Now we only do our alcohol shopping here anymore. parking is always easy and they actually have plenty of shopping carts which is a huge plus because so many places are cheaping out on carts lately!! the selection is massive. they have so much wine beer and liquor it's crazy. for standard beers the prices are just okay and grocery stores are sometimes better but they have gluten free beer local beers and all kinds of wild other beers you can't find anywhere else. you really can't beat the selection here it is amazing. plus if you go on the weekends it's like sample central for wines and liquor which makes shopping way more fun lol we usually buy by the case since it's the best priced. when we checked out the cashier told us next time we can just order online and they will bring it right to the car. definitely gonna try that next time. highly recommend this location! read more

Stopped by Total Wine & More because I needed a nice bottle of champagne for a graduation party and, full disclosure, I know absolutely nothing about champagne. I basically walked in with "celebration vibes" and blind optimism. Ended up grabbing a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial and then needed help with a price adjustment. Despite the store being packed, Emily at checkout was incredibly friendly and helpful. Manager Edwin came over, quickly handled the adjustment, and even knocked a little extra off for the inconvenience. No hassle, no attitude, just genuinely great customer service. It's easy to provide service when things go smoothly. It's more telling how people respond when there is a hiccup. Emily and Edwin made the experience easy and pleasant. As usual, great experience, shopping online for order pick up. While driving to Vegas from Reno, I decided to order some party supplies for my son to pick up . The online ordering app is so convenient. Total Wine always has all of the items we need. Went to yet another great wine class at Total wine. I was happy to pay the 30 dollars vs 20 dollars per person for this specific class, since they were serving much better wine than they normally do. We went with friends and had a good time. My only small criticism is that they should pay attention to the price point vs the varietals of wine being served. This was a red wine class, so there is nothing that would disrupt the order from what I tasted, except that when you start with a 68 dollar bottle and then serve a 24 dollar bottle...well.....it does that second bottle no justice at all. I still really had a good time. The Orin Swift class they had earlier really knew how to pour correct wines in price point or ratings order that the palate was able to really determine what is a best choice for purchase. Extra bonus...they were doing a French champagne tasting just before the class and that was a treat!! Our friend ended up buying one of those bottles. read more

I went in ready to purchase a full case of Clase Azul, which is obviously a high-ticket item, and was told by the manager, Scott, that he would not sell it to me. There was no clear explanation provided that made sense, and the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a paying customer prepared to spend a significant amount of money, I expected better communication and basic respect. If there are store policies regarding quantity limits or allocations, those should be clearly explained up front--not handled in a way that leaves customers confused and frustrated. This is a great service. I live in Florida. Order online a few days prior and choose your pick up date and time. Fly in to Vegas. Get your Uber/Lyft and add an extra stop here from the airport to your hotel! I asked my driver to pull into an numbered spot. Went on the email/app and told the store which spot we were in. They had my order ready in less than 5 minutes so there was no extra charge on my ride. Got to the hotel and put them on ice! Enjoying an in room beverage without the wait (and the surcharge). Easily walking around the hotel and strip with one of these in hand as we go from our hotel to the next one and on to dinner etc. No more packing stuff in my suitcase and hoping it doesn't get punctured or rupture. My order never reached me and I had to request a refund because I was told the driver returned to the store without completing my delivery. I would urge people to think twice before ordering from Total Wine for home delivery because Total Wine happens to not be very skilled at completing home deliveries successfully. I shop here often for the occasional bottle of wine and have had a pleasant experience every time. I am usually with my fiancé and one of us will get carded which is standard. This time I came with my sister, her husband, and my fiancé. We grabbed our products and came to the checkout where the woman immediately asked for ID. My sister's husband was paying so he handed her his ID to which she replied with a hostile tone, "no, I need everrrryones or I can't sell you anything." Before we could respond, this man in a white button up approaches and says "everyone has to provide ID." His presence was uncalled for as we did not cause trouble. My sister who is 8 months pregnant stated that she left her ID and wallet at home. This man replied "that's too bad, we can't sell to you then." My sister replied, "I am very very pregnant.." and before she could finish her sentence, this man replied, "SO, what does that mean? I don't know that, you might be." W H A T?! That is when I stepped in to let him know that his attitude is uncalled for. He replied, "I am just trying to help!" How the f so? As we begin to walk out this man proceeded to tell us that we shouldn't have even walked in and followed us all the way out! I am completely floored by the service. We would've graciously left and purchased elsewhere because we understand the law. The disrespect of this man treating us as criminals, and following us all the way to the outside of the business, is outrageous. I had to really suppress the urge to go "Leaving Las Vegas" in this store...which I'm sure is not an uncommon thought. Especially for someone from Utah who has never seen so much liquor in one store that's not owned by the state government. I digress. This beverage oasis is your one stop shop for all thinks alcohol. Yes, they have wine-and lots of it. But you can also get hard liquor, beer and mixers. I saw two areas where they hold small events-like wine and beer tasting. And there was a counter in the middle where someone was handing out samples of whiskey. Just like Costco, but for adults only. Horrible experience. I went into the store to buy beer. When I arrive at the check out lane the woman at the register immediately said " back up on register 1" while looking directly at my wife and I. I can't help but feel like I was profiled the minute she saw us. They told us because my wife had left her ID they could not sell to us. I know I'm not being paranoid because the cashier sold to 4 other people with MINORS next to them. There was even a lady in front of us with her daughter that was in her 20's maybe, that she sold to no problem. If you suspect my wife was a minor why are you letting other people go with MINORS standing right next to them and not an ID in sight? read more

I've heard about this place but never came here until yesterday. This was the location near town square. This place is huge. It has a very large selection of alcohol. The prices were cheap too compared to other liquor stores. They have a policy though, if you're in there buying alcohol with someone you need to have ID. Even if you look older then 21 and you're not the actual person buying the alcohol they will ask for your ID and if you don't have it, they will refuse to sell it to you. So your best bet is to go back to the car and wait. read more

This store is really big! We stopped by here rather early on a Thursday in mid May after my husband landed at LAS. We'd spotted their signage by accident while driving back to where I'd been staying on the Strip, but then realized we should stop for liquor, a styrofoam cooler & bag of ice since we were heading to Hollywood that afternoon and knew we'd arrive after dark in an unfamiliar area. That cooler was fantastic over the next 10 days for keeping our drinks, leftovers, snacks & fruits chilled between hotels as we traveled. Service at this Total Wine & More was outstanding, as was the liquor selection. And everything seemed very reasonably priced after my 4 days on the Strip and also compared to Tampa. As a Las Vegas local, I usually shop at the Total Wine locations in Henderson or Summerlin. This location is the closest to the Strip, so it's usually a lot busier -- but it also has the most diverse selection of beer, wine, and spirits. It's also the closest to my house and whenever I'm down at Town Square, I like to stop in and browse. They've taken a lot of measures for pandemic safety, including requiring face masks and providing hand sanitizer. It's a big box store that feels safe to shop in, which I appreciate. While the selection is vast, make sure to price shop. Most of the time you can find the same bottle of wine / liquor / beer / mixers for cheaper at Lee's Discount Liquor (our local competitor). We know what's the best deal where, and we shop accordingly. We've purchased items that were priced anywhere from $1 to $8 cheaper at Lee's. Pro tip: Total Wine sends out great coupons once in a while too. Sign up for their rewards club on their website and you can sometimes access the savings. Due to the store's proximity to the Strip, there are always tons of Ubers and limos pulling up with groups heading into the store to stock up for their visit. It's a lot cheaper to buy your own vodka to enjoy in your hotel room than to drink at an expensive casino bar! read more

We interacted with three employees and only 1/3 was decent. The other two employees simply lacked basic customer service skills. We asked for help and it felt like we were pulling teeth.
