the Internet. Truck was listed for $62,000, but when I asked for the price in order to get financed, they try to switch the price up to $69,000. Additionally, they added a bunch of random fees that equated up to $4000 additional. Finally, they removed those additional fees and brought the price of the truck to the original listed price. They made it seem as though they were doing me a favor. I specifically asked if the car was a clean Carfax, for which day then responded "yes, absolutely!" After pulling my credit unnecessarily twice, because I specifically told them I will be financing the car myself through my own bank, it was uncovered that the car was a lemon law car. They tried to convince me that the car was recalled due to a window motor. That was a bold face lie trying to trick me into buying the truck. They also told me it would take them several hours to investigate the reason behind the recall, yet another lie. The reason was listed on the Carfax that they conveniently didn't show me. The truck was recalled because it goes into limp mode. That could be a number of reasons. They completely lied, pulled a bait and switch, did false advertising, and were completely unethical in their approach to selling vehicles. I strongly urge you to consider other dealerships before dealing with these crooks. read more

DO NOT USE GRIECO FORD My husband and I went into Grieco ford to drive a used Mercedes in their lot with the intention of buying it. We drove the car with the sales person named Harry. We Said we'd think about it and called the next day saying we were going to buy the car. We set an appointment to return, purchase the car and asked to please have it ready when we arrived. Probably his easiest sales of the month. We didn't haggle on price, just bought the car (thought it was a fair price). The car wasn't ready when we arrived, and it was not ready after all the paperwork was completed (over 3 hours). The car wasn't washed before we left but we'd been there so long we just wanted to leave. Furthermore the license plates wasn't changed so that was more of a delay. When they changed the plates we learned the screw was stripped (causing us to have to take it with the plate hanging off and make an appointment at Mercedes to repair the plate). As we are getting ready to leave, after almost four hours, we asked for the second key and they didn't have it. Being that it was right before Thanksgiving we asked they get it and give it to us after the holiday. The amount of time spent contacting various managers and the sales person, was ridiculous. Taking time away from it work day chasing them around. They gave us the run around 4-5 weeks. We were very easy going and non confrontational as well as patient. The key has not been given to us and is presumably lost. For the amount of money spent on the car we feel they should replace the key. After 7 weeks of them not returning calls and giving us the run around (we also told the manager we'd be posting a negative review) we still don't have the key. This is an expensive key ($1000) that should have been disclosed from the beginning that it wasn't included in the cost. Every car comes with two keys! The customer service and deception from grieco ford is unacceptable. If you're looking for good customer service do not use grieco ford in Delray Beach Florida. read more

In January 2019, our company had a large amount of work to be completed by this dealership. Our service contact was Juan Acosta. After much debate on the pricing for this work, Juan was everything but helpful. We researched costs for the specific work indicated on their quote and even submitted the quoting to our local Ford dealership and another 3rd party dealership for their take on it. Everything pointed to the fact that we were being charged over $3000 more than was necessary. We showed documentation, sites, and other references to Juan at Grieco and nothing budged from their pricing. We came in on multiple occasions to attempt to buy a used vehicle. Each time, people were running around like headless chickens. I had a wonderful buying experience here. We live quite far away but were out for the day half looking. We knew inventory was low and we had a very specific car we were looking for. We'd already been told twice just to order it because we'd never find it. We fully expected to leave, have lunch and drive home. But my dream car as it turned out had been delivered the night before and no one had really seen it yet! Jean B. was our Sales Consultant and he was so gracious and nice. Answered every question, sent us informational videos about the car, helped get the deal done and got us a GREAT price on our trade-in. He brought me back options on payments and I told him where I wanted to be and there was no pushiness or misrepresentation at all. Super nice guy. Joe B., our finance guy was excellent as well. There was no haggling or surprises over the payment. He got us a great deal and in the price range we wanted. Buying a car is usually so stressful and ugly - there are local car dealerships we now refuse to do business with - but I'd go back to Grieco Ford in a heartbeat AND I got my dream car!! read more

The manager, Jeff Cirks is rude and condescending towards customers. After being advised I could pick up something owed to us for our new car he kept me waiting more than a half hour for something he promised would be waiting for me. Because we are not local, we called to confirm that the specific vehicle we were interested in was available this morning. They told us it was, and set up an appointment to view it. They said they would have it "pulled up at the front waiting for us". So we traveled over 2 hours to their location, only to find out when we arrived they actually did not have it ready and didn't even know where it was. We waited around while they searched for it. Only to find out that it had been damaged the day before. They tried to play it off and sell us other cars that were way out of price range and not what we wanted. This seems to be their policy - just tell you whatever gets you to come into the dealership. The sales consultant, did his best to manage a bad situation, however the management clearly didn't care. We waited around wasting even more time while management took hours to come speak with us directly and when they did, they just made more excuses for their bad sales practices. We've bought 4 vehicles from them while they were AutoNation...never an issue BUT this time - BAD EXPERIENCE. Spoke to same salesman and told that their internet pricing you must qualify for and its the best way to get people in the door... so you don't honor that pricing shown on the internet? Well, most won't qualify. Where is that on the website that you must "Qualify" - REALLY? So after a test drive, sitting down and paperwork started they tell you this and then offer you a $2000 off the price because you're a good customer and proceed to offer you $5000 below KBB on your trade-in.
