We came for the highly reviewed iced coffees, but immediately upon walking in we were so pleasantly surprised. Absolutely packed!! The longest line of people weaving in and out of the cutest trendy clothes. Everyone was chill and happy and just excited for a delicious coffee or pastry. They have a huge selection of good quality clothing for men, women, teens and kids with plenty of cute accessories and kids books too. The line moved quickly and everyone at the coffee counter was so friendly and knowledgeable. I went with the toasted coconut iced latte and it was 10/10. My fiance had the traditional brewed coffee and was also pleased. If you're looking for a great iced coffee, to get out of the sun for a bit or look for some fun clothes this is your place. The back wall has a bunch of Grove specific and creative t shirts too if you love love love it here. "Sunshine and iced lattes". We will be back only everytime we are nearby!

I stopped by after watching the sunrise for breakfast with a friend. I love the beachy decor here and it was so fun to look around the surf shop. We split a blueberry muffin, which had a nice lemon flavor to it. The staff was super friendly and we opted to sit inside at one of their tables. This spot is so close to the beach, so you could also take your coffee to go and enjoy it by the ocean.

Cute spot right up the street from the hotel I was staying at. It was Memorial day so it was a little busy, but not a long wait. The store is also a surf shop so there's a lot to look at if you're waiting for your order to be called. The baked goods caught my eye so I ordered the chocolate chip cookie with flaky salt, ham & cheese croissant, & an iced honey cinnamon latte. The baked goods were my favorite. The latte was nice but didn't taste much honey. Otherwise, it was overall a great coffee shop.

The store has two entrances which works out very well as we parked in the back and didn't have to go all the way around to front door! Once you walk in you can see that there is a store along with the coffee bar. I ended up getting two things from the store. My coffee order here was the honey cinnamon latte however it wasn't my favorite. I think next time I will order something different as I like it to taste a little more sweet. Also got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was decent. Staff is very friendly and there was ample space for standing however didn't see much seating for peak times. Overall, I thought this was a cute spot but will definitely try a different coffee order next time!

Want a coffee shop with good vibes? Make it part surf shop! My sister likes to stop in here on early morning beach days and I can definitely see why. They have a great variety of coffee and pastries plus some really cool beach stuff to browse while you wait for your drink. It was a tough decision, but I ultimately went with key lime pie muffin and oat milk chai both of which were very good! My sister ordered the banana bread though and I have to say, that was the winner.

Grove surf coffee was the cutest coffee shop & retail 2 in 1! I ordered an iced salted caramel latte, chocolate banana bread, and a spinach feta croissant thing. It's been 2 weeks since I've been here, and I'm still dreaming about the chocolate chip banana bread! It was the best thing I've ever tasted. I wish I could travel in time & grab another one to go! The coffee was amazing as well.

I dream about the toasted coconut latte every morning when I wake up. The drinks are amazing and I love their little patio set up! I've also ordered the caprese sandwich both times and it was delicious. Just wish the parking situation was better, but I'll definitely be back!

This coffee and surf shop located at St. Petersburg Beach is known for its specialty coffees, unique lattes, pastries and beachwear. This bright and charming spot offers both indoor and outdoor seating. On a rare cold day in Florida, I had a hot chocolate and a vegan pop tart. It was all delicious. They just reopened after being damaged by the hurricane.

I came in on a lazy weekend morning before a walk on the beach and ordered an orange vanilla latte- so delicious! I also got the spinach feta croissant that they have from Crumb Factory. Absolutely incredible. This adorable coffee shop is also a surf shop, so definitely a great place to check out when you're in the area or headed to the beach!

Cool coffee shop on the way to the beach. It was nice that they carried men's clothes too, with hats, bathing suits, and accessories. They had a few tables inside and out if you choose to dine in. They also have a good size parking lot in the front. I recommend adding this coffee shop to your beach day.

One of my favorite local coffee shops! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and very skilled at making delicious beverages. Their seasonal specials are always innovative and delightful. During Covid they have made the space feel very safe and there are limited tables on the sidewalk. The boutique part of the store always looks so clean and inviting too. I haven't bought any clothes or beach accessories yet, but I'm tempted too every time I go for coffee. Definitely a must visit when you are in town and for locals too. read more

Incredible! I had to go back after enjoying my iced coconut latte while walking the market to get a second iced coconut latte. I live on the west coast and was so inspired I have fresh shredded coconut simple syrup on the stove and toasted coconut ready. An excellent cafe that will be a first stop when I'm back in FL. Keep up the exceptional work and way to make all of your syrups in house! read more

This was a great concept executed well. Went to buy my son a rash guard sun shirt for the beach and was able to find one pretty quickly. Definitely had quality merchandise. Before checking out I ordered an iced matcha lemonade that was very tasty and delicious. While integrated, checkouts were distinct and separated, store is compact so it was not an issue. Would highly recommend. read more

Solid lattes! The vanilla latte was perfect and the eggnog latte was equally as perfect just sweet enough that it wasn't over powering. Variety of milk options, standard area coffee prices. They had a few seasonal drinks to chose from in additional to their menu. Paid $11ish for 2 iced lattes. Located inside a surf shop, the ambiance is fun and quiet. Staff was super nice and helpful. There are a few small tables inside and outside. I wouldn't suggest this place as a place to go work but definitely a nice stroll to take after the Sunday farmers market or to catch up with a friend at. Would definitely come here again! read more

This place is by far my favorite coffee shop ever. I come 1-2 times a week and am never disappointed. The ambiance is amazing with the surf shop connected, filled with tons of cute pieces. This cute little coffee cafe and surf shop was a fun surprise in St. Pete brash area. I love the layout of the fun store and there is also a dining area inside. I ordered the toasted coconut latte and it was so delicious. Not pictured, because it was quickly devoured, the pistachio strawberry shortbread cookie was amazing. This was a cute little find while staying in Treasure Island for a bachelorette party. We ended up going twice! Some other coffee shops in the area were closed on Fridays/weekends or didn't open until 11 (prime beach time) Morning 1 a few of us made the long, but easy and flat, walk from our cottage and some ran over. I ordered a cold brew and I was buzzing and ready for a full beach day. Some got lattes and some got chai. The key lime muffin was a hit with several of us. The lemon blueberry loaf was also so moist and great for breakfast. The chai syrup/concentrate is not sweet so if you are expecting a syrupy chai latte you will not get that here. There were alternative milk options and decaf options so our whole group was accommodated. This place also doubles as a cute little surf shop and was dog friendly (I saw many cute puppies). Several of us ended up getting tshirts (there's a big variety of those too). Despite it getting busy, the line moved fast and the service was fast and it never felt overcrowded. read more

We stopped here on the way to the beach on a Friday. It was the perfect spot to grab coffee on the way. The staff was very friendly and our drinks were ready pretty quickly (we shopped around while we waited). We got a nitro cold brew and the mango-lime matcha special and both were fantastic. just, WOW. First of all, the vibes are through the roof. Super cool clothes and hats and beachy gear. Then looking into the shop side of it the coffee vibes are ALL there. Super clean and chic look with incredible gear and glasses/dishes. For starters, the food all looked absolutely incredible. Turns out it tasted even better. I got the tomato and goat cheese galette (unbelievable), my wife got the everything bagel with cream cheese ball thing (lights out amazing), and we split the blueberry lavender scone (11/10). Drink wise, the espresso was RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. They use bandit roaster (from what I'm told it's super good, and it clearly was). Double espresso - can't explain how perfect this doubleshot was. Smooth all the way through, touch fruity, PERFECTLY dialed in. These guys got it. Cortado - again, perfect. Perfectly texturized milk and beautiful pour. Espresso Fizz - I was child like giddy when I saw it on the menu, especially since they rock it with ginger beer. So much yes. It was so good. Salted caramel latte - I tasted my wife's and it was also incredible. Not insanely sweet so that was refreshing. On top of having rocked out all the elements you want in a great shop, let me just say their customer service was top notch. Not pretentious at ALL. Incredibly kind hearted people and even offered up some great tips on the coffee scene here in St. Pete area. We'll definitely be back this week. Take all my money, Grove! I've tried countless coffees and teas and I've never been disappointed. The baked goods are delicious. It's a beautiful shop, immaculately maintained. The owners and staff are delightful. Everyone there works hard to make sure you have a good experience. As far as retail goes, I can't leave without a fun new purchase. They carry Capri Blue candles (my favorite) as well as Corkcicle. I also bought my new favorite bathing suit from Grove (sorry Target--I'm a grown ass woman now). read more

My sister and I stopped in here on a Monday morning around 9:30 to grab a coffee and some pastries. The lady that greeted us was super friendly. Its a coffee shop and surf store, and boy do they have some adorable surf clothes! We looked around and then my sister ordered a coconut latte, which was recommended by the barista, apple cream cheese bagel and a cinnamon roll to share. They warmed them for us, and they were delicious! I forgot to take a pic of the bagel, but it was tasty! My sister loved her latte. We thought this place was adorable and truly deserved 5 stars!! read more

Grove has been my SPOT for coffee in St. Pete since it opened. I've frequented a few shops in the area, but Grove's staff has a level of excellence from every barista that continually impresses me. I'll drive 20+ minutes to the shop multiple times a week, and no matter who is working I'm confident they'll make the trip worthwhile with kindness and a good cup! In addition to great coffee, the atmosphere is second to none. The natural light make it easy to stay for hours at a time. Whether working, reading or catching up with friends I always feel refreshed from the space. Bonus points for great music too. Support this great shop! read more

My favorite coffee shop in St. Pete! I love the vibe and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. We discovered this coffee shop while on vacation so we decided to give it a chance. Not only was it a coffee shop, they sold apparel too! They had the perfect coffee shop aesthetic, they made their own syrups, and served our iced lattes in the cutest cups. Because the syrups were house made they were a lot less sweet than something you would get at Starbucks, other than that it was a good place to stop in at! read more

Coffee was terrible. I ordered a iced latte and a hot latte. The iced was pure white. Just creme and sugar. Absolutely no coffee. The hot one was just as milky just with more sugar. I ended up getting the beagles as well which was surprisingly good. Caffe is really cute. But would not revisit. read more

Loved everything about this place. Most importantly, the coffee was outstanding. I had a drip coffee black and it was some of the best I've tasted. Had a pour-over quality to it. My wife ordered a toasted coconut latte and said it was amazing. Barista said they use Guatemalan beans from Bandit Coffee. Also enjoyed the bakery selections. Had an everything bagel with cream cheese and the lemon poppyseed scone. High quality and fresh. Love that both the coffee and food are served in real drink ware and table wear. The space also contains a retail side with tasteful beachwear, shoes, sunglasses, candles, jewelry and tanning products. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on both sides. read more

I have never been to Lenny's store before, but he was recommended by a friend. I took in my tire and Dave explained to me what was wrong and fixed it within a few minutes. He then told me what to do if I have issues again. Meanwhile, I looked around and found some amazing beach attire for a good price. When I checked out, there was no charge for the fix. These guys understand the value of service and I gain new friends. Promise me when I say that you will not be disappointed by going to Lenny's. You might find something's there in Amazon, but buying local has a much better value in the long term.

It's definitely a nice place to grab a coffee and hang out -- plus, the coffee itself is really good. A couple of small drawbacks -- there's no guest WiFi, which makes it tough if you were hoping to work or study there, especially on a Thursday work day. Also, they charge extra for oat or almond milk, which feels unnecessary these days. Grove is incredibly charming and has a wide variety of cute clothes, bathing suites, surf wear, boards and a tons of options great for gift giving. The shop is also gorgeous and they do fun themes for the holidays! The coffee is incredible and the toasted coconut latte is the bomb!! Easily my favorite coffee shop in St. Pete. As a a student in the area who really enjoys studying away from home, the health precautions Grove takes everyday makes me feel safe to do so. Their mask requirement is one of the main reasons I recommend them to others so often because I know the owners and staff always go the extra mile in safety, in addition to the amazing service. Aside from the pandemic point of view, the coffee and food has never disappointed. The iced toasted coconut latte has become my lifeline. So happy I have a place like this locally! read more

It's no doubt that Grove Surf + Coffee is one of the best new coffee shops around! Our family went in on a Saturday and got two Pina Colatte's and a giant cinnamon roll that was delicious! We can't wait to go back and shop for some new beach attire. Need coffee? They've got it. Need SPF? They've got it. Need a beach umbrella? They've got 'em! Really cool concept of café and surf shop. The shop has so many unique brands both affordable and high end, and the coffee + pastries were delicious! The staff wore masks and the tables were nicely spaced out, which was appreciated. With Florida (especially a tourist destination like St. Pete) opening back up to full operation, it's nice to see businesses still doing what they can to keep the community safe. read more

I also appreciate how they require masks to protect customers and stop the spread of Covid-19.
