Grizzly Burger is good, but not great. They have a variety of food choices and an interesting "Grizzly Burger" which includes a hash brown inside. There not too many eating choices around here, do it's worth a shot if you have never been there. Prices are a little high though for the quality of food. I have been seeing this fast food stand during my drive from LA to Lancaster. I thought I would give this place a try after many years. The location is fairly off the exit (Santiago rd) if youre on the 14 south fwy. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger combo from the window. The burger is as small as the In-N-Out burgers but does get you full. Bacon is tucked inside and a little salty for my taste buds. The regular fries are thin and were given very generously and priced to the expectation. They were crispy just the way I like them but I do agree with the other reviews that they are very salty! Maybe just sprinkle them next time? Customer service was great and no complaints. It does get very windy and cold because of the breeze so you probably may want to sit inside your car. Lots of parking though. There are alot of seating areas with tables and benches. Just becareful of the birds that cut across the corner of the ordering counter. You may get hit so dodge them! I've been eating at Grizzly Bear Burgers since they changed from EZ Take Out & they are really good. The food is a bit pricy but for the area is a good spot to crave any burger cravings you might have. Only issue I've had is long wait times due to low staffing possibly effected by COVID 19. Just witnessed one of the cooks handle money with his glove on and handle register and turn around and continue to cook, then grabbed my sons chicken nuggets with the same glove he handled money with. I used the drive through, the lady seemed nice and took my order patiently. It took them about 10 minutes to make the order. One of the ladies brought my coke. Tasted like plain water, then a guy came to the window with the sandwich. He didn't bend over and just stood there and said you want ketchup. We had a great meal here! I loved the texture of the hash browns on top of a vaguely In N Out style burger! I got the Hash and Cheese and it was really yummy. I'm picky about meat texture and I thought this burger was very good. My husband got the Grizzly and onion strips and our kids got corn dogs. Everyone really enjoyed what they got. The milk shakes were good. Nothing was dry or not flavorful like some negative reviews here. I'm not sure if there's like a bad crew and a good crew based on these polarized reviews. Staff was nice and followed mask/glove rules for Covid times. Came here on a date,... best place ever! The food was amazing ordering a grizzly club combo and nuggets for my date and I. Neither one of us actually had came here before so we didn't know what to expect but our expectations were definitely meet especially by the food. I would recommend this place over other burger joints like In-n-out. I actually don't think Californians know what a good burger tastes like. We are brand new to the area and just wanted a hot meal after all day unpacking. The drive thru warned us it would be about 15 minutes. He took our order and when we got to the window both young ladies were pleasant and the place was very clean. Our order was actually ready sooner then we expected. Super friendly service! The young woman with the cute Hello Kitty bow tat was super nice and definitely recommended the Grizzly Club. I got the combo and now I'm stuffed. The burger itself was filling. It's really good for a mom and pop place. Just simple sauce, basic fillings and a hash brown. The only down side was the burger pattie was skinny. The drive through was easy to find and she took my order pretty quick .(The speaker was a bit busted, but still did its job.) I worked there for almost 3 years the manager with the long hair is a pedo so if you have teenage girls looking for a job don't let them work there. We don't get schedule breaks and if we take any kind of break welp we get fired/hours cut. Even if we're sick and call in saying we can't come in hours cut/fired. The food there is disgusting they barely change the oil for the fryer and it's never covered so bugs can just fall in it whenever. Sometimes the food there has mold but we still had to serve it. There's always problems with this place the air conditioning inside doesn't work at got up to 98 degrees sometimes the pipes inside flooded the whole place but we still had to work around it and had no clue how to stop it. Well, well, love those wonderful reviews, however, in the real world, and a first time visitor to this establishment, I call them as I see them. This evening we stopped in the drive-thru and ordered (2) Double cheese burger combos with the normal lettuce, tomatoes , thousand island sauce with the addition of pickles and grilled Onions, comes with fries and a drink, we had the Lemonade. To begin with, the Burgers themselves were not to bad (meat wise) the the Lettuce that was added to both Burgers was the Butt portion of the Lettuce, hard, not very desirable at least to us, tomato slice was hard to find (tiny), The French Fries were ridiculously small (served in a kitty size container that were so small that might possibly work for a toddler in Day Care.. and that is a big MAYBE! the fries themselves were over salted (all 10 of them) , and the Lemonade tasted watered down like cheap drinks at a speak easy. I read about the tip jar in one of the reviews here, however they graduated to a P.O.S. hand card slider where you can easily provide these two girls with a grandiose tip for just doing what they are supposed to be doing in the first place (ridiculous !) I would never be foolish to leave a tip at a drive-thru! and in keeping honest with you and myself, In my humble opinion this place should change the name from Grizzly Bear's Burger to Panda's Burgers.
