I called them the next morning when they opened, they got me in on Friday at 8am. Perfect. Chad, the main Volvo technician, told me they were slammed but at the very least he'd get me an estimate of the work needed by the end of the day. He called me at 3:30 on Friday, apologizing profusely that they'd need to keep it over the weekend, but he also very thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and it was a great relief to not have to worry over the weekend. These guys will not let you down. Fantastic people, valuable advice. Like your relative is telling you what to do with your car. They've could've sold me thousands of dollars of repairs if they tried. They charged me for an hour of labor, and I'm certain they had multiple techs working on it for a lot longer than that. They also installed 3 new dual core radiators to help deal with our desert heat. This is a daily driver. Autohaus took care of everything. They were professional, easy to work with, and most of all, very reasonably priced. The upgrades were done in a very timely manner. It went from mild to wild! For some reason, when I spoke with the mechanic and he had a German accent, I felt somewhat more at ease! Lol I highly recommend Autohaus. They will be my go-to for any work including routine maintenance in the future.

Same rolling of the eyes when I asked that the tires be pumped to 32 which is closer to the factory standard of 30 for my car "We do it at 35 here". I requested he print out the estimates for all the services he wanted to sell me. "Do you need me to actually print it out?" At the end, I pointed out the chauvinist attitude and was told "You're just difficult" and "God bless you!" which sounded like "F*@k you". The fee including tax for oil change had been quoted to me to be $75. I noticed I was charged $79.88. I approached a very nice staff member Tabor who took my receipt and said he would try to help. Out comes out Omar with his bullying attitude spitting out "Do you have a problem with the invoice?" I told him I would like to deal with his colleague. "Here! Out of my own pocket!" he fishes out a five dollar bill from his sweaty pocket and shoves it into my hand. And I get another "God bless you!" that has so much hatred in it. I go back to Tabor and ask him to take the bill and to give me a five out from the register. On the way home, I get a tire pressure sign which I have not seen for many months. I measure the tire pressure: 34.3, 33.7, 36.9 and 37.4. Not only was Omar rude, he was plain misogynist and unprofessional. Tabor mentioned this was not the first time a woman has complained of being treated in a hateful, misogynist way. Their boss Jerry is out on vacation. They are super accommodating with your schedule. If you choose to drop off your car, they have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. I normally schedule to wait and get my oil changed. They're quick and efficient and get you going fast so I never mind the wait. They will also rotate your tires for you, if you want, with your oil change. And there's also been times where they'll do a quick maintenance check with my oil change when I tell them I'm going on a long distance trip! They honestly treat you like family. The little touches that made them stand out are gone. They no longer provide a complimentary car wash after service, they let go of the driver who used to take customers home, and none of the management team that was there last year is still there. The entire atmosphere of the shop has changed, and not for the better. I explained to Fernando, the general manager, that my vehicle had mostly been sitting in my garage since July and that I wanted a routine service along with an inspection of a specific issue I had asked them to evaluate. Instead, I was sent an estimate for nearly $5,700 that didn't even address the repairs I specifically brought the car in for. Several items were marked as "critical," and the estimate instructed me to call with any questions. When I called to review the estimate, Fernando immediately responded, "Didn't you get the report I sent?" I explained that I had, but I'm not a mechanic and wanted someone to explain what the findings actually meant. He told me I needed both my front and rear suspension replaced because of the control arms. However, when I pointed out that the inspection report only said the manufacturer recommended the rear suspension and didn't identify it as a problem, he suddenly backed off and said it wasn't necessary at this time. The conversation became increasingly frustrating. His tone was pushy, dismissive, and argumentative. He accused me of having the vehicle serviced somewhere else in November and implied I hadn't maintained it properly. I explained that the car had been sitting in my garage from July until March and that the only reason it was seen elsewhere was because the battery died and needed to be replaced. He then insisted that I had been driving the car extensively because it had accumulated 2,000 miles. I had to explain that those 2,000 miles were driven over an entire year, which is actually very low mileage. At that point, I realized I was arguing with the person inspecting my car about facts that he could easily verify from the service records. That was enough for me. I sent the inspection report and estimate to a trusted friend who is an experienced mechanic in another state. He immediately told me that the quoted prices were roughly double what they should be and advised me not to have the work done there. I have since found another mechanic who treated me with respect, took the time to explain what my car actually needs and quoted much more reasonable prices.

Took it back they claim it was a different gasket seal ( 3er gasket now) and the cooling line that was leaking was a little loose. got Fixed. drove home and all my power windows started going up and down nonstop. The speedometer going up and down from 20-70 and greats panel displaying automatic shifting from Park to Drive to Reverse. Didn't even make home, we just took back. Now they refuse to honor their warranty or their own diagnostic which are not free.
