As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages.
