    Calamari was really bad
    Patrick M.

I've been here a few times and usually it's not bad but my last visit seemed like something from an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. First they seem to not have popcorn anymore which is a big let down. The sprite was flat and tasted really off. To eat I started off with calamari. It was a small portion and the batter was very sweet like they put powdered sugar in it or something. It was in desperate need of salt too. The marinara sauce it came with tasted like store bought pizza sauce. It also came with a white liquid with peppers and olives which tasted creamy and was an absolute waste. For my entree I got the Chicken Marsala. Sadly the best part about this dish was the plain angel hair. You barely get any chicken, it's two small pieces pounded very thin and overcooked. The sauce was runny and a little sweet. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the parts without sauce were good. I also decided to get dessert. I chose bread pudding. It was ehh, not bad but not really good either. It looked terrible but wasn't as bad as it looked. It was soft but lacked flavor and was sitting in a pool of melted butter topped with runny piles of mediocre whipped cream. Surprisingly it didn't come with ice cream. The service wasn't bad but one waitress kept vacuuming. I have never in my life been to a restaurant that vacuums during service. In my past visits I've liked the wings and onion rings but after my last time here I don't think I'll be coming back.

    YUMMM! too much

First, I would like to say thank you to the cook and owner of diner for making such a delicious…read morebreakfast for me and my wife. I also want to thank her daughter who's the waiter there for recommending the corned beef hash and the blueberry pancakes that were absolutely delicious. The food was made with so much love and the coffee was freshly brewed. Everything was made to order as a diner should be and it was super quick and did I mention the price? We are in 2026 and we got hungryman breakfast that came with eggs, bacon, home fries and pancakes. We also got plain crepes, a coffee, orange juice, a side of ham, and a side of corned beef hash for all under 41 bucks. I am so happy we decided to give this place a try today as we've lived here for about 3 months and always walk by it and I've always said I wanted to try it. Finally. We did and I think we're going to be the weekend regulars from now on. And if this next phrase doesn't convince you to try this place, I don't know what will. THEY TAKE CRISPY EDGES INTO CONSIDERATION FOR PANCAKES. You know what I'm talking about ‍ This is definitely a cute date place or even if you just want to take your friends out to eat or trying to impress your parents on a good diner this is the place. You can tell they are very good even before you get the food as there are locals who show up there and it's all about laughter and good times inside. You got the old school bar stools where people can eat breakfast at the bar. You have the booths and you have some tables by the front door that are cozy. The whole place is just a great vibe matches the great food! So let's cut to the chase here about the food! I ordered the hungry man special as I mentioned above. Eggs, bacon, home fries and blueberry pancakes. I rate my whole plate and 11 out of 10. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a side of ham that was the star of the show for me. And it made it taste even better when the waiter told me they cut it straight off the bone. I've never had ham straight off the bone so that was pretty cool haha my coffee was actually really good. Also. I'm not sure what kind they brew but it must be straight from the coffee bean trees because my goodness that was delicious. My wife ordered plain crepes and an order of corned beef hash. Originally she only ordered the plain crepes but then we were told that the corned beef hash was homemade and we were like, we definitely have to try this! So we ordered it but I forgot to take a picture but let me just say she was very happy eating them. The plain crepes were exactly what she wanted as she felt like pancakes would be too heavy for her early in the morning. She said it was sweet and delicious. Also said the corned beef hash was one of the best ones she's ever had. Overall I feel like I could just keep going on about how amazing this place is and how I wish it was the next day already so I could show up and eat breakfast again hahaha thank you guys so much for the great breakfast and hospitality! We will definitely be back! -Kass & Wawa

Counter seating, booths and tables in typical diner style. We arrived between the breakfast and lunch rushes and were seated right away. Restaurant was about half full on arrival and mostly full when we departed. Waitress seemed a bit over worked poor thing. Food took a while to arrive and as we were talking it didn't much matter. Just fyi. Everyone's meal arrived as ordered and everyone enjoyed their food. I had eggs and pancakes and found the pancakes plenty sweet even without syrup. Eggs were cooked nicely, just as ordered. Prices are reasonable. Waitress kept an eye on us and brought what we needed. Restrooms are clean. Plenty of parking around the building.
