This is a location that I have visited a lot. Last night was a great visit. The guy working the counter was super nice & looked up an item I was looking for that they didn't carry & told me of some other locations that had it in store. While shopping around I ran into another employee who I had small talk with then I had asked him to use the bathroom. He had to go back to that area with me due to their policy & when I walked in I saw no toilet paper. He actually went into the bathroom & grabbed a roll that was in there & put it on the dispenser. I didn't have a problem doing it myself if he would of just pointed it out but he went above & beyond. I joked & said that must of been a man who didn't replace the empty roll and he agreed!! LOL When I came out he was in the area within eye's view & I told him how I loved the Bath & Body soap & said "that must of been a girls doing!" and he told me it was. He was really nice & friendly. While shopping in here I had thought of this product I had bought from a Lee's location before & was in one aisle looking for it. I couldn't remember the name of it?? I knew I'd know it if I saw it. I ran into another employee & asked him for his help. He wasn't really sure what I was looking for so I went to the guy @ the counter again & he was getting closer to what it was which helped me out by doing a google search then I found it and was able to show him a picture of it. He checked his computer system but found that no Lee's was carrying it anymore. Bummer...... I LOVE the fact that they carry the FREE Las Vegas Weekly magazines!! I will always shop @ a Lee's before any other alcohol store in Vegas unless I can't find what I'm looking for in a Lee's. As I was looking for Florio Fine Sweet Marsala Wine, three friendly store employees were eager to assist in helping me find it. Alas, it wasn't in the Italian Wines section or in the Cooking Wine section. But a bottle of Florio Fine Dry Marsala Wine was. Even better, next to it stood a bottle of Colombo Fine Sweet Marsala Wine imported from Italy, which I bought. Since it cost a dollar more than the Florio offering, I hope that this wine will taste as good or better than Florio Fine Sweet Marsala, which we have found to be heads above other cooking wine contenders in flavoring Marsala Sauce for either Chicken Marsala or Veal Marsala. I spend at least $400 to $600 each month. Yes, I'm an alcoholic! I bought a 12pk of Stella, a 1.75 of Cazadores Tequila, and a 2 liter of Crush Grapefruit soda. I arrived at home and placed the 2 liter in the freezer to get it colder fast as I normally do, but then I notice it started dripping. I pulled it out, opened the bottle, and found that the cap was partially opened. Called to let them know there was no carbonation. I was told to bring it back with the receipt. 20 minutes later I was denied a replacement and I had no choice but to buy another 2 liter at $2.00. I spend over $5,000 each year at Lee's liquor. Again, I'm an alcoholic and I spend thousands each year and they wouldn't compensate me for a $2 bottle of Crush Soda. You all just shamed Kenny and his father! Decent liquor store in southeast Vegas. Pretty small in comparison to other Lee's in the valley and they are often out of stock when it comes to case builder IPA''s. The prices are far better than say, total wine, but unfortunately they don't have the quantity at this location to make it worthwhile. I love Lee's as a whole. I have had better experiences at some over others. This location is hands down the best. There is low turnover, so the staff gets to know their regulars, which is always a welcomed feeling. The store is always clean and well stocked. There is a huge variety of every wine, beer, spirit and mixer, including refrigerated. If they don't Gabe what you are looking for, they are happy to help find it. Management: Imho, there is a tv monitor above the exit. Staff should be allowed to watch major sporting events. Have enough trust in your staff that they always put customers first. But let them engage in history- it helps build rapport with the customers and makes them feel appreciated. read more

I was more impressed with the selection of beer and pricing at the Chevron convenience store in the parking lot. Regardless that Lee's Liquor is clean and organized, I spotted incorrect pricing and no pricing at the 24 ounce beers. I wish a 24 ounce Hineiken went for $1.99! And there was zero 32 ounce beer. This location is great. They will match prices and their staff is great. Once I had been at Total Wine and thought what I was there to buy was too expensive and it would be cheaper at Lee's. Went to Lee's and it was more! I didn't have any proof of the price but they matched it for me. Also the staff is super patient and friendly. Had to drop this down to one star. I'm pretty tired of going in and finding NOTHING of what I need. Happened again. They barely stock six packs so you're forced to buy 12 packs. It gets on my nerves so badly I can't even explain it. The store always looks dark and dingy and filthy. I feel dirty when I go in. The aisles are small, they carry a really small selection. This happens to be the closest Lee's to me, yet not the one we visit since the selection at the one off Sunset is GINORMOUS. In a pinch for time, we swung by here to pick up some Scotch as a grad present for a good friend and had a great experience. Yes, it is a bit smaller than other locations but their selection is still great and everyone is friendly. The aisles are a little narrow but it's not too bad - or at least it wasn't when we went. It lacked the Starbucks liquer I was looking for, but I had a sample for an Italian sparkling wine and ended up picking that up. -:) Gotta love free (booze) samples. read more

When I fly back to Canada, I can bring back either two bottles of wines or one bottle of spirits. I wanted to get some Mumm Napa which is a pretty common, good and cheap sparkling wine produced in Napa by the renowned Champagne house. Well, they had a promotion on it and was out of stock. Worse, the staff didn't even know what it is. Since I was looking for fairly cheap options to bring back, I was trying to find something that would be close to California's BevMo! and according to other Yelper, Lee's the closest thing in Las Vegas. I love this Lee's! I remember the day I drove by the vacant plaza and saw a sign that said Lee's Discount Liquor Coming Soon! Well it didn't come soon enough. I think it took about a year for them t finally open their doors. When they finally did open, It didn't take long for me to become a regular. I could walk here if i needed but that might turn into a problem! They staff is always friendly and helpful. They have even offered to help try and get some of my hometown items in stock. But I know that Utica Club beer isn't gonna be a hot seller in this town! I love that they always have tastings, special deals & offers. I haven't been in here in years and decided to stop in to find my favorite beer in a can bc glass is an issue - i brought my very well behaved 7 year old with me and was treated like a criminal by most every staff member. They were super rude - didn't want to help. $200 later the cashier even made some comment about that usually kids are bad - which I responded that behavior stems from the parents and their control. He had the audacity to disagree. At one point an item i wanted wouldn't ring up and he said he couldn't sell it to me. I told him that wasn't my issue and they needed to figure it out. When asking where to find a specialty beer two reps were so super rude and pointed at it and walked away after i was still confused as to where it was. I usually go to total wine and I guess i expect that when you're a friendly customer spending money people want to help - because it's there job. Literally. I get better customer service in the McDonald's drive through. I will never be back to that store. On a positive note - there was a local rep there selling a local product - she was super sweet and as a result i purchased everything she was selling. read more

If they did ever run out they will take my information down and call me when the shipment arrives. They always keep bottles for me in the freezer so it's ready to drink after my purchase. They also have a rewards program that is amazing I always get bunch of free stuff and samples I can not be anymore happier with Lee's Discount Liqour. They are always so very friendly to me when I come in know me by my name and everything. They also give me 10% off when I buy more then 12 bottles of wine and thats a great deal.
