My previous Dr. left to another facility so I had the services performed by Dr. Rachel Inlow and she was nothing short of amazing. she was very detailed and conveyed the information in an easy to understand language. I'll definitely be requesting her for my next annual exam. The fees are very reasonable (I had to pay "out of pocket) and I consider a great value. If you're due for you annual exam I highly recommend Lake Murray Optometric without reservation. Also recently my wife's expensive pair of glasses became damaged (one of the ear piece hinges broke and couldn't be repaired). I brought them to Lake Murray Optometric (where they were purchased) and Des Elsen one of the Opticians said she'd try and get the frames replaced under warranty. She was successful and when the frames were received she sent the frames out for installing the frame lenses. Everything was performed under warranty and with a smile.
