The restaurant is located in a little shopping center in the heart of Cahaba Heights. It is a cozy bistro-style place. As usual, I got the food to go due to work. It was still warm by the time I made it home. The mozzarella was fresh, and the perfect circle was cut and spread over each piece. The sauce was delicate and flavorful, tasting light and homemade as it should. I like a good amount of sauce, and it was very saucy. It was not overcooked in the slightest, with the cheese and basil still fresh and not burnt.
