I Have enjoyed my experiences with Group One Motorwerks. It's been great. Hospitality and kindness is first class. I'm saddened that Ryan is no longer there. On the up tick...Kate is still up front and a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to trust your Mercedes with these fine people

Group 1 is the premier place to take your foreign car, especially Mercedes. Mark & Bart are top notch at what they do and bring many years of experience to the table. I have all of my work done at this shop. Anything from my basic Mercedes A or B service to major repairs such as a/c repair, oil leaks, shocks/struts etc. etc. Everything they do is done correct the first time! Shop is clean, well organized and they keep a fair amount of parts on backstock. Anything they don't have they can order direct from Mercedes or any other foreign maker. Waiting area is clean, comfortable and inviting. Staff are friendly, professional, well spoken and extremely knowledgable. Loaner vehicles available upon request. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Stellar shop, great customer service, high integrity, and very thorough. Bart and his team are really great to work with. I have an older 5 series and wanted my car looked over prior to a 1500 mile road trip. Not only did they give the car a thorough look over and prep it for the road trip, but the car ran and performed beautifully on the trip. Their prices are still well below the dealer and their service and professionalism is well above. They have a great customer lounge area and don't try and overcharge or perform unnecessary work on vehicles. I took my car to another shop in town for a vehicle inspection and they gave me a estimate with $5k in "repairs". Needless to say 3 months later the vehicle is still running fine and none of these "repairs" were performed. The only reason I didn't have these repairs done was because Group One was honest enough to not do work that wasn't needed on my car. When it comes to vehicle maintenance I would rather pay more once for quality work and peace of mind than find the lowest bidder and hope they know what they are doing. What's great is compared to a dealer and most of the european specialist shops in town Group One is on par if not slightly less for most of their work. I have had nothing but good experiences here and would recommend it to anybody looking for work on the vehicles they service.

These guys earned my business…read more We originally went to another shop that confidently told us we needed brand-new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. JT Auto took one look and basically said, "Yeah...no." Turns out we only needed the front brakes and rotors. Saving customers money instead of inventing repairs? That's a refreshing change. Now, they weren't perfect--and that's okay. The first hiccup was with our appointment. We were told to come in the next day at 10:30 a.m. because we planned to wait while the work was done. Somewhere along the way, the wrong day got written down. It was a little frustrating, but they got us back in the same day at 1:30 p.m., so it wasn't the end of the world. The second issue was the bill. I was quoted $380 cash for the front brakes/rotor (or $580 if we did front and rear). Since only the front needed to be done, I sent my husband to pick up the car. Somehow he ended up paying $540. One phone call later, they checked it, admitted the mistake, and immediately refunded the difference. Honestly, I think it was just that, a mistake. If they were trying to nickel-and-dime us, they could have simply agreed with the first shop and sold us rear brakes we didn't even need. Instead, they were honest about what actually needed to be fixed, and when a billing error happened, they made it right without any arguments. As a Consumer it's okay for a buissnesss to Error but a true moral factor of a business when brought to attention. We sure will be using them again. Thank JT Auto! Nobody's perfect, but honesty and standing behind your work go a long way. I'd definitely use JT Auto again.

Misogyny alert. Had an outright terrible experience. Came in for oil change, wanted to try these…read moreguys out. Omar rolled his eyes at my rebuffs of him trying to sell me things on top of the oil change. Same rolling of the eyes when I asked that the tires be pumped to 32 which is closer to the factory standard of 30 for my car "We do it at 35 here". I requested he print out the estimates for all the services he wanted to sell me. "Do you need me to actually print it out?" At the end, I pointed out the chauvinist attitude and was told "You're just difficult" and "God bless you!" which sounded like "F*@k you". The fee including tax for oil change had been quoted to me to be $75. I noticed I was charged $79.88. I approached a very nice staff member Tabor who took my receipt and said he would try to help. Out comes out Omar with his bullying attitude spitting out "Do you have a problem with the invoice?" I told him I would like to deal with his colleague. "Here! Out of my own pocket!" he fishes out a five dollar bill from his sweaty pocket and shoves it into my hand. And I get another "God bless you!" that has so much hatred in it. I go back to Tabor and ask him to take the bill and to give me a five out from the register. On the way home, I get a tire pressure sign which I have not seen for many months. I measure the tire pressure: 34.3, 33.7, 36.9 and 37.4. Not only was Omar rude, he was plain misogynist and unprofessional. Tabor mentioned this was not the first time a woman has complained of being treated in a hateful, misogynist way. Their boss Jerry is out on vacation. If I don't get my money back, I'll dispute the charge. Can't believe this just happened.
